WWE Sunday Night Heat Report-28th November 2004
By Shaun Best-Rajah.com Reporter

Welcome aboard everyone for another edition of Sunday Night Heat. I am your host Shaun Best, Todd Grisham & The Coach are on commentary & Justin Roberts is the ring announcer. We are all denied a pyro as the credits roll and we go straight to our first match………………………………..

Tajiri vs Steven Richards
Nice pop for the Japanese Buzzsaw as Grisham & The Coach welcome us to the show and announce the main event for tonight as Tyson Tomko vs Randy Orton. Enter the GM of Heat and my boss Steven Richards to a chorus of boos as he reminds us all it's his show and that it is my friend. Tajiri's eyes are locked on Richards as the bell rings, Stevie talks trash and shoves Tajiri who responds by spewing green mist into the air. This distracts Stevie as he looks up and Tajiri goes to work with a stiff kick to Richards' leg followed by a takedown. Stevie and Tajiri exchange a few basic maneuvers as they feel each other out and Tajiri takes the upper hand by going after the leg of Stevie by stretching it and hitting it with stiff kicks which put Stevie down. Richards retreats to the corner and clutches the ropes, Tajiri simply lifts Richards and brings him crashing down to the canvas. Tajiri hits a dropkick to the face and gets a two count. Richards limps to the ropes, Tajiri kicks again and grabs a leg, but Stevie manages to hit an enziguiri, drops an elbow and kicks at the fallen Tajiri. Richards follows up with a neckbreaker and mocks Tajiri with a few Sayonara bows and drops another elbow onto his foe and gets a near fall. Richards chokes then dropkicks Tajiri in the back in the ropes and gets another near fall and Richards argues the count with the ref as he's frustrated at not being able to wrap this one up. Richards picks up and snapmares Tajiri and applies a full nelson, Tajiri manages to rise up elbow free and a straight kick to the face knocks Stevie down and Tajiri too as both men shake off the cobwebs. Coach reminds us that both these men will be in the Battle Royal on raw tomorrow, as both get up and exchange kicks, Tajiri wins out works on Richards with lefts and rights whip to the ropes and Richards goes down thanks to a spinning heel kick and Tajiri begins to get fired up. Richards reverses a whip to the ropes but Tajiri comes back with a handspring back elbow, into the cover and Richards gets out at two. Richards ducks the kick of death clubs Tajiri in the back and Irish whips to the corner. Richards charges but falls right into the tarantula and then wham he turns round and is knocked out by the kick of death which connects this time. Tajiri covers for the win.1-2-3. Here is Your Winner: TAJIRI.

Still to come Randy Orton vs Tyson Tomko.

Val Venis vs Nick Sin
Hellooooooo Ladies can only mean one thing. The Big Valbowski is in the house just one week removed from being decimated by Batista on this very show. Let's see if he can get back on form. He gets a nice welcome by the crowd and he is looking confident as he walks to the ring and deposits the towel in the corner. This weeks Jobber gets no reaction and he sports Carnival Freak on the back of his trunks and he bears resemblence to Synn from TNA fame. Bell rings as Sin crouches down and Val looks on, they lockup, Val applies a side headlock and a go-behind, Sin eventually gets to the ropes and yells at the ref to get Venis off him. Val lets go at a four count and Sin elbows him in the head, Sin charges but is elbowed down, Val picks him up, suplexes back down, plays to the crowd to get some cheers, drops a knee on Sin and punches away at the head. Val drives Sin's head into the corner, drives his head into the midsection three times hooks both arms knees him in the midsection and hits a northern lights suplex and covers but Sin kicks out at two. Val is smiling and attempts a bodyslam but Sin slips behind and drives his head into the back of Val and Val goes to the corner but comes charging back at Sin and takes him down with a shoulderblock. Sin is whipped to the ropes and taken down again so he wisely rolls to the outside and walks round, as Coach tells us that Sin looks like someone who has come out of the band KISS, I can see the resemblance. Val reaches out, grabs Sin by the hair to get him back in but Sin gets to the apron and drops down bringing Val's throat onto the top rope and Val rolls around in pain. Sin slithers back in biding his time and he comes off the ropes and takes Venis down with a strike to the back followed by a falling headbutt. Sin proceeds to choke Val on the mat and drives his knee into the back of Venis in the ropes before whipping him to the ropes and clotheslining him down. Sin attempts a cover and Val kicks out at one. Sin slaps on a head based submission hold on the canvas, Val rises up, punches free, holds off Sin with another punch and then retaliates with more punches, comes off the ropes but falls into a sleeper, Val manages to throw Sin into the ropes and connects with his patented spinebuster. Val uses the ropes to help himself up as Sin gets up the same way opposite so no Money Shot yet then as Sin is proving quite resilient. Val clotheslines then backelbows Sin down, lands a boot to the midsection, scores with a neckbreaker and plays to the crowd perhaps signaling that the end is now near. Val stalks Sin who gets up in the corner but is greeted by a clothesline, Val goes to Irish whip no it's stopped, Sin is reeled in, Val ducks the swing grabs both arms, hits a half nelson slam goes up and hits the Money Shot. 1-2-3. Val Venis gets back to winning ways. Here is Your Winner: VAL VENIS. Post Match Val teases with the towel and eventually hands it to a young girl in the second row and there's a kiss on the cheek to boot as Coach remarks that it's his little sister and how she should be in the first row while Grisham reminds him he has no pull on Heat.

