* Many wrestlers were said to be pleased with Ron "Faarooq" Simmons being released last week as many felt it was long overdue. When Bradshaw was informed of the company's release of his tag team partner, he was professional about the whole situation. The WWE currently is planning a push for Bradshaw as a singles wrestler and he is happy with the direction of his character.

* The latest overseas tour was considered a major success by WWE Officials as the company grossed over $2million at the gate along with significant merchandise sales.

* During a recent radio interview in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Goldberg referred to the WWE as a "soap opera" and said working there was ridiculous and felt like being in a soap opera. He stated that he is only interested in working in Japan at the present time.
