RAW starts with video of Marty going out to the ring. Cut in between is the conversation outback with HBK. Back and forth between Marty in the ring and talking to HBK. Then Masters comes out. Finally HBK comes out and stops the masterlock. Then there was Vince telling HBK about his two big upcoming matches. Of course it ended with lips to bum.
Vince and Shane come out to the stage. Vince turns around and waves for someone to come out. About ten security guys come out. Vince and Shane head down to the ring and all the security follows them.
Vince gets a mic on a stand. He talks about people watching the Oscars last night. Vince says we think it’s a celebration of Hollywood elite. Vince thinks it’s three hours of ass kissing. But it pales in comparison to this... Vince points at the titantron.
Vince now wants to thank all those who made the HBK butt kissing possible. Background music starts. Vince thanks the Spirit Squad for the cheer that inspired him to drop his pants. Masters for his beautiful masterlock. He and Carlito will be facing Kane and Show at WM for the tag titles. He thanks Marty for not kissing his ass. Furthermore Marty will never again be in a WWE ring. He wants to thank us, the little people. We kiss our boss’s asses everyday. Finally he wants to thank Shane for helping crush HBK’s face into his ass.
Vince says he’s sure we think HBK is pissed, which he probably is. We also think the security is there to protect Vince and Shane, but the truth is that the security is there to protect HBK. HBK needs protecting because at WM he’s not facing a normal 60 year old billionaire. No he’s facing the guy who’s on this month’s Muscle & Fitness. The cover appears on the titantron. Vince says, concerning his matches against Shane and Vince, HBK has no chance in hell.
Vince tells security that it’s time to make their way back up the ramp and HBK’s music hits. Everyone is staring up the ramp, waiting for HBK, so of course he comes in from the other direction. Security and Shane start to head up the ramp just before HBK tackles Vince who is the only one in the ring. HBK is punching Vince in the back of the head when Shane enters and gets attacked by HBK. All of security grab HBK and hold him while Vince and Shane scurry from the ring and onto the ramp.
Vince says that even though HBK has a Street Fight with Shane at SNME, he also has a match tonight. A match against Shane! Shane’s face drops and he turns to look at his father. Shane doesn’t look to happy about this idea. He argues a bit with his father, but nothing big. Vince rushes the ring a couple times as if he’s actually going to attack HBK, Shane has to pull him back. The whole time security is holding HBK back. Vince

The WWE Slam Of The Week is Shelton Benjamin beating Ric Flair for the IC Title.
Outback Shane says he’s not ready to face HBK. Vince tells him that of course he’s ready to face HBK, he’s Shane McMahon. Vince says that he wants to make HBK’s life living hell, and it starts tonight.
Shelton comes down to the ring with Mama. Of course Mama has a firm hold on Shelton’s strap. Flair then comes down to the ring.
Shelton immediately starts stomping Flair. A back body drop followed by a quick one count. Shelton nails a delayed vertical suplex for two. Flair gets pushed into a corner, but Shelton waited too long and Flair comes back with a flurry of chops. Shelton is backed into a corner and the ref has to pull Flair off him twice.
Shelton reaches up to thumb Flair in the eye, but gets the ref. The ref stumbles around holding his face and not watching the wrestlers. Flair locks a figure four on Shelton who taps out. The ref calls for the bell to be rung. Flair wins the match via DQ, not submission. It just took the ref a bit to have the bell rung after getting poked in the eye. So, Shelton keeps his title.
Flair immediately starts attacking Shelton, stomping him on the mat. Flair takes Mama’s oxygen tank from her and brings it into the ring. He nails Shelton in the gut with it a couple times.

