Daniel Puder Plagiarizes Autobiography?, Lita/Trish News

* In irony at its finest, the "In His Own Words" section of Daniel Puder's website features words that do not, in fact, belong to the Tough Enough finalist. The Essay Edge website, found at http://www.essayedge.com/college/essayadvice/samples/cgi-bin/view.cgi - search keyword 57, features an essay from an NYU applicant that contains the same words, idea and format as Puder's interesting autobiography page. Readers sent word that the essay has been circulating college guides since 2000, so the evidence does indeed point to the fact that Puder did not write the essay himself. Puder, however, will not likely be sued for lifting the essay. Due to the very unique writing style, the writing has become very popular across the Internet and has been featured as a 'running gag' in various personal ads and on personal websites. Thus, it is possible Puder was cashing in on such a joke for his autobiography. Nonetheless, the website is still misleading in claiming it was "in his own words." * For those wondering how the Lita-Trish main event fared, it scored a rating of 3.9. Although the two women did not receive an outstanding number for the title match, they did perform in-line with the show average, indicating how far the women's division has come in recent years.
