-- Shinsuke Nakamura and Asuka winning the men's and women's Royal Rumble matches might change the perception of WWE in Japan. While there wasn't a whole lot of mainstream media coverage, Nakamura's stock gets a significant bump winning this match and wrestling AJ Styles at WrestleMania, in what will probably be his best WWE match to date.

-- Asuka meanwhile is pushed as being unbeaten for years and newcomer Kairi Sane is also being positioned as a major player.

-- Most of the male wrestlers in Japan seem to have no interest in WWE because they are content with New Japan whereas female wrestlers are easier to recruit as they work for independent level groups and don't make nearly as much money.
