By Shaun Best-Rajah.Com Reporter

Welcome back everybody Shaun here and it's time for Heat. Todd Grisham and The Coach are on Commentary and Lilian Garcia is the ring announcer. We start this week with…..

Robert Conway w/Sylvain Grenier vs Val Venis
The Quebecers get booed and Conway urges quiet as Sylvain takes the microphone and sings as Coach proclaims it gets better every time. Hit the sax Hellllloooooooo Ladies Val interrupts the procession and enters to his usual Schtick and points out to La Resistance that he has eyes in the back of his head. The towel is deposited in the corner and we get underway. Val and Conway lockup, Conway gains the advantage with a knee to the gut and he works the arm. Val reverses, Conway with another kick to the gut, punches Val down. Val reverses a whip to the ropes follows through with a knee of his own, attempts one more but Conway punches Val away. Conway charges into a Val boot, who then charges into a Conway forearm. Val recovers to clothesline an oncoming Conway, Val with a chop followed by the whip to the ropes and knee to the gut and then a side russian legsweep. Val stands over the fallen Conway gives off a little gyration and then unloads with punches. An incensed Grenier gets onto the apron, Val rushes forward, Grenier drops down and Val goes back to Conway who has crawled onto the opposite apron. Val reaches at Conway who surprises Val with an elbow to the head, Val grabs Conway's hair again but Conway grabs Val and pulls him over the top rope to the outside and then rams him into the ring apron. Val is rolled back in as USA blares through the arena much to Sylvain's chagrin outside and Conway calmly steps in and stomps at Venis before picking him up and dropping him with a saluting neckbreaker. Grisham informs us that Shelton Benjamin & Edge join Charlie Haas, Booker T & Daniel Puder as qualifiers for the Royal Rumble Match as Conway gets a nearfall on Val and tries to choke out Venis on the canvas. Val begins to stir and punches free and a further punch and kick keep Conway at bay while Val regains his bearings. Val comes off the ropes and walks into a sleeper but manages to counter with a sitdown powerbomb and as both men stagger to their feet they exchange roundhouses with Val winning out .Val whips Conway to the ropes but puts his head down too early enabling Conway to kick it however Conway charges and Val takes the initiative and hits a half nelson slam and gets a nearfall for his troubles. Val pushes Conway into a corner and unleashes six short arm clotheslines, whips him back to the corner he came from, charges in, Conway instinctively gets an elbow up but in desperation charges at Val who is waiting and he catches him with a spinebuster. Val has had enough lets out a yell and goes to the top rope as the referee stands over the fallen Conway. Seeing the referee's back turned, Grenier decides to interject himself and he grabs Val's leg and Val ends up crotched on the top rope. Conway gets up punches Val, mounts the second rope attempting a suplex, Val blocks twice by holding the top rope, both exchange punches, Val wins out and succeeds in pushing Conway off and to the canvas. Val readies for the Money Shot but wait Conway is down holding his knee and he wisely rolls away as a pissed looking Val gets down and readies himself to run at Conway in the opposite corner. Grenier sees the referee with Conway again and gets involved again by hooking Val's leg, Val breaks free knocks Sylvain down but Conway blindsides him from behind with an axehandle to the neck. He was playing possom. Conway picks up Val perches him on the top rope and executes the one man Au Revoir and covers and gets the three.1-2-3. La Resistance had a plan. Great opener. Here is Your Winner: ROBERT CONWAY.

