On the latest episode of his Ross Report podcast, Jim Ross spoke about the injury he suffered during the NJPW G1 Special at the Cow Palace in San Francisco, California last weekend.

According to the WWE Hall of Famer, he suffered bruised ribs on his left side, a bruised left lung and a sternum injury. He claimed that doctors fear he could catch pneumonia due to the issues with his lungs.

As noted, "Good Ole' J.R." was injured while calling the show for AXS TV alongside Josh Barnett, when Jay White and Juice Robinson's match spilled outside of the ring, bumping Ross and knocking him over. This led to Barnett going after them for hurting his friend.
