WWE MAIN EVENT REPORT (12/11/13) by Nicholas Sebastian

Main Event comes to us this week from the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon, formerly known as the Rose Garden Arena. The commentators for this edition are Josh Matthews and the Miz.

At the start of the broadcast, we're shown a shot of both the World Heavyweight Championship and the WWE Championship suspended above the ring. This serves as a visual reminder of this Sunday's title unification match at the TLC pay-per-view.

To further hype up the event, there are numerous tables, ladders and chairs prominently placed around the ringside area, down the entrance ramp and near the announce desk as well.

MATCH 1: DOLPH ZIGGLER VS CURTIS AXEL

The "show-off" Dolph Ziggler comes to the ring to his music. He's followed by his opponent Curtis Axel who's accompanied by the Human Wrecking Machine, Ryback. The bell sounds and the match-up gets underway.

The two competitors circle each other and lock up. The two men jostle for position against the ropes, moving to different sides of the ring before the referee calls for the clean break. They circle each other again and out of a quick collar and elbow tie-up Dolph Ziggler gets Axel in a standing wrist lock. There are counters and reversals by both men until Axel twists Ziggler's arm behind his back and brings him to the mat onto his chest.

Axel drives his right knee into the back and arm of Ziggler on the mat. The show-off manages to get to his feet and get out of the hold, applying a side headlock to his adversary. Curtis Axel powers out with the strength of his arms and gets Dolph into a side headlock as well.

Ziggler throws Axel into the ropes but gets knocked down with a shoulder block on the turnaround. Curtis Axel runs the ropes the other way, going over and under his opponent while crossing the ring. He then nails Ziggler with a drop kick while coming off the ropes.

Curtis Axel struts around the ring, very proud of the fact that he was able to inflict punishment the way he did. Dolph Ziggler gets up and the two men circle each other again. A lock-up quickly transitions into a headlock on the blonde show-off. Ziggler throws Axel into the ropes, drops down and attempts to hip toss his adversary on the turnaround. This is blocked by Axel who tries the same maneuver himself, only to be blocked as well.

Ziggler then manages to deliver the hip toss and and send his opponent to the canvas. He does some showboating himself as Axel gets up slowly. Curtis Axel charges Ziggler but gets caught in a drop toe hold, sending him chest first to the mat. A front face lock on Axel grounds the third generation superstar as he struggles on the canvas to get out of the rest hold.

Curtis Axel gets to his feet but is still always in that front face lock. Ziggler twists around and when the two men are back to back, delivers a neckbreaker that puts his foe to the mat again. Ziggler walks over to Axel quite methodically, and proceeds to drive ten consecutive elbows to the heart, the last one a direct hit after jumping into the air. A hook of the far leg only gets a two count.

Dolph Ziggler pulls his adversary to his feet with the intention of delivering more offense. Axel hits a boot to the midsection and a punch to the head that sends Ziggler to the canvas. Repeated forearm smashes and a kick to the back have the blonde superstar reeling as he crawls around the ring.

Axel grabs Ziggler by the hair and gets him to his feet. He throws his opponent into the ropes and bends over to deliver a back body drop. Ziggler foresees the move and stops his momentum, catching Axel with with a kick to the shoulder. The show-off finds some energy and runs the ropes, connecting with a flying clothesline on Curtis Axel.

Dolph Ziggler measures Curtis Axel in the hopes of delivering his jumping reverse bulldog finisher, the Zig Zag. Axel makes it to the ropes and uses them to get to his feet. Ziggler attempts his finisher but is unable to complete it as Axel had grabbed the top rope to keep from being pulled down, sending his opponent crashing to the canvas.

Curtis Axel runs at Ziggler but misses with a clothesline. He's then hit with a standing drop kick and crawls to the corner to recover. Ziggler charges at his opponent in the corner, but Axel is able to sidestep the attack. The blonde show-off goes up and over the turnbuckles, only to crash and burn as he tumbles all the way down to the arena floor.

COMMERCIAL

We come back from commercial to find Dolph Ziggler back in the ring. Both men are on the mat with Curtis Axel applying a rear chin lock immobilizing the jaw and neck of Ziggler. The show-off strikes with repeated shots to his opponent's gut, breaking the hold. Ziggler comes off the ropes only to run right into a huge backbreaker that sends him down. Ryback on the outside seems quite pleased at what he sees, as his usual tag-team partner hooks Ziggler's far leg and goes for the pin attempt, getting just a two count.

