-- The short-term contract Jim Ross inked with WWE last month will be expiring in March.

The Wrestling Observer is speculating that his future with the company will be determined at the 3/1 Raw in Oklahoma City.

-- Chris Jericho has been named the 2009 Wrestler of the Year in the 30th annual Wrestling Observer Newsletter readership awards. He is the first wrestler to win the award in consecutive years since Ric Flair in 1990.
