It was announced today that WWE released approximately seven percent of their staff today, which is around a total of 55 employees, as part of their massive budget cuts to offset losses from starting up the WWE Network.
According to one source, Vince McMahon sent out an e-mail today to notify WWE employees that the current staff reduction process is now complete. Basically, anyone who wasn't cut today is still employed by the company moving forward.
