Claiming that they were pawed, groped, and sexually harassed by some of the WWE wrestlers, a Phoenix charter air company as filed a lawsuit against WWE for negligence, assault and battery, and false imprisonment. The Smoking Gun now has the photos of the Lawsuit papers and details the supposed acts and comments made by the wrestlers on the May 2002 flight from Europe.
