Matt Morgan went to the hospital last night after the Smackdown house show in Reading, PA. He was injured during a tag match when he, Lesnar, and Big Show battled Billy Gunn and Hardcore Holly. Morgan's bump happened when he landed awkwardly after a Holly clothesline which somehow injured his head and/or neck and we'll have more details as they're released. As for Holly, he is not being looked at as responsible for the injury as it was a routine move with an unfortunate bump. The show stopped for several minutes while Morgan was tended to at ringside, then then taken to the back on a stretcher and sent to a local hospital for evaluation. When discussing their target market and ways to cater to it, Dutch Manelt told the creative team that he believes the average age of a NWA-TNA viewer is 40-50 years old. He stated that these fans don't want to be confused by wrestling storylines and they should just keep it simple and stick to the basics.Eventhough there were chants of "RVD, RVD" by fans before the Long Island RAW earlier this month, management didn't deem it necessary to give RVD any promo time on the show.RAW Roster's Reaction to Benoit + Backstage Smackdown News for Tonight's Taping & Shamrock/WWE Update!
