Enzo Amore suffered what appeared to be a serious injury at Sunday night's WWE Payback pay-per-view.
During the tag-team tournament finals, which featured Amore and Big Cass against The Vaudevillains, Simon Gotch attempted to launch Amore under the bottom rope. Amore's neck was caught on the middle rope, then the bottom rope and he eventually landed awkwardly at ringside.
The referee and Big Cass would go on to check on Amore before a doctor was called to come out and check on him. Amore was put in a neck brace and helped to the back.
