Lena Yada, who had appeared as an interviewer for the ECW brand, has been released from World Wrestling Entertainment, according to the company's official website.

Yada finally made her WWE in-ring debut in the 16-Diva tag match on Raw last week. She was signed to a contract roughly a year ago and debuted on the first edition of SmackDown of 2008. She had been training in UPW out of California.