Curtis Axel starts manhandling Ziggler, who's draped across the bottom rope. The third generation superstar puts all of his weight on Ziggler's back while wrenching the face and neck of the blonde superstar. Axel tries to goad the crowd by shouting out to them and looking smug. He pulls Ziggler to his feet by the hair and delivers a very slow and methodical body slam to his opponent. Axel goes to the middle turnbuckle and drops and elbow down onto Ziggler. A hook of the leg and another cover only gets two.

Dolph Ziggler is crawling around the ring and holding onto the bottom rope for support. Axel is taunting Ziggler with insignificant kicks to the head. Ziggler doesn't stand for that and begins a comeback by delivering a series of shots to the midsection and head. He then runs the ropes to charge Axel but is caught with the knee to the gut. The blow turns him inside out and sends him flying. Another pin fall attempt has the show-off kicking out at a count of two again.

Curtis Axel makes his way across the ring on his knees over to Dolph Ziggler. A forearm to the face of Ziggler only serves to wear him down further. Axel gets Dolph Ziggler in a rear chin lock, using both hands to pull back on his opponents jaw while applying pressure to the lower back.

Ziggler makes it to his feet and manages to drop down and deliver a jaw breaker to the third generation superstar. Axel stumbles away to another part of the ring as he grabs his jaw in pain. Ziggler musters all the strength he has left and runs up behind Axel, connecting with an inverted flapjack that sends both men down to the canvas.

The referee counts to five as Ziggler makes it to his feet before Axel. He runs to the corner where Curtis is recovering, jumping on the middle turnbuckle. As the crowd counts, he delivers a series of punches to the head of his adversary. Ziggler then pulls Axel out of the corner with a front face lock, then twists it all the way around to deliver a neckbreaker once the two men are in the center of the ring. Dolph Ziggler hooks the inside leg but Curtis Axel is able to kick out.

Dolph Ziggler tries to throw his opponent into the ropes. This is reversed by Curtis Axel, who misses with the first clothesline but connects hard with one to the back of Ziggler's neck and shoulders. Dolph Ziggler in the prone position, is rolled onto his back by Axel and covered for a pin. A hook of the leg gets only two.

Curtis Axel then delivers a series of rights to Ziggler's head. Axel then pulls Ziggler up by the hair once again, getting the show-off to his feet. He picks up his opponent in an attempt to bodyslam him but Ziggler floats over to land behind Curtis Axel.

Ziggler then jumps onto Axel's back, piggyback-style and applies a sleeper hold on him. Axel starts to fade, then has the presence of mind to completely back up into a corner. This causes Ziggler to break the hold when he gets slammed against the turnbuckles. He falls into a heap right there.

Axel turns around to see his opponent dazed against the lower and middle turnbuckles. He charges in to deliver a shoulder block only to have Ziggler move out of harm's way. Curtis Axel goes through the top and middle corner and hits the ring post shoulder first. Turning around and coming out of there, he staggers into a Fame-Asser by Ziggler. A cover with a hook of the leg by the blonde show-off gets him a count of two and a half.

Dolph Ziggler goes to the top corner but seems to take more time than he should. Axel rushes there and takes his legs out from under him, almost crotching Ziggler and having him sit on the top turnbuckle. Axel delivers his father's signature perfect-plex on Ziggler who was seated at the highest spot to take the move. The referee counts but Ziggler is able to kick out of the borrowed finisher.

Curtis Axel is just beside himself, not believing that Ziggler was able to kick out of his father's maneuver. He measures a stumbling Dolph Ziggler for his swinging neckbreaker finisher, but misses on the one-armed grab. Ziggler then jumps up and nails Axel with a DDT, planting him in the center of the ring. The crowd counts along with the referee during the pin fall but once again only a two count is obtained.

Ziggler is now the one measuring Axel, waiting for him to get up so he can try a second attempt at his finisher, the Zig Zag. He spots Ryback getting onto the ring apron and rushes him, connecting with an elbow to the head that sends the big man down to the floor. Taking advantage of the distraction, Curtis Axel grabs Ziggler and nails a twisting facebuster. Axel then pins Ziggler and gets the three count and the victory.

WINNER: CURTIS AXEL

After the match, Ryback comes in to the ring to congratulate his tag team partner and to raise his arm. Dolph Ziggler backs up the ramp glaring at the celebrating Axel and Ryback.

