-- In a follow up to a recent news report that Matt Hardy is now the full and legal owner of all the "Broken Universe" trademarks, Anthem Sports (the parent company of Impact Wrestling) still owns rights to the footage of the Hardys when they wrestled for TNA Wrestling.

-- According to pwinsider.com, Anthem Sports has actually licensed some of Matt and Jeff Hardy's matches and footage to WWE, very likely for a future project involving the brothers, one being a WWE 24 episode featuring them as well as a Hardy Boyz DVD.

-- While it remains unlikely that WWE will use "Broken Universe" trademarks on TV since they don't own those trademarks, WWE is not a stranger to license content from other promotions for their endeavors as they have previously obtained footage of CM Punk and Daniel Bryan from ROH.
