We start with a special Las Vegas opening, promoting tonight's Raw Roulette theme. Eric Bischoff is backstage and he welcomes us to Raw Roulette. Every match will be determined by the Raw Roulette wheel. Will we see an HLA Match? Bischoff's Choice? Kiss My Ass? Vegas offers lust, greed, unpredictability, and that's what this wheel provides. And with a flick of the wrist, we will find what tonight's first match will be. Bischoff spins the wheel, which lands on... Steel Cage Match!Booker T vs. Big Show (Steel Cage Match)
-The Raw video plays, the pyros explode, and we are LIVE from Sin City, Las Vegas! Booker T comes out for our first match, which according to the wheel will be a Steel Cage Match. And his opponent will be The Big Show! Show enters the cage and clubs Booker into the corner. Show hits a sidewalk slam, but Booker hits a big boot and starts climbing the cage, but Show tosses him down. Show throws Booker around some more, then hits a clothesline. Chops by Show, but he misses a splash in the corner. Booker starts asking for the door to be opened, but Show pulls him back inside, then tosses him into the cage walls. Stomps by Show, who walks towards the door, then decides to inflict more pain. Show again smashes Booker into the cage walls. Clubs by Show, then a back suplex. Booker comes back with a spinning heel kick, but Show knees him in the face. Show smashes Booker's head into the cage wall, then hits a suplex. Show again walks towards the door, but again decides to stay and fight some more. Chops by Show, but Booker starts firing chops of his own. Show knees Booker back, and then nails the Big Boot. Stomps by Show, who then climbs over the ropes and makes towards the door. Booker gets up and starts punching away on Show, but Show keeps knocking him back. Booker nails Show with the jumping calf kick, causing Show to slump over the ropes, leaving him perfectly placed for the Scissors Kick. Booker climbs the turnbuckles, but sees Show crawling to his feet. Leaping scissors kick by Booker T. Booker again goes up the turnbuckles and gets to the top of the cage, but Show grabs him and pulls him back to the ropes. Booker kicks Show in the testicles, causing Show to drop from the turnbuckle and allowing Booker T to climb over the cage and drop to the floor! Booker T wins! Booker sets himself for the Spinaroonie outside the cage, when Chris Jericho runs down and knees him in the face. Jericho exposes the security barrier, then beats Booker down. Jericho smashes Booker's head into the barrier, busting him open, and then smashes him into the cage.In the back, Bischoff tells Kane and Hurricane that he hopes they don't end up like Booker. And now Kane is Tag Champ and IC Champ, and at No Mercy he wants to get the World Title? That's quite greedy, but in Las Vegas, greed has consequences. They're going to defend the Tag Titles tonight, but in what kind of match? Bischoff spins the wheel, which lands on... TLC Match! Fade Out.
In the back, Terri asks Jericho why he attacked Booker T for no reason. Jericho says he did have a reason: he's sick of being overlooked by the jackasses here. Goldust says that Fozzy sucks, and then Booker T calls him a sucka, which causes him to lose the IC Title to Kane? This is what happens when people don't respect him. He was the first Undisputed Champion, and he's also a very unbalanced and dangerous individual. But he is not a sucka.
In the back, Bischoff spins the wheel, and it lands on... Blindfold! We check to see who this is for, and it's World Champion Triple H! Trips begins to complain about it, but then says that no matter what Bischoff tries to keep him away from Kane, he'll change Kane's life forever tonight. Flair introduces Bischoff to some lesbians who want to give Eric a little show tonight. Regal comes in and asks if Bischoff is crazy: a Steel Cage Match, a TLC Match, and now a Blindfold Match? Just be kind and give him a true wrestling match. Bischoff spins the wheel, which lands on... Las Vegas Showgirl! Regal thinks this means he gets to leave with the Showgirls after his victory, but Bischoff tells him it means he will wrestle while dressed as a Vegas Showgirl. Fade Out.
Triple H vs. D'Lo Brown (Blind Fold Match)
-As we come back, the World Champion, The Game, Triple H comes out, accompanied by Ric Flair for this Non-Title Blindfold Match! And his opponent will be... D'Lo Brown! Hebner gives both men their blindfolds, which are actually black hoods that completely cover the head. They start out by slowly walking with their hands out, and walk right past each other. They go to lock up, but miss each other again. They bump into each other and fight into the corner. D'Lo escapes, but Triple H still thinks he's in the corner and tries to grab but gets just air. D'Lo knocks Triple H down and then almost nails Hebner. Triple H nails D'Lo and knocks him down, then pounds away. He looks for an early Pedigree, but D'Lo back body drops him. Mounted punches by D'Lo 1-2-shoulder up. D'Lo manages to hit the Sky High out of nowhere, but can't find him for the pin. Flair goes to Trips and whispers something to him. Flair runs in the ring. As Hebner corners him and tries to force him from the ring, Triple H pulls off his mask and hits D'Lo with the Pedigree 1-2-3!In the back, Bischoff says that the Tag Titles are up in a TLC Match, so what better guys to team up than these experts? We pan over to see Christian, BuhBuh, and Jeff Hardy. They insist that they won't fight, but Bischoff forces them to each find a partner. I guess that means it will be a Fatal Fourway TLC Tag Titles Match. Fade Out.