Josh Matthews then discuss the TLC pay-per-view this Sunday, December 15th. CM Punk will take on all three members of the Shield in a three-on-one handicap match. Punk has stated he knows he's going down, the question is how many members of the opposing faction will he take with him.

We then see Natalya Neidhart coming down the entrance ramp in preparation for her match, up next.

COMMERCIAL

MATCH 2: NATALYA VS ALICIA FOX

Natalya is in the ring awaiting her opponent. Alicia Fox comes down the ramps in her small hoodie and gets into the ring, swinging it around above her head in an attempt to play to the crowd in attendance.

The two women circle each other, then lock up. Alicia Fox tries to get behind Natalya but is countered with a standing wrist lock. Natalya tries to twist her opponent's arm but Fox is able to forward flip back onto her feet and reverse the hold. Natalya rolls through to counter and brings Fox to the mat with a single leg take down.

Alicia Fox tries for a head scissors on her competitor but Natalya gets out of it easily. With both women still on the mat, Natalya goes for a lateral press on Fox but the pin fall attempt barely nets one.

Both combatants get to their feet quickly and Natalya is quick to get Alicia Fox into a side headlock followed by a quick takedown. Fox struggles to her feet, then hits an elbow to the midsection that breaks the hold. She throws Natalya to the ropes but the blonde diva knocks down with a shoulder block on the turnaround.

Natalya runs the ropes the other way as Fox drops down then jumps over her on the two ring crossings. On the third, Fox goes upside down and catches Natalya's neck and head with her ankles and calves, then flips the third generation wrestler to the canvas.

Alicia comes after her opponent in the hopes of delivering more offense. Natalya ducks under and goes behind Fox, rolling her up for the pin attempt. The referee counts the fall but Alicia Fox is able to kick out at two.

Both competitors are back up again as Natalya goes behind Fox again with a waistlock. Natalya has the hold applied for a bit of time as Alicia tries to break it with her own strength, then is able to make it to the ropes to force the clean break.

Alicia Fox, still on the ropes, pushes back into Natalya when the hold is released and the blond diva does a backwards somersault across three quarters of the ring, then pushes off forwards to land on her feet again. The second she's vertical, Alicia Fox nails a big kick to the face that sends Natalya down in pain. A hook of the far leg and a cover on the "Real Diva" are only good for two. A second subsequent cover only has the same result as Natalya is able to kick out again.

The two foes are still on the mat as Alicia Fox manages to get a head scissors on Natalya. Fox keeps applying the pressure as she's able to lift her opponent onto a sitting up position then bring her down to the canvas again, all the while keeping her legs wrapped tightly around Natalya's head and neck.

After a while in the leg scissors, Natalya is able to push off and sloppily kip up to break the vise that Alicia's legs had on her. She's doesn't get to her feet however, and her opponent grabs her by the blonde locks and throws her down back first to the mat. Alicia Fox gets admonished by the referee as Natalya winces in pain, still down on the canvas.

A front face lock by Alicia Fox brings Natalya to her feet, still groggy from the punishment she's taken in this match. Alicia Fox delivers a textbook Northern Lights Suplex to Natalya, transitioning into a bridge for the pin fall attempt. The referee counts two but Natalya is able to kick out of the predicament.

Alicia Fox goes back to the leg scissors on Natalya. This time, the blonde superstar powers up to her feet and grabs both of Fox's legs behind the knees. Fox is now hanging upside down behind Natalya, holding onto her opponent's waist for dear life to avoid getting slammed onto her back.

As strong as she is, Natalya is unable to flip her adversary over, and ends up bending over and setting Alicia Fox on her feet. Fox holds onto the right of Natalya and quickly hits an elbow to the jaw. Natalya is then thrown to the ropes as Fox grabs her by the waist on the turnaround. Alicia Fox goes for the back breaker but Natalya is able to shift her weight and come down to the mat with Fox underneath her. She pins her for two but Fox is able to kick out.

Both women are back up to their feet as Alicia Fox delivers a quick kick to the right leg of her opponent sending Natalya into the corner. The force brings the blonde diva down, sitting up against the bottom turnbuckle. A kick to Natalya's sternum is followed by a foot that's kept right at the neck, prompting the referee's five count to break the choke.

Natalya is able to get back on her feet as the referee pushes her adversary away from the corner. Alicia Fox runs at Natalya again, only this time the "Real Diva" sidesteps the rush and gets out of harm's way. Fox lands with a high knee right into the middle turnbuckle then turns right around to run into a flurry of offense by Natalya. Alicia Fox is hit with a couple of clotheslines and then a big scoop slam that sends her to the canvas.

