Thanks to reader John Lamer for sending in the following report:

TNA House Show Results - 3/21/2008
St. Charles MO - Family Arena

Crowd was really hot all night because they announced they would be letting the loudest fans backstage like they have been at all the other shows.

Opening Match
Petey Williams def. Jimmy Rave w/ Christy Hemme

Motor City Machine Guns def. Curry Man and Kaz
I personally was disappointed that there was no Shark Boy, this was one of the best matches of the night, lots of high flying action.

Awesome Kong def O.D.B to retain
Awesome Kong won with a spinning powerbomb, and afterwards, ODB sold and injury then recovered slowly

Booker T w/ sharmel def Robert Roode w/ Payton banks
Biggest heat of the night goes to Robert Roode and Payton, everyone was riding them the entire match, Robert even went as far as to say if you fans don't show me the respect I deserve I'll leave and never wrestle here again, and everyone started a na na na na hey hey goodbye chant. near the end Payton tried to hand roode a chair and Sharmel chased Payton out of ringside. Booker won with the scissors kick.

Intermission

AJ Styles and Tomko Def LAX to retain
This again was a good match, with both getting a decent pop, Tomko and Hernandez both flew over the ropes in this one, along with aj and homicide, no Salinas though. AJ won the match with a roll up and pulled the tights.

Main Event
Kurt Angle def Christian Cage to retain
Christian got a big pop, not as big as booker, but almost. before the match started
christian got on the mic and said that there were alot of peeps in st louis and that
everyone wanted to see a new champion which got a big pop and then he started an
angle sucks chant. Good match and a good ending series where both hit finishers and
then both went for each other's finishers and then a good series of submission
attempts and escapes and angle eventually got christian to tap to the ankle lock.

Afterwards they offered pics with Kurt Angle for 20 bucks and MCM, LAX, ODB, Kaz, Curry Man, Christy Hemme, and Petey Williams signed autographs. They also hinted that a PPV may be coming back to St. Louis soon but didn't announce any other events coming up.

Probably about 2000-2500 in attendance which was about half full.

They also did a segment where they filmed in the ring and the audience and said it would be on a future episode of impact.

Biggest Pop
Booker T
Christian
AJ Styles

Biggest Heat
Robert Roode (by far)
Awesome Kong
Kurt Angle
