The fireworks hit and RAW is live from Salt Lake City, Utah. Welcome to the exclusive WWE RAW play by play! I’m Richard Gray and we’re live!

We begin with Eric Bischoff in the ring with the RAW Roulette wheel in the ring with the red carpet covering. Bischoff continues by explaining the rules of the roulette and how fans could see such matches as a “first blood” match a “last man standing match,” or a “kiss my ass” match. Bischoff announces tonight’s main event as a rematch for the World Heavyweight title Goldberg vs. Triple H live tonight!

Shawn Michaels’ music hits and he is on his way out to ringside. HBK gets on the mic and disses Bischoff. Batista comes out and the two make threats. HBK says he wants Batista. Bischoff comes out and says that they will get each other at Armageddon. He says for tonight it will be Batista and Ric Flair vs. Shawn Michaels and the guy who split HBK’s head open at Survivor Series, Chris Jericho!

We return to Salt Lake City with Lita’s music filling the arena. Bischoff comes on the big screen and says to cut the music. He tells Lita that she had a rough week last week after losing her boyfriend and her job. But he has decided that he does not want to fire her. He talks about her match tonight with Victoria and brings in the Women’s Champion Molly Holly. He lets Molly spin the RAW Roulette wheel and it lands on Steel Cage. That makes Victoria vs. Lita tonight in a steel cage! The steel cage lowers and Lita looks above.

Match #1: Steel Cage
Lita vs. Victoria
The match kicks off with Lita throwing Victoria into the steel cage. The control shifts back and forth but Lita is the first to try and climb out of the cage. Victoria follows and tries to knock Lita off. But Lita is able to defend her. However, Victoria tries again and gets her off of the cage. Lita hits the mat hard as Victoria goes after the control. Lita gets up on the defensive. She tries to climb out but falls. Victoria gets up and tries to get out but is blocked. Victoria and Lita shift blows. Lita connects with a powerbomb to buy her some time. She looks like she is going to climb out but connects a moonsault and goes for the open door. But Matt Hardy is out and slams the door in Lita’s face! Victoria climbs out for the win.
Winner: Victoria

After the match Hardy goes for the attack on Lita, but Christian comes out for the save. He checks on her as RAW cuts backstage.

Backstage, we see Bischoff with Randy Orton, the Roulette wheel, and the Roulette women. Orton is all over the women and says he will be the new Intercontinental Champion come Armageddon. Bischoff tells Orton that he spun the wheel for his match tonight and it landed on a legend killer match! Bischoff says he is flying in to face Orton tonight!

Hurricane and Rosey come out from no where to talk to Bischoff. Bischoff says that they have a match tonight against each other. He spins the Roulette wheel and it lands on “capture the midget.” Bischoff brings in a midget and explains Hurricane and Rosey the rules. Hurricane says what if they refuse the match, Bischoff says it will turn into a “loser gets fired match.”

Bischoff rejoins the ladies and we go to commercial.

Match #2: Legend Killer Match
Randy Orton vs. Sgt. Slaughter
Match starts with Orton going for a right hand, but Slaughter counters with his signature maneuver already! The crowd chants USA as Slaughter begins with control. Orton tries to counter but Slaughter hits his finisher again. Slaughter’s old ass isn’t enough though because Orton lays him out and pins him for the win.
Winner: Randy Orton

After the match Orton assaults Slaughter and here comes RVD! Van Dam beats up on Orton and teases a Five Star Frogsplash but goes to the back.

We return backstage to Lance Storm talking to Val Venis. They talk about the women tonight. Val says the girls here in Utah are a little more conservative and they are going to have to work harder. The girls come in and say that they heard wrestlers can be crazy.

The midget runs through with Rosey and Hurricane trying to catch them. Val and Storm they have no idea who that was in order to play it off for the girls.

We go to an interview with Jonathan Coachman talking to Ric Flair about his DVD. Flair interrupts and talks about Orton taking out Slaughter. Flair threatens HBK for their match tonight.

Back to the Roulette wheel we go with Bischoff and Matt Hardy. Hardy tells Bischoff he has officially slammed the door on Lita. Bischoff tells Hardy that he has a new coaster for his drink. It is Stone Cold’s book. Bischoff teases Austin by saying he will never step foot on RAW again.

Bischoff tells Hardy his match is up next, so he needs to spin the wheel. It lands on “strange bedfellows.” Bischoff tells Hardy he’s going to love it. We see shots of Goldberg pretending to workout, but it looks like he is using a jump rope (Haha).