Alicia Fox is slow to get up as Natalya rushes her again, nailing her with another clothesline. A cover and a pin attempt is good for almost three but Alicia Fox just barely managed to get her shoulder up to beat the count.

Natalya tries to pull up Alicia to her feet by grabbing the head and hair but is caught with a boot to her jaw. Alicia Fox makes it to the corner to try and recover but is chased in there by her opponent. Using her agility, Fox puts herself on the top turnbuckle with her legs outstretches on the top ropes, causing Natalya to eat the middle turnbuckle with a missed shoulder smash.

Alicia Fox drops down and grabs Natalya by the waist and rolls her through with a sunset flip. There is no pin attempt as Natalya is able to continue her momentum going backwards and puts herself on her feet again. She grabs both of Fox's legs and drags her to the center of the ring. Natalya locks in her Sharpshooter finisher and Alicia Fox taps out in mere seconds.

WINNER: NATALYA

After the match, Natalya celebrates her win with the crowd as the announcers talk about the roll she's on and how she'll do in her WWE Divas Championship match against A.J. Lee at the TLC pay-per-view on December 15th.

COMMERCIAL

We come back from the break to have the announcers talk about the events that happened on Raw this pas Monday. Randy Orton and John Cena got into a brawl during the Championship Ascension Ceremony where both belts were hung up above the ring. There was a lot of chaos due to the large number of people in the ring, culminating in the Viper knocking down Stephanie McMahon and Triple H retaliating with the pedigree on the perpetrator Randy Orton.

We're then shown a video package hyping up the title unification match that will take place at the Tables, Ladders and Chairs pay-per-view, this Sunday December 15th in Houston, Texas.

R-Truth and Xavier Woods come down to the ramp with Truth rapping to his "What's Up!" entrance music as usual. They await their opponents to start the next match as we go to the break.

COMMERCIAL

We come back to find the announcer's hyping up another match for this Sunday's pay-per-view, where similar to CM Punk, Daniel Bryan will be put in a three-on-one handicap match against the Wyatt Family.

MATCH 3: R-TRUTH & XAVIER WOODS VS TONS OF FUNK

Tons of Funk and the Funkadactyls make their entrance to Clay's music, dancing their way down the ramp and playing up to the fans. Josh Matthews alludes to the problems between combatants in tonight's bout.

We segue into a video of what happened this past Monday on Raw. Brodus Clay hit a huge splash from the second turnbuckle on Xavier Woods to win their one-on-one match-up. After his victory, the huge Clay continued to attack Woods and had to be stopped by his partner Sweet T. This all stems from Brodus Clay's anger at Xavier Woods for incidents involving the borrowing of his music and his dancers the Funkadactyls.

The bell goes and the contest gets underway. Brodus Clay looks to start with Xavier Woods, then laughs him off only to tag in his partner Sweet T at the outset. The two men go for a lock up but Xavier Woods ducks underneath and catches Sweet T with a few punches to the jaw.

Sweet T counters with knee to the gut and forcefully throws Xavier Woods into the neutral corner. Woods comes right out and continues with his flurry of punches to the jaw. Sweet T stops this attack by grabbing his opponent by the neck.

Xavier Woods bats away the hold on his neck and goes for a boot to the gut. Sweet T grabs it, forcing Woods to hop on one leg. Xavier Woods tries for a kick to the jaw with his free leg but this is easily stopped by the much bigger man. The member of Tons of Funk lands a swat to the leg that sends Woods down to the canvas.

Sweet T picks up Xavier Woods and tries for a bodyslam. Woods wrenches himself free in mid move and goes over behind his opponent. He starts landing those punches to the jaw again followed by a back kick to the gut of Sweet T. Xavier Woods runs the ropes and ducks under two clotheslines then nails a huge dropkick on the third crossing, bringing Sweet T down to the mat.

Xavier Woods runs at Sweet T who is just starting to make it to his feet. Sweet T throws his adversary over the top rope but Woods just floats over and lands on the ring apron near the corner of Tons of Funk. Brodus Clay tries to move near Woods to strike him but is met with a boot to the side of the head, keeping him at bay.

Sweet T approaches the ropes but Xavier Woods nails him with a shoulder to the gut through the middle ropes. He jumps over the top rope but misses on the sunset flip attempt on the big man. Woods runs the ropes but is flattened by a shoulder block as he runs into Sweet T. He then gets thrown into the enemy corner as Sweet T tags in his partner and nemesis.

