We're shown a recap of the main event form last week's Raw between RVD and Shawn Michaels, including Triple H's interference.Dudley Boyz vs. Three Minute Warning
-Live from Austin, Texas the Dudley Boyz make their way down to the ring for their match against the Three Minute Warning. The four men pair off and go at in simultaneously in the ring. The Dudleys get rid of Jamal and then double team Rosey with a double suplex. Jamal storms in though and clotheslines Bubba and D-Von down and finally, the ref regains order. Bubba and Rosey in the ring but they quickly tag out to their partners at which time D-Von wrings Jamal's arm and then tags back to Bubba who continues working away on the arm. Jamal fights back with chops but Bubba takes him down with an armbar and gets a two. Another armbar pinning combo gets two so he tags to D-Von who continues to focus on the arm with another takedown. Jamal swings D-Von into the ropes but D-Von hits Rico and then gets tripped by Rosey behind the ref's back. Jamal gains the advantage and stalls so Rosey pulls D-Von out and slams him against the apron while Bubba is occupied with the ref. D-Von fights out and tries to tag Bubba, but Bubba is in a different corner and so it doesn't work. Tag to Rosey and they knock D-Von down and drop a double elbow. Rosey sits on D-Von and hammers away with punches but misses a butt splash. D-Von capitalizes further with a DDT and tags to Bubba but the ref doesn't see it and deems it unacceptable. Meanwhile, the Three Minute Warning continue to pound away on D-Von but he hits a neckbreaker and hot tags to Bubba who of course cleans house. He takes down Rosey and gets a near fall but then gets kicked by Rico again behind the ref's back. This prompts Spike to run down and attack Rico and then push Jamal off of the top rope. Amidst all the chaos, Bubba slams Jamal and sets up for the whassup drop by D-Von. Before they can call for the tables, Rosey beats up both Dudleys and then heads to the top but is pushed off by D-Von. Finally, the Dudleys set up for the 3-D but Rico interferes and so they miss the move. Rico gets chucked out and they finally do hit the 3-D on Rosey to get the pinfall victory.Backstage, Triple H arrives with Ric Flair and what looks like a suitcase.
We come back to see the Dudley Boyz (all three of them) laid out and with officials trying to help them up. JR informs us that it was due to the actions of Chris Jericho, Christian and the Three Minute Warning. We see a replay of what happened. As the Dudleys were celebrating, Jericho and Christian shoved Spike off the ramp and into the announce table, while inside the ring, the Three Minute Warning beat up the Dudleys, after which Jericho and Christian gave the two a Conchairto.
Backstage, Eric Bischoff says that things are getting out of hand so Sean Morely assures him that he'll take care of it. He also tells Bischoff that from now on, he'd like to be known as Chief Morely. Triple H comes up and goes face to face Bischoff and tells him about wrestling with an injury and what not. He complains about his match tonight against Rob Van Dam and asks him why he should wrestle RVD. Because the fans like him? He doesn't give a crap. He goes on to say that the title is his and this whole thing is a damn insult. Bischoff says he respects Triple H but he's been more than fair to him. If he wants the world title back, he wants great TV in return. That's why he has to face RVD in a #1 contender's match tonight. Triple H says if he wants great TV, he will give him a friggin' train wreck. Morely says that you talk about things getting out of hand, this #1 contender match is getting out of hand. Bischoff agrees and says there will be a special guest referee but doesn't specify who it will be...
Trish Stratus vs. Ivory
-As Trish Stratus makes her way down to the ring, we see Victoria backstage watching on a TV, frowning then smiling and putting a hat similar to one of Trish's on. Ross and Lawler speculate whether it is Trish's hat or even if Victoria is in Trish's lockerroom. Ivory makes her way down to the ring and they lock up and the match is underway. Ivory with a side headlock takedown into a pinning combo but Trish kicks out and reverses it and they're backup and circling. A few seconds later, she hits her Stratusfaction finisher and pins Ivory for the victory.Backstage, Victoria is going through someone's bag when Jacqueline comes from behind and says that it's her stuff. Victoria says if it's her bags, she's sure she'll find something battery operated. Jackie then challenges her to a match and calls her a psycho bitch. Victoria throws Jackie into the locker and says she'll show her psycho but Jackie reverses it and violently slams Victoria's head into the lockerroom and leaves. Victoria is left with a frustrated look on her face.

He hits Storm with the Whispher in the Wind on Lance and a jawbreaker on Regal but Storm lowblows him.