Goldust vs. William Regal (Las Vegas Showgirl Match)
-As we return, Goldust is already in the ring, sporting a black dress and feathers on his head and tail over his normal attire. Regal's music hits, but no one comes out. Finally stage workers pull Regal out, who is also wearing a black dress and head-feathers, as well as make-up, earings, pantyhose, and red high-heel shoes, which give him much trouble walking down the ramp. Goldust grabs Regal and pulls him into the ring, then thumps him. He immediately sets Regal for the Shattered Dreams, but then goes outside to attack an entering Lance Storm. The ref yells at Storm long enough to allow Regal to pull the brass knuckles from his dress, nail Goldust and put them away 1-2-3! Fade Out.In the back, Terri asks Christian if he has found a partner. Christian says he knows who won't be his partner: any of the UnAmericans, because he actually wants to win. But he realized he has single-handedly won three TLC Matches. In fact, he's only lost one TLC Match... Chris Jericho comes up and says that the only one he lost was to Jericho, in the greatest TLC Match ever. So why don't the two greatest TLC wrestlers of all-time team up and take home the Titles?
In the back, Bischoff tells Stacy and Trish that their match is a Blank on a Pole match. So why doesn't he fill in the blank with... paddle? Trish seems upset, but Bischoff says he'll spin it again. As he spins, he grabs the wheel and stops it on Bra & Panties. So the way this will work is thus: whoever strips their opponent to their bra and panties will be the new Women's Champion, and then will get to paddle the loser.
In the back, BuhBuh finds Tommy Dreamer and Spike in the back. BuhBuh says he thinks Tommy will be the perfect guy for the TLC Match. Spike says he's watched BuhBuh and D-Von in every TLC Match, and he hoped they could team up and get the Dudleys the Titles back. BuhBuh agrees that he should team with Spike. Fade Out.
Stacy Keibler vs. Trish Stratus (Bra & Panties Paddle on a Pole Women's Title Match)
-Stacy immediately pulls Trish down and smashes her into the mat. She grabs the Title belt and smashes Trish's face into the belt. Boot choke by Keibler, then a snapmare. Trish kicks Stacy in the face and starts choping away. Big Boot by Stacy, then a slap. Trish goes for Stratusfaction, but Stacy 'buckles her and pulls her shirt off. Stacy swings the shirt around, allowing Trish to rip Stacy's shirt off. Chops by Trish, but Stacy nails her with a spinning heel kick. Stacy rolls her up and goes to pull off the pants, but Trish rolls through and pulls off Stacy's shorts. Trish wins! Stacy nails Trish with a spinning heel kick to the head and then grabs the paddle. Trish takes Stacy down and grabs the paddle. She holds Stacy in the ring and paddles away. Stacy runs up the ramp and Trish chases after, but Victoria emerges and punches Trish back towards the ring. Trish rams Victoria into the security barrier, but Victoria returns the favor, ramming Trish into the apron. Victoria smashes Trish's face into the apron, then into the barrier. They go into the ring, where Victoria Superkicks Trish, then scoop slams her. Victoria goes up top and hits the moonsault. She pulls Trish out of the ring and tosses her into the stairs. In the back, Coach tells Jeff that all the teams are set except his. Jeff walks into a room and calls out his partner, Rob Van Dam! Fade Out.
In the back, Coach asks Victoria why she keeps attacking Trish. Victoria says she has Trish's attention now, and after she wins the Women's Title, everyone will see who Trish really is. Coach decides this is about the Women's Title, but Victoria says this is about Trish's past. She has done things and hurt people, but she'll deny it. But Victoria is one of the people she hurt, and now she's getting revenge.
Test vs. Al Snow (Las Vega Streetfight Match)
-In the ring, Test awaits his opponent, who turns out to be... Al Snow! Bischoff appears on the TitanTron to spin the wheel, which lands on... Las Vegas Streetfight Match! He tells them that everything they need is under the ring. Snow and Test immediately jump outside and begin throwing the usual hardcore goodies into the ring. Test nails Snow with a traffic sign and tosses him into the ring before seraching for more weapons. Snow catches Test on the ropes and then starts punching him with oversized dice. Snow grabs a traffic sign and goes up top. Snow leaps, but Test nails him out of the air with a Stop sign 1-2-kickout. Clubs by Test, who sets a trashcan in the corner. Snow drop toeholds Test into a trashcan 1-2-shoulder up. Uppercuts by Snow, but Test nails him with a lid 1-2-shoulder up. Test 'buckles Snow, then takes the can he had set up and places it on the mat. Test goes up top and looks for a Superplex, but Snow pushes him off and onto the trashcan. Flying crossbody by Snow 1-2-kickout! Test kicks Snow in the gut and looks for a powerbomb, but Snow grabs a lid and nails Test in the head. Snow goes outside and grabs the old bowling ball as Test rests in the corner. Snow puts on his bowling shirt and lifts the ball, but Test runs at him. Snow ducks the Big Boot and nails Test with the lid three times. He picks up the bowling ball and nails Test in the head 1-2-3!As we go into break, Lawler leaves the announce booth to get ready for his match. He hopes it is an HLA Match, but JR says it could even be an Inferno Match. Fade Out.