Brodus Clay delivers a series of strikes to Woods that send him sitting up in the corner, his back against the bottom turnbuckle. The referee calls for the clean break only to go back into the corner afterwards. He picks up Xavier Woods and places him upside into the corner, trapping him in the Tree of Woe. The huge man then charges in to connects with a big side splash that has his opponent coming down and just crumpling on the canvas.

Xavier Woods is trying to recover while down on the mat, the back of his head against the bottom rope. Brodus Clay continues to inflict punishment by standing with his nearly four hundred pounds of weight on the sternum of a worn down and weary Xavier Woods.

Brodus Clay brings Woods to his feet and delivers a shot to the side, sending him down again. A huge forearm smash to the back has Woods dazed. Brodus Clay follows this up with by dropping the elbow onto the chest of his opponent. A lateral press and a hook of the leg by the big man only get him a two count on Woods.

The pace of the match has become slow and methodical, which favors the much larger team, Tons of Funk. Brodus Clay now sits his opponent up and holds his left arm delivering a couple of blows to the side and gut, then following it up with a version of the claw hold on the midsection of Xavier Woods.

Brodus Clay pulls his foe onto his feet by the hair, then picks his up for a bodyslam. He has the much smaller Xavier Woods held up for quite a number of seconds before sending him crashing down onto his back. Brodus Clay, in control of the match, taunts R-Truth in the corner with some dance moves.

R-Truth wants to go into the ring but is stopped by referee Charles Robinson. Brodus Clay gets distracted by this and takes a few shots to the gut from Woods. The comeback is stopped suddenly as a knee to the midsection puts Xavier Woods down to the canvas again.

Brodus Clay pulls Woods by the hair again and verbally berates him, striking with a punch to the head that sends him draped across the second rope. Clay ties Woods up in the ropes and pulls on the back of his head, choking him on the top rope. The referee calls for the break, but Brodus comes right back to pick up Woods for another devastating bodyslam.

Woods however, won't be had twice by the same move, and is able to wrench himself away to float down behind the much bigger man. Xavier Woods connects with a big kick to the side of the head that sends Brodus Clay to his knees. An exhausted Woods makes it to his corner to tag in his fresh teammate.

R-Truth right away climbs to the top and delivers a missile drop kick to Brodus Clay. Lots of punches to the head of Brodus Clay in this flurry of offense, followed by a taunting dance move for good measure. R-Truth comes off the ropes and drop kicks the leg of Brodus Clay, putting the Funkasaurus down. The rapper comes off the opposite ropes and nails a scissors kick to the back of Clay's head. A cover only gets a two count as the big man is able to kick out.

Brodus Clay rolls underneath the bottom rope to the outside for a breather. His partner Sweet T follows him out there and has words with him, telling him he needs to focus on the match. They walk over towards the ramp as R-Truth slingshots himself over the top rope in an unsuccessful attempt to take both men out on the outside. Sweet T and Brodus Clay stay on their feet after catching R-Truth and hold him by the arms and legs between them.

Xavier Woods, seeing what was happening on the outside, runs towards them from inside the ring and connects with a huge somersault dive over the top rope, sending everyone down to the arena floor. All four men are a lot worse for wear as we go to the final commercial break.

COMMERCIAL

Back from the break we find the two legal men, R-Truth and Brodus Clay back in the ring. Truth connects with a punch to the jaw of Clay, who retaliates with a shot to the sternum and a forearm smash to the back. Being near the enemy corner, Brodus Clay strikes Xavier Woods with a forearm to the head, sending him down to the floor.

R-Truth is able to recover and hits Clay with a hit to the gut, then smashes the big man's head against the top turnbuckle in the neutral corner. The rapper delivers a punch to the head and a kick to the gut, then turns Brodus Clay around so that Truth can put himself with his feet on the middle ropes in the corner. Truth goes for a tornado DDT off the second rope but is easily thrown off by Brodus Clay and he goes crashing down.

Brodus Clay makes his way over to his opponent and drops a couple of standing leg drops across his neck and chest. Clay pulls Truth by the left leg over to the corner of Tons of Funk. He tags in his partner Sweet T all the while hanging onto R-Truth's lower limb.

Sweet T pulls the rapper up and is able to hit a punishing double underhook suplex. R-Truth arches his back in pain as the former Tensai goes for the lateral press, the hook of the leg and the cover. Truth is able to kick out at two.