They show video of during a commercial at RAW. Teddy Long says the Money In The Bank match is now inter-promotional. RVD is there and Teddy tells him there will be three from RAW and three from Smackdown in the match.
HHH comes down to the ring for his WM rewind match. WM XV HHH faced Kane. Kane then comes down to the ring.
They dance around and then HHH pokes Kane in the eye. HHH throws some punches but runs into a big boot. Kane pushes HHH into a corner and nails him with a few elbows. HHH gets pushed into another corner and gets a huge clothesline. HHH fights back with a high knee, but Kane sits up. Kane nails a back body drop.
Kane goes out to the apron to climb, but HHH stops him. HHH tries for a suplex, but Kane reverses it into a suplex of his own. Kane throws punches and then telegraphs. Kane’s face meets HHH’s knee. HHH sets up for a pedigree, but Kane reverses into a back body drop. Kane throws more punches and a clothesline. After a side slam Kane climbs. HHH gets nailed with a flying clothesline. Kane is setting HHH up for a chokeslam but Masters rushes to the ring and onto the apron to stop Kane.
HHH clotheslines Kane from the ring. Kane lands on his feet. Kane grabs HHH’s ankle. HHH doesn’t want to get pulled from the ring so he grabs the ref’s ankle and holds on. Carlito shows up and turns Kane around. Kane turns around into a face full of apple spit. Carlito and Masters slam Kane face first into the ring post before rolling him back into the ring. HHH nails the pedigree for three.

Outback Victoria says that no one can see the cover until the right time. Torrie is very quiet. Victoria asks what’s wrong. Torrie says that she was trying to help Candice and she slapped her. Victoria says Candice is under a lot of stress. Candice wants to go to WM as the woman’s champ. She would be if Torrie hadn’t messed up last week. Torrie gets upset about it again. Victoria says it’s water under the bridge.
Outback HBK is talking to Todd Grisham and Steph comes in. Todd leaves. Steph says she doesn’t agree with what her brother and father are doing to him. She says because she pregnant she’s going through some big changes and wants to make things right for the future of her child. She says HBK understands about big changes. HBK agrees. Steph says she’s sorry about all that’s happened between them. After a bit of convincing he nods.
Steph starts to leave and clutches her rounding belly. HBK aids her and gets her sitting. Steph asks for water and HBK rushes off. Steph quickly reaches in her bra and pulls out a capsule which she breaks open into HBK’s water. She then goes back to being ill. HBK comes back with the water. She takes a drink and tells HBK she’s fine, the baby must have been thirsty. She leaves the locker room and HBK takes a drink from his water bottle.
(I just have to say that Steph looks great. Pregnancy suits her. Yes, her boobs are even bigger, but she isn’t carrying any weight in her face. I think she looks beautiful pregnant.)

Victoria and Torrie are in the ring. Torrie introduces Candice. Both Divas pull the curtain off the box in the ring that has the cover on each side. Music starts and the box lifts to show Candice in her cover outfit. She dances around and takes a mic. She says she was too hot for network TV, too hot for the Superbowl and too hot for RAW. She says she’s hotter than Trish and gets some negative reaction from the crowd. She says she’s hotter than Stacy and gets much more of a negative reaction. She then tell Stacy she did a great choke coming in third.
Candice says she’s not only the hottest Diva, but she’s the hottest cover girls to ever pose for Playboy. She says she’s the hottest WWE Diva to pose for Playboy, then turns to ask Torrie if she agrees.
Torrie says she thinks the magazine looks great.
Candice says that’s not what she asked. Candice says her cover is hotter than both of Torrie’s covers combined. She tells Torrie to just admit that she’s the hottest Diva to ever pose for Playboy.
Torrie tells Candice that right now she’s the biggest bitch.
Candice agrees that she hasn’t been a very good friend. She hugs Torrie and winks over Torrie’s shoulder at Victoria. Candice then hugs Torrie again. During the second hug Victoria nails Torrie in the back with a forearm. Candice pulls Torrie up by her arm and bitch slaps her. Then Candice holds the back of Torrie’s hair as well as her arm and nails a Russian leg sweep. Victoria applauds and Candice dances some more.
Outback HBK is looking a little funky. He finishes the bottle of water and heads out of the locker room.

