* Impact Wrestling averaged a 0.96 rating with 1.27 million viewers. Compared to 2011, the average rating is down 18% and the audience is down 21%, when the show was averaging a 1.17 rating with 1.61 million viewers. Impact's decline in ratings and viewership is more significant than the losses seen by WWE RAW and SmackDown for November.

* TNA's Live Events averaged 581 fans. This is down 40% from the previous November, when they averaged 975 fans.
