John Cena/House Shows, Dreamer/WWE, WWE Applies for Trademark

- House show attendance was down 13% year over year in the same markets that John Cena worked in 2015. This has led to speculation that with Cena working fewer dates moving forward, house show attendance be negatively affected, quite possibly permanently.

- Tommy Dreamer was backstage at Smackdown and was one of the guys WWE was interested in hiring for the upcoming brand split. One of the issues that has cropped up with his situation is that they wanted him to sign a contract which would have prevented him from participating in his House of Hardcore promotion.

- WWE has recently looked to trademark the phrase "Solid Gold" for use on their programming.