Jerry Lawler vs. Steven Richards ("It's Legal in Nevada" Match)
-As we come back, Jerry Lawler and Steven Richards are in the ring. Bischoff comes on the TitanTron and spins the wheel, which lands on "It's Legal in Nevada!" Bischoff, Richards, and the ref try to figure out what that means, when the Godfather's music hits, and he comes out with a train of hos. Being that Nevada is Godfather's home, he knows what is legal here. So here's the deal: the winner of this match gets to take a ride on the Ho Train. Richards clubs Lawler down and hits a back elbow for an early two count. Punches by Richards, then an uppercut that sends Lawler over the top. Richards hits an elbow drop 1-2-shoulder up. Richards hits a suplex 1-2-kickout. Stevie goes second rope for a splash, but King gets his feet up and nails Richards. Punches in the corner by Richards, but each punch wakes Lawler up more and more. Finally Jerry drops the strap and hits a dropkick, then a scoop slam. He goes second rope and hits the flying fist 1-2-foot on the ropes. Back bodydrop by Lawler. Richards looks to use the piledriver against Lawler, but Jerry flips him over and pins 1-2-3! The Hos come in the ring and circle Lawler, who gets down and dirty with the ladies. Fade Out.In the back, Terri asks Kane if he will be at a disadvantage at No Mercy after having gone through a TLC Match tonight. Kane says he's actually happy, for the first time in his life. He has a chance to be the first man to hold the Tag Titles, IC Title, and World Title at the same time. He knows he can do it, and Triple H knows he can do it. He can be in all the TLC Matches you want, and Triple H can make all the threats he wants, but he will do this. Coach comes up and tells them that Triple H and Flair are beating up Hurricane.
We cut to another backstage area where, indeed, Triple H and Flair are in fact beating up on Hurricane. Kane gets there and helps the referees pull Triple H off Helms. Fade Out.
Jeff Hardy & Rob Van Dam vs. Bubba Ray & Spike Dudley vs. Christian & Chris Jericho vs. Kane & Hurricane (TLC Tag Title Match)
-The three challenging teams come to the ring. They all have pretty entrances and fancy music. Production values are sky high, and everyone is happy. Kane comes out, but Hurricane does not follow. Everyone attacks Kane to begin, but he systematically takes them all out. Finally Jeff and RVD get the idea to double team him, which works reasonably well. Christian and Jericho set up a ladder and try to get the Titles while everyone is fighting, but the Dudleys pull them down. Kane tosses Jeff into the ladder, then whips RVD into the corner. RVD and Jeff start to double team him, but Kane clotheslines them both down. Kane tosses Jeff outside and goes after him, leaving RVD in the ring all alone. Outside, Kane smashes Jeff into the stairs. RVD leaps off the apron, but Kane catches him in a choke. Jeff runs the rails and saves his partner. In the ring, BuhBuh grabs the ladder and spins around, taking out Christian and Jericho. Kane boots the ladder back into BuhBuh, but RVD takes him out with a flying spin kick. Spike clotheslines RVD over the top, but Jericho takes him down while Christian lays a ladder on top of a turnbuckle. Jericho whips Spike into the ladder, face-first. Jericho and Christian double suplex BuhBuh. BuhBuh is able to get Jericho to clothesline Christian, and then clothesline Jericho over teh top himself. Kane goes up top and hits Christian with the flying clothesline. BuhBuh brings a new ladder into the ring, which he uses to hit Kane. BuhBuh climbs the ladder, but Kane pulls him off and chokeslams him! Spike runs in, but Kane catches him and scoop slams him. Kane press slams Spike over the top and into Rob Van Dam. Kane turns around and gets nailed in the face with a ladder by Jericho. Outside, Christian sets up a table and he and Jericho lay Kane on top of it. Christian chokes Kane while Jericho gets a ladder. Everyone is down, and no one is moving. Finally RVD begins crawling across the ring and crawling up the ladder. He reaches up and grazes the belts, but BuhBuh quickly climbs up and knocks him from the ladder. Now Jericho begins to climb the ladder. He kicks Spike away. He tries to grab the belts, but Spike pushes the ladder over, sending Jericho hurling over the ropes and to the ground below! Now Spike resets the ladder and begins crawling up the ladder. Ten years ago, Kane killed her. Kane is a murderer. End Show.