R-Truth manages to get to his knees as an arm bar by Tensai transitions into a claw-like grip on his trapezius. Truth makes it to his feet and is able to get out of the rest hold with a couple of elbows to the midsection. This is followed by a couple of strikes to the head, one to the gut and an attempt to throw the bigger man into the corner.

Sweet T uses his immense power to reverse the whip and send R-Truth into the opposite side. His charge is stopped in its tracks as he's nailed with a forearm uppercut by R-Truth. The rapper rushes his groggy opponent but is nailed with a shot to the jaw that send him down to the mat. A big elbow to the chest of Truth is followed by an aggressive pin fall attempt. Sweet T has the forearm forcefully on his opponent's head as Truth is able to kick out at two. R-Truth is then pulled up and thrown head first into the corner of Tons of Funk, facilitating the tag.

Brodus Clay comes in and delivers a huge corner splash to R-Truth, sending him falling face first onto the canvas. Clay goes for the pin attempt but Truth is able to kick out of the cover. The big man quickly follows this up with a grip on the Truth's same trapezius, keeping the man in a sitting up position.

R-Truth makes it to his feet and strikes Clay's midsection a few times to break the hold. Brodus Clay hits a double forearm smash to Truth's back sending him down to the mat again. The big man drops down to connects with another strike to the back. The force of the blow rolls R-Truth over and Clay delivers a standing leg drop to his fallen opponent. A pin fall attempt still only gets two.

Brodus Clay goes for the claw on the shoulder again, targeting the muscles there and pushing down with his weight as he stands over R-Truth. The rapper fights out of the hold again, but is countered by Brodus Clay as he's whipped back first into the neutral corner, the force sending him straight down to the mat in pain.

Seeing his foe near the cords, Brodus Clay springboards himself off the middle rope to deliver a seated senton onto the chest of R-Truth. This becomes another two count for the Funkasaurus as he quickly goes back to work on the shoulder of R-Truth with his vise-like grip.

R-Truth makes it to his feet and starts mounting a comeback with some shots to the gut and strikes to the head of the bigger man. Brodus Clay pushes him off into the ropes but R-Truth comes back with a boot to the head that sends Clay down to the mat. Both men are down as the referee starts his count. R-Truth is able to muster the strength to tag his partner in.

Xavier Woods starts on the offense immediately, hitting Brodus Clay with a drop kick to the left leg that puts the Funkasaurus on his hands and knees. Woods then runs the ropes to deliver a knee to the jaw of his opponent, followed by a short DDT to a stunned Clay. A quick cover and a hook of the far leg has the big man powering out at the count of two.

Sweet T, in his own corner, gets given a forearm smash to the head by an energetic Xavier Woods. Standing in the enemy corner, Woods calls for his finisher, The Honor Roll, a somersault rolling into a big clothesline. Brodus Clay goes down and Woods rolls him over for the pin. A two count is all that's obtained as the Funkasaurus is able to kick out of the cover.

Xavier Woods runs over to Sweet T again and nails a low drop kick to his right leg, sending him down to the arena floor. He runs back to Brodus Clay who has made it to one knee after the near fall. A couple of strikes to the head of Clay are countered with a head butt to the gut that staggers Woods.

Brodus Clay lifts up Xavier Woods for a powerbomb attempt, but the smaller man is able to get out in mid-maneuver by raining repeated blows to the head of the Funkasaurus. As Woods comes off the ropes towards his opponent, R-Truth makes the blind tag to become the legal man in the match.

With this important face unbeknownst to Brodus Clay, he then proceeds to deliver an overhead suplex to Xavier Woods, sending him under the bottom ropes and outside the ring. Clay is still down on the mat after his maneuver when Truth rushes in to the ring. He rolls through with a jackknife cover on Brodus Clay, hooking both legs and getting the three count.

After the match, Brodus Clay is quite angry at losing, attacking R-Truth from behind and delivering a huge powerslam to the rapper. Sweet T comes in and questions the actions of the Funkasaurus and yells at his partner, stopping him from inflicting more punishment.

Brodus Clay shoves Sweet T and orders him to get out of the way as he climbs the turnbuckles. The former Tensai will have none of it as he yells at Brodus to stop what he's doing. He tells him enough is enough and the two men get in each other's faces before Clay leaves the ring alone to a lot of boos from the fans.

Main Event fades out with Xavier Woods checking on R-Truth in the ring as well as Sweet T and the Funkadactyls bewildered by the recent goings on.