Shane’s music hits and he comes out dancing his goofy little dance. Vince comes out and walks down the ramp with his son. Shane is in his usual ring gear - Shane-O-Mac shirt, matching sweat pants and sneakers.
Video recap of HBK attacking Vince and Shane early in the show. During a commercial HBK super kicked one of the security guys. HBK comes down to the ring.
HBK is all over Shane. Vince climbs up on the apron, but quickly backs off when HBK rushes in his direction. Shane leaves the ring and runs around with HBK ring on his tail. Shane gets in the ring and HBK on the apron. Shane nails HBK with a hard punch. HBK climbs in the ring and gets a bunch of punches from Shane, HBK doesn’t fight back against the punches. HBK whips Shane into a corner. When Shane comes out HBK nails him with a clothesline. HBK staggers over to Shane and nails a couple chops. HBK goes for a shoulder block, but it was only a glancing blow and it drops HBK to the mat too.
Every time HBK tries to stagger to his feet Shane lightly hits him and he falls to the mat. Two doctor looking guys come down to the ring, but Vince tells them to stay away. Shane grabs HBK by his hair and asks who he thinks he’s messing with. Shane then nails HBK with a hard punch and covers him. The ref is reluctant to count, but does when Vince yells at him.

The doctors and ref rush to help HBK. Vince rushes to celebrate with Shane. After about a minute of this Shane goes over to talk to Lillian who climbs on the apron to talk. She then announces that HBK now has another match with the person he will face at WM.
Vince take off his jacket. The doctors and ref back away from a prone HBK. Vince quickly covers HBK and the ref again reluctantly counts the three when Shane yells at him. The ref immediately returns to helping HBK.
Music hits and the Spirit Squad comes down to the ring. The pick both Vince and Shane onto their shoulders.

The Spirit Squad is still in the ring. Eugene comes down to the ring. The Squad makes fun of Eugene. Every goofy thing he does, they mock. Eugene wants the air horn. They play keep away with it. When Eugene gets the air horn it doesn’t work. Kenny, who hands over the horn, immediately attacks Eugene.
Eugene ducks under a clothesline but gets nailed with a shoulder block. Kenny slams Eugene and drops a knee for two. Kenny stomps Eugene and gets another two. Kenny then applies a headlock. Eugene fights out. Kenny slams his knee into Eugene’s head a couple times and then kicks him in the head for two.
Kenny suplexes Eugene for two. Again Kenny applies a headlock. Eugene gets out and rolls Kenny up for two. Kenny quickly throws punches and covers for two. Eugene gets nailed with a headlock takeover and stays in the headlock. He gets out and Kenny slams his head into the turnbuckle. Eugene gets pissed. Eugene throws punches and then does the helicopter.
Eugene slams Kenny’s face to the mat for two. Eugene then clotheslines Kenny for two. Eugene nails Kenny with a rock bottom. As Eugene goes for the people’s elbow a Squad member distracts the ref while another kicks Eugene in the head.
Kenny climbs and nails Eugene with a flying legdrop that was amazing (I have never seen a flying legdrop executed so high and so far - WOW) and covers Eugene for three.

Outback Edge and Lita are heading for the ring,
WWE Rewind shows the match from a month ago where Cena and Maria beat Edge and Lita.

Video of a SNME feud between Hogan and Bundy.
Maria comes down to the ring in a white shirt with a sparkly bra poking out, black boy short skivvies and a sparkly belt. Lita and Edge come out to Lita’s music.
Maria tries to reason with Lita and shake her hand, she’s pushed to the mat. Lita chokes Maria on a bottom rope while Edge gets in her face. Lita slams Maria’s face tot he mat. Lita nails a snap suplex. She’s toying with the girl. Lita goes and kisses Edge, Maria quickly rolls Lita up for two.
Maria again gets slammed to the mat. Lita punches and kicks Maria. Lita swings Maria around by her hair and flings her. Maria gets pushed into a corner, but is able to get a foot up. Maria tries for a clothesline, but Lita ducks. Lita kicks Maria in the gut and then nails her with her swinging leg DDT. Lita covers for three. Through this whole match the crowd was chanting, “Hooooo” and “Slut” and other negative things I couldn’t catch.