Edge Raw Promo Airs.

Highlights of Steel Cage Match from Raw Last Week. Chris Benoit beats Edge subbing for "injured" Triple H when Edge's spear results in Benoit falling out of the cage.

Viscera vs A-One
Well I've heard that Viscera isn't signed to a contract, and that he makes special appearances but here he is for a second consecutive week on Heat, he appeared at the end of Raw Last Week and is being billed as a participant in the Battle Royal tomorrow by Coach & Grisham, add that he has a titantron and new entrance music and the signs are saying that he may have a contract. All that talent released to be replaced by this fat bastard. I'm predicting a painful to watch squash for the 487lb Viscera who waddles his way to the ring as normal. Anyway again during the match Coach hypes up Viscera by saying A-One's signed his will when signing for a match and checking everything's in order. Coach & Grisham also discuss Viscera and the Battle Royal on Raw tomorrow night but I'm not going to get into that. Bell rings Viscera goes to grab A-One but he ducks under lands a few punches, Vis shrugs them off and looks pissed. A-One comes off the ropes but is caught in a Boss Man (RIP) slam. Vis gets A-One into a corner lands a few chops and chokes while yelling trash at him. Vis breaks the choke at a count of four picks up A-One hangs him in the corner, and charges, backing into him with his own weight in the process. Vis punches his foe in the back, picks him up goes to bounce him off the ropes, A-One puts the brakes on gets in a few kicks to the midsection which hardly budge Big Vis so he comes off the ropes but is taken down by a spinning heel kick and Vis then plays to the crowd which actually gets him some cheers. A-One struggles into a corner and seeing this Vis backs up and charges again and squashes A-One pancake style. Vis picks up the squished A-One and polishes him off with the embalmer. 1-2-3. Here is Your Winner: VISCERA.

Up Next Batista Wants Triple H to face him in the ring on Raw Last Week.

Don't Try This At Home.

Highlights of Batista/Triple H fake confrontation from Raw Last Week. Triple H gloats how he's fooled us all but the possible Evolution feud is still hinted at when he says Batista still should have beaten Jericho earlier int he night. Evolution plan to celebrate cue Randy Orton coming out and announcing he's GM tomorrow. Orton offers to face Triple H to get stipulation lifted, Triple H refuses so Orton books an entire Raw Roster Battle Royal for World Heavyweight Title instead.

Up Next Randy Orton vs Tyson Tomko.

Randy Orton Raw Promo Airs.

Randy Orton vs Tyson Tomko
Main Event time now folks as Orton comes out to a massive pop from the crowd and trademark firework entrance and he does his usual turnbuckle pose. Tomko comes out to a round of boos and I'm predicting he'll do the job in this one. Let's find out, both lockup, Tyson & Orton jostle into the ropes and to the corner and back to the ropes, clean break perhaps? No Tyson swings, Orton ducks, side headlock takedown, Tomko however reverses it into a headscissors, Orton is struggling to break free as it's locked in but Orton manages to turn himself over and force his way out head first and goes back to the headlock. Tomko gets up forces Orton into the ropes still in the headlock gets himself free, boot to the midsection is followed up by a clothesline over the top rope and Orton is hurt on the arena floor. Tomko goes to the outside mounts Orton and unloads with punches to the head, picks him up and rolls him back inside. Tomko covers for a two count, Irish whip to the corner, Tomko charges eats boot, Orton charges and Tomko boots him down. Tomko covers again but Orton gets out at two. Tomko argues the count and tries again, same result, Orton is picked up and he tries to fight back with punches, Tomko reverses an Irish whip, Orton goes up and over the charging Tomko but Tomko comes at Orton and clothelines him down. Tomko gets another near fall, and another then applies a chinlock on the canvas, Orton struggles slowly rises back up, backelbows free so Tomko rams him into the corner delivers head to the midsection, charges and Orton counters with a schoolboy rollup for a nearfall. Orton uppercuts Tomko follows up with a standing dropkick 1-2 no Tomko kicks out again. Orton raises Tomko to a sitting position plays to the crowd and unloads with punches to the throat area drops a knee off the ropes and signals for the end. Tomko gets up, turns around, RKO. 1-2-3. Here is Your Winner: RANDY ORTON.

Coach & Grisham shill for Raw is Orton tomorrow night and thank us for watching. End of Show. Hope you all enjoyed Heat this week, take care, have a good week and I'll see you back here next week with another edition. Later, Shaun.