Steven Richards vs Tajiri
I'll Show You You'll See can only mean one thing. Yes here comes the head of Stevie Corp and my boss Mr Richards. There's a Big Stevie Cool sign this week, yeah. Coach & Grisham discuss whether Steven Richards could be in the Royal Rumble Match and question why he seems to freak out in every match. Coach can't figure it out and says he might not do it this week. Tajiri enters and we see a clip of Tajiri defeating Richards last week and the question is can he go 2-0 up this week? Bell rings to get us underway and an ECW chant starts, but everyone including the announcers don't react and instead Tajiri works a go-behind which Richards reverses. Tajiri flips up onto Richards and rolls forwards bringing Richards down with him to the mat. Tajiri shoulderblocks Richards, cartwheels over him lands a monkey flip, kick, side headlock takedown. Tajiri wrenches the head as Grisham and Coach update us on Eugene & Lita's injuries. (Eugene's torn patella keeps him out for several months and Lita has completely torn her ACL). Richards counters and grips Tajiri in a headscissors. Tajiri rolls round into a headstand and flips up to his feet and dropkicks Richards in the face. Tajiri gets a nearfall then kicks Richards in the ass until he falls down. Tajiri applies a Brock Lock type move, Richards gets to the ropes, the referee moves Tajiri away, Tajiri comes forward and Richards grabs him and throws him through the ropes to the outside. Richards rolls out executes a side russian legsweep into the guardrail and throws Tajiri back into the ring. Richards gets back in drops knees onto Tajiri picks him up and a slap in the back sends Tajiri flying back down again. Richards grabs Tajiri by the hair and rests him in the ropes delivers clubbing blows to the back, Richards comes off the ropes spikes Tajiri once, twice, three times and wham hits a dropkick to the back of the buzzsaw as teeth/or spit go flying and the commentators discuss whether Richards is on caffeine. Coach says he's always on it. Richards covers for a nearfall chokes Tajiri with his foot picks him up only to chop him back down and we see a Stevie bow followed by him mocking Tajiri with a pose straight from the Karate Kid. By doing this apparently Richards is starting to freak out now according to the commentators as he approaches Tajiri slapping him in the head but this sparks a reaction as Tajiri comes back with punches. Richards stops this with a knee to the gut and a half nelson chokehold. Tajiri rises elbows out and surprises Stevie with a small package which gets two. A chopfest ensues which Tajiri wins so Richards takes a Stevie shortcut and rakes the face. Tajiri off the ropes kicks Stevie in the head takes him down with a spinning heel kick and both men are down. Tajiri gets to a vertical base before Stevie, Tajiri lands stiff kicks, Richards reverses into the ropes, Tajiri hits Stevie with a springboard backelbow, ducks Stevie's swing and hits a german suplex into a pin, 1-2-no. Tajiri chops Richards who reverses an Irish whip, Tajiri up and over a charging Richards and he locks in the Tarantula. Tajiri breaks before five and aims the kick of death. Stevie ducks and hits a sky high. Richards gets it 1-2 no Tajiri drapes a foot on the bottom rope. Richards tries the pin again and again but Tajiri denies him. Richards picks up Tajiri slams him down into a cover 1-2 no and then again. Richards throws himself to the canvas and throws a hissy fit. Yes he's imploded and Richards hits the mat in frustration as Tajiri comes from behind and knocks him out with the kick of death. It's lights out Stevie as Tajiri covers and gets the win.1-2-3. Here is Your Winner: TAJIRI.

Trish Stratus vs Molly Holly
Is this a title match as it's not announced as one. Anyway Trish comes down looking good and confident and she has a smile on her face and looks ravishing. She gets some heat from the crowd as she walks holding the belt high and we see highlights of Lita's injury at New Year's Revolution and of Trish Chick Kicking her way to Championship Gold with Lita looking on hurt afterwards. Lita will be out for several months by the way. Molly gets some boos too and she looks quite nice too now that her hair is grown back. Trish pouts as the camera zooms in at her. Both Divas lockup and break, Trish kicks Molly in the gut works a wristlock and Molly throws Trish down by the hair. Molly with a wristlock, Trish nips up punches Molly goes back to the wristlock, Molly flips forward gets a reversal and takes Trish down. Trish backs up applauds Molly then runs into a drop toehold followed by two armdrags and Molly keeps it up by dropping axehandles and a boot onto the Women's Champion. Molly picks up Trish Irish whip, Molly charges, Trish goes up onto Molly and a headscissors sends Molly flying. Trish with a clothesline a pat on the back and a nearfall. Trish stretches Molly on the canvas gets another nearfall, Molly's head then meets the top turnbuckle. Trish lands kicks chokes Molly in the corner mounts the second rope gets behind Molly and wrenches and stretches the neck before taking a bow and then repeating the process. Grisham says Trish can blow his whistle anytime as Coach asks Grisham if she's the hottest thing he's ever seen. Trish connects with a flying clothesline and nearfall but as she argues the count, Molly gets a rollup. Trish gets out and Grisham says Molly was nearly champion in as many words so it is a title match. Trish ducks Molly's swing ala The Matrix so Molly axehandles her down. Molly gets a nearfall and proceeds to rake away at Trish's face. Molly chokes Trish in the ropes with her foot picks her up, Trish reverses an Irish whip, Molly to the second rope lunges at Trish who ducks, Molly lands on her feet and headscissors Trish down. Molly covers but it's only a two count. Trish comes at Molly with punches, Trish into the ropes clotheslines Molly gets a nearfall. Molly calls for a timeout, Trish comes forward but gets dropped into the bottom rope. Molly slaps the fallen Trish picks her up rams her into the corner gets some kicks in snapmares her down and flips over Trish by grabbing her head. That reminded me of Mr Perfect (RIP). Molly with an Irish whip, Molly attempts the handspring backelbow but Trish leaps on top of Molly and drops down into a victory roll to get the pin. 1-2-3. Here is Your Winner: TRISH STRATUS. Three excellently worked back and forth matches for you this week folks.
