TNA House Show Results (6/24/07) - Hampton Beach, New Hampshire

Report by: Arman, rajah.com reader

I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO ATTEND TONIGHTS HOUSE SHOW IN HAMPTON BEACH IN NEW
HAMPSHIRE. WELL ME AND A PAL DROVE UP ABOUT 1 HOUR 15 MINS. THERE WERE CLOSER
EVENTS TO US AND ACTUALLY THIS ONE MAY HAVE BEEN THE FURTHEST AWAY BUT I GUESS IT
WAS THE MOST CONVENIENT FOR US BOTH TO ATTEND SO WE DID SO I'LL GIVE RESULTS THEN
SOME EXTRA ADDED INFORMATION.

These Matches are in exact order of how they occured:

Tag Team Match
Eric Young and Jay Lethal defeated Roode and Kaz w/Traci Brooks
At first I was wondering why Kaz was with Roode but I guess the fact that Kaz kinda
is doing that storyline where hes seperating himself from Seretonin makes sense.
Traci Brooks is sooooo fn hott in person. Shes always been my favorite knockout
looks wise but tonight she proved why. Traci got involved by trying to seduce Eric
but Eric ended up winning with the DVD on both Traci and Roode at sametime. A Solid
opener.

Knockouts Match
Gail Kim defeated Jackie Moore
A very slow match BUT atleast unlike most WWE divas they know how to wrestle. Jackie
tried getting the crowd going very much but like I said it slowed down the match.
Gail was probably the most fan friendly. Even when she came out later in the night
with Harris she made sure to greet as many fans as possible and give autographs at
ringside. The crew actually had to tell her she hadda go backstage.

3 Way Tag Team Match
LAX defeated Seretonin (Martyr and Havoc) and the Naturals
Oh my god LAX is sooooooooo over. Perhaps the most over of the night or atleast
second. I was surprised just how over they are. TNA definately needs to turn these
guys face and begin their push. It'd be way early especially since they dissapeared
from TV but even have them win the tag titles then have Angle cost Joe the X Title
and have Homocide pin Joe to win the match and the X Title. But anyways yea when
Hernandez came in and cleaned house. Hes soo massive and built and probably one of
the biggest what seems to be naturally built guys.

Singles Match
Brother Runt defeated Lance Hoyt
Basically Hoyt dominated the whole match and Runt picked up win at the end. They
played the whold david and goliath theme and even Jeremy announced it as a david vs
goliath contest. Lance swung Runt into the barricade off the apron which was pretty
sweet but besides that simply Hoyt dominating whole match only to lose at the end.

TNA World Tag Team Titles Match
Team 3D defeated AJ and Daniels
I was hoping for some reason AJ and Daniels would win to set up a sweet main event
at Victory Road. Even though it was obviously not going to happen but who knows
maybe they were practicing for a match theyll have on Impact. This was definately to
meet most entertaining match of the night. A funny spot was Ray putting hand up to
lock up with AJ and he'd keep switching hands as AJ went to raise his hand then he
started switching hands fast so they ended up kind of doing the whole "Dont Fire
Eric" hand movement I guess you could say. 3D finally won with the 3D. After the
match they let a kid whole the belt and everyone started a "Zack" chant. They told
kid after they were gonna put him through a table which got a huge pop since kid was
like maybe 7 at most but yea didnt happen.

Intermission

Singles Match
Chris Harris defeated James Storm
Could've been better but still solid. Chris Harris went around ringside and held
James and let fans like give him chops to the chest and shit. Chris ended up winning
with the Catonik. Gail and Jackie were at ringside and went at it.

Singles Match
Rhino defeated Tomko
I had on my Rhino shirt and he pointed to me which was pretty cool. Simple match
nothing special but pretty good. Rhino won with the gore.

Main Event
TNA World Heavyweight Title Match
Angle defeated Cage
Weird that Angle played the face and acted like a face but the fans were definately
split 50/50 on who they wanted to win. In middle of the match Tomko was kicked out
from ringside. These guys know eachother so well and had it gone a bit longer I'd
say match of the night but definately second best match of the night to me. Lots of
reverses at the end which was fn awesome and it ended up with Angle putting in the
Ankle Lock and Cage tappin out. Angle posed a bit at ringside then a ref went around
with cam as people chanted TNA and Angle posed for the crowd a bit then JB thanked
crowd for coming out.

Side Notes
-Governor of NH (thats what JB said atleast) went over the Boxing/Wrestling
Commision rules to start the show.
-I asked JB about if Killings is really gone he acted like he didnt know and was
kinda like "I think so...Probably".
-I also asked JB about if theyd get 2 hours and he said hopefully and I said would
it be on Spike and he basically said yes or atleast thats what they're hoping.
-I bought myself the new Christopher Daniels Fallen Angel shirt and my boy Adam
bough the Angle Tap or Snap shirt and a fitted TNA hat.
-AJ and Daniels signed autographs at a table besides the merchandise stand at
intermission and after getting theres I ran to JB who signed my TNA paper also. It
was funny cause Daniels walked by me and was like "Why do i have to sign I'm hurt"
or some sht like that and I was like "Dont do it" and he was like "shut up" but like
in a in character type way.
-Terry Taylor was at the entrance way the whole time and I think the guy has a much
bigger role in the company then most people tend to think.
-I definately reccomend TNA Shows to all you guys. It was dissapointing to miss
Abyss and Joe but besides that it was a solid ass show!

Theres probably more side sht but thats all I can remember for now.
