During last week's Smackdown meeting, Vince McMahon implied that certain wrestlers would be "Flipping Burgers Somewhere" if they didn't start contributing to the product more. This apparently struck a nerve with some of the wrestlers as they feel McMahon is taking the wrong approach to motivate the wrestlers.

At the Jan 12 RAW meeting, Trish, HHH, Tommy Dreamer, Lance Storm, and Earl Hebner were the ones who spoke up about various topics. When Trish brought up how she felt it would be more effective to have house show cards more closely reflect current storylines and how it would get the crowd more into the matches, she was shot down and made to look stupid by McMahon in front of all the other WWE staff. Just another case of McMahon's public humiliation in an attempt to motivate and boost his ego.