Lita picks Maria up by the hair so Edge can spear her. Just before he can Foley comes out to the ring. Foley throws a bunch of punches until Lita jumps on his back. Edge then spears Foley. Edge grabs a chair and nails Foley in the back with it. Edge then puts Foley’s head on a chair and hits a one man con-chair-toe.
Edge grabs a mic and says he accepts the challenge for the hardcore match at WM.

Recap of who’s going into the Hall Of Fame. Bret will be inducted by Austin. Eddie will be inducted by Chavito, Rey Rey and Benoit (I guessed this one a few weeks ago. It feels like the right way to do it.) The newest inductee is Sherry Martel. Over the video clips of Sherry is HBK and Vince talking about how good she was.
Outback Mickie is all excited about Sherry going into the Hall Of Fame. Trish comes in. Trish tries to talk to Mickie who keeps cutting her off. Trish says that Mickie’s actions are not normal and they need some time apart. Trish grabs a Diva Magazine out of Mickie’s hand and asks if she was looking at it. Mickie stumbles a reply. Trish brings up the 20+ text messages from Mickie and having her face buried in Trish’s crotch last week. Trish makes it quite clear that she wants space. Trish walks out and Mickie flops down with her mouth hanging open.

Smackdown Rebound is Angle and Taker for the title last week. They show clips of the match set to music. The music stops and Henry attacks and then puts Taker through the announce table.
Big Show comes down to the ring. ‘Cena’ chants start and then his music hits. He seems to be getting good pop tonight, and they aren’t even close to Boston.
They tie up and Cena goes flying. Cena comes back throwing punches. One punch from Show and Cena’s down. Show head butts Cena and the slaps his chest in a couple corners. Show then stands on Cena’s gut. Show flings Cena through the air. Cena bounces off the ropes and gets a forearm to the back. Show then nails Cena with another forearm to the back. Scoop slam from Show, then he walks on Cena.
Show gets Cena to his feet and Cena gets some punches in until Show nails a side slam for two. Show picks up Cena into a huge bearhug. Cena claps Show’s ears a couple times to get out. He throws some punches, but then runs into Show’s elbow. Show runs the ropes and Cena pulls a top one down spilling Show to the floor.
Cena notices HHH standing on the stage with a sledge over his shoulder, just watching everything in the ring.

Show nails a delayed vertical suplex on Cena for two. Cena gets his foot on the ropes. Show slaps Cena’s chest in a corner. Show hits a snap suplex for two. Show drops a leg for two. Cena throws a couple punches and gets tossed into a corner. Cena gets his foot up in time. Cena goes for a cross body and Show catches him and slams him to the mat.
Show climbs. Masters and Carlito rush the ring, but Kane shows up and drags them off. This distracts Show so Cena can nail a superplex. HHH slowly makes his way to the ring. Cena pays attention to HHH and Show attacks from behind. Show goes for a chokeslam but Cena reverses it into a DDT. Cena nails Show from behind and Show hits his head on a turnbuckle pad.
Show again sets up for a chokeslam and Cena reverses it into an FU. Cena covers for three.
HHH starts grinning at Cena and says, “No fucking way.” Cena bounces to his feet and stares at HHH. HHH then says, “Holy shit.” HHH holds up his sledge in front of him, just to warn Cena. Cena glares some more a smirking and laughing HHH, and then Cena points to the huge WM sign hanging high above the fans at one end of the arena. HHH slowly backs up the ramp, still grinning and laughing.
