* In what could be potentially breaking news, Sid Hartman of the Minneapolis Tribune provided an ambiguous statement in his article that hinted at a return for former WWE headliner Brock Lesnar:
"Friends of former Gophers and pro wrestler Brock Lesnar say he is ready to make a comeback."
While the statement is extremely vague and never gave the identity of to what Brock Lesnar was considering returning, one can only assume the article was referring to pro wrestling. Although Lesnar gave the NFL a shot, a return to professional wrestling, what he recently truly 'left,' is the only "comeback" that would make sense.
No further word is available on Lesnar's wrestling return, but with Royal Rumble and WrestleMania just a few months away, now would be an ideal time for a comeback.
