The Miami Herald has published an article looking at the city of Orlando's efforts to host not only WrestleMania 33 in 2017 but also WrestleMania 34 in 2018.

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer said, "We’re in a competition right now, and we understand it’s down to a handful of cities for 2017. We put in bids for both 2017 and 2018”

Orlando's Citrus Bowl hosted WrestleMania 24 back in 2008 and the venue has undergone a dramatic renovation process since then. “We’d love to get in a rotation where [WrestleMania] comes here every four or six years” Dyer said.