Backstage, Flair approaches Batista and says that he's been dying to tell him one thing: he has something special and he hasn't seen someone like him come along in this business in a long, long time. But he wants Batista to open a bit and he wants to take advantage of his past. Batista says Ric doesn't know about his past but Flair says that he does and specifically mentions how he had to fight since an early age. He wants everyone to see the real Dave Batista tonight and Batista says he understands.
Batista vs. Hurricane
-Batista immediately attacks Hurricane and presses him from the outside into te ring. He tries a slam but Hurricane sneaks out of it and punches away but can't swing him to the corner. Batista hits a huge spinebuster and then a sitdown powerbomb for the squash finish. Out of nowhere, Kane comes running down but Batista hammers away on him. He misses a clothesline so Kane hits one of his own and sends Batista scurrying off to the back with Flair.Backstage, Booker T is walking in the back presumably walking towards the ring.
Backstage, Terri asks Shawn Michaels how his back is feeling after last Monday night. Shawn says that he's here so he must be doing okay. It took him a while to get here, but he's getting older so it takes him longer. He then says the reason he is here tonight is because of the #1 Contenders match to see who he will face at Armageddon. As much as he'd like to face RVD again, he needs to get his hands on Triple H. Rob Van Dam interrupts and says that Triple H saved his title last week. He had him beat and would have been the world champion but surprise, surprise Triple H shows up and ruins everything. How could be friends with that asshole? Eric Bischoff comes up from behind and after rambling on and on, he announces that Shawn Michaels will be the special guest referee like no one could see it coming. Bischoff adds that he expects Shawn to call the match straight down the middle and if he shows any favortism, he will strip Shawn of his title tonight.
Booker T vs. Chris Jericho
-Booker T gets to the ring first and says that Jeriho always says he's a huge rockstar, but after seeing him last week, he isn't huge anywhere. Maybe he should be a movie star, and his first movie would be Stuart Little. And he could see himself starring in 8-Mile. Jericho angrily rushes down and the match is underway. Booker corners Jericho and chops away but he runs into an elbow on the otherside and is levelled with a followup clothesline. Jericho hits some chops of his own and then chokes Booker. He tries for a second rop ax handle but is nailed in the gut and put into a suplex which gets a two count. Goldust comes in and takes Christian out of the way while in the ring, Booker hits a Scissors Kick. As the ref begins the count, Chief Morely comes out and tells him to stop. He says that if Christian and Goldust are so inclined to interfere in this match, he will end the Jericho/Booker match and instead make a tag team match featuring all four men for the world titles!Christian & Chris Jericho vs. Goldust & Booker T (Tag Title Match)
-We come back to see Christian and Goldust in the ring. Goldust gets a quick cover but Christian with the shoulder up. Christian quickly runs over and tags Jericho but he's taken down via a hiptoss. Goldust tags to Boker T who hits a reverse kick and gets a two count out of it. Booker dominates Jericho and even turns away Christian's interference, so Jericho bails to the outside and huddles with Christian so Goldust breaks it up. Back in the ring, Jericho hits a baseball slide on Booker and tags to Christian who chokes Booker on the middle rope. Christian goads Goldust into the ring so the ref goes to restrain him allowing the two heels to double team. In the ring, Jericho continues to work away on Booker's throat area, choking him on the ropes and then quickly tagging back to Christian who is ordered to take Booker off the ropes. Christian misses a running charge and this allows for a double tag. Goldust cleans house, taking down Jericho with a clothesline and then punching him four times while perched on the middle ropes. Powerslam into a cover, but Christian breaks the count. The champs double team Goldust a little but he uppercuts them and sets Christian up for the Shattered Dreams which he hits. Steiner goes on to say that it's not Victoria's night tonight because Eric Bischoff has a special announcement but that later he'll show Victoria why he's called the Big Bad Booty Daddy. Victoria responds by saying that she doesn't feel he has what it takes and from behind Richards nails Steiner but it of course nowhere. Steiner dominates, presses him and basically beats him up. Victoria jumps on Steiner's back but he slams her to the mat too. Eric Bischoff's music hits and he welcomes Steiner back to Raw and says that he realizes that Steiner is the most coveted free agent on the market. Bischoff says that to show his feelings, he has a very special gift for Steiner and invites him to the back to see it. Steiner goes up the ramp and leaves with Bischoff. Cameras follow them to the back where about ten of Texas' finest are gathered. Steiner says they are very nice but he never has a problem finding his own freak - in fact, he has one inside his limo.