Match #3: Strange Bedfellows
Matt Hardy & Christian vs. Bubba Ray Dudley & Garrison Cade
We start with Hardy and Bubba Dudley. Christian isn’t able to get any control, as Bubba dominates with a couple of slams before tagging in Cade. Christian counters against him, but not for long as he is met with backhand chops. Christian is able to get a two count, but not enough for the win. He connects some boots and right hands on Cade and goes to the top for more rights. Cade counters off of the top rope. Bubba is tagged in. Bubba connects an inverted back body drop. Hardy leaves Christian and Cade is able to get the three count.
Winners: Bubba Ray Dudley & Garrison Cade

After the match Cade and Bubba Ray confront each other with the tag team title belt. Goldberg vs. Triple H for the World Title up next!

We return backstage with Terri interviewing Shawn Michaels. She asks him if it bothers him that he is teaming with Chris Jericho. He says it is a shame because Jericho is a great performer but they can’t stand each other. The midget is seen trying to look up Terri’s dress.

Match #4: World Heavyweight Championship
Goldberg (c) vs. Triple H
The two start by talking trash. Flair comes out and distracts Goldberg. Triple H uses this to his advantage and puts Goldberg to the ground. Several boots follow. H whips Goldberg into the ropes, but Goldberg counters and throws Triple H over his head. The fight goes to the outside. Goldberg connects an elbow to the head of Triple H as well as a hard clothesline. The assault continues as Goldberg sends H back to the inside with only two seconds to spare. Triple H throws Goldberg to the outside and sends him into the ring stairs. Triple H rolls back into the ring to clear the count. Goes back out and gets Goldberg to take the fight back where it belongs. H has the control and connects a knee right to the forehead of Goldberg. Flair is at ringside and assaults Goldberg with his coat while Triple H distracts the referee. H goes for the cover but it’s not enough. Triple H has the momentum until he tries to go to the top where he is met by Goldberg. Goldberg connects a sidewalk slam and signals a spear. The crowd goes nuts but H rolls to the outside. Goldberg follows to continue his counter. Triple H goes back in the ring in attempt to gain distance. When Goldberg lowers his head, Triple H takes advantage and gets a cover for two. Goldberg counters with a boot to the face and gets up and puts Triple H for a huge slam. Flair grabs Goldberg’s ankle, but he fights him off. Orton comes out and gets a spear but the referee calls for the bell. Triple H gets the control and hits the Pedigree. The referee starts to count it (isn’t it over?). Kane’s music interrupts the count and here the mad man comes!
Winner: No Contest

Goldberg connects a spear but he now faces Kane who connects a big boot. The referee calls for the bell (again). Kane assaults Goldberg in the corner. Kane finally connects a chokeslam after a vicious assault. His music hits as Goldberg struggles.

We’re backstage and Triple H storms Eric Bischoff’s office who is still with the RAW Roulette ladies and the wheel. Triple H goes off on Bischoff and says he wants his shot at the World Heavyweight Championship. Kane appears and says he wants it.

Bischoff says he was about to make Triple H vs. Goldberg vs. … but Kane interrupts by saying that he wants the World Heavyweight Championship. Bischoff then announces Goldberg vs. Triple H vs. Kane in a triple threat match for the World Heavyweight Championship. Triple H tells Kane he thinks it sounds swell. Kane leaves and H stares down Bischoff.

We’re in the parking lot and see Fernando (the midget) still running from Hurricane and Rosey.

After Booker T makes his entrance Eric Bischoff comes on the big screen with the Roulette wheel. Mark Henry and Theodore Long are backstage with him. The spin the wheel and it lands on a Salt Lake City Street Fight.

Match #5: Salt Lake City Street Fight
Booker T vs. Mark Henry
Booker T goes back to the entrance and stands there for a surprise attack on Henry when he enters. Henry comes out with the weapons but drops them when attacked. They get into the ring and Booker T connects some 2x4 shots on Henry. Henry counters by overpowering Book back into the corner. Henry goes for the control but Booker counters and connects with a skillet shot. The fight goes to the outside and Booker T sprays a fire extinguisher in the eyes of Henry. Booker connects his finisher but only gets a two count. Henry counters and uses the trash can in the ring to his advantage and pins Book for three and the win.
Winner: Mark Henry

We’re back and the Roulette wheel is spinning. It lands on Bra and Panties. We then see Bischoff standing with Trish Stratus. Trish talks to Jericho in the locker room. She says she wants to talk to him about his match. She tells him that she wants him to just do the right thing out there tonight. Trish says that Bischoff is just using them and that he needs to go out there and be the man that she knows he is. Trish says if Jericho is good out there tonight, she will be good to him tonight. Trish kisses Jericho and we go to The King and Jim Ross.

While J.R. and King are talking the midget runs down the entrance ramp and jumps into Ross’ arms. Fernando puts J.R.’s hat on and he is declared the winner of the match. Therefore, J.R. has won a midget? Back to the ring...

After Rob Van Dam enters, we go back to the wheel and Bischoff says that he spun the wheel before he came out. Bischoff said that it landed on handicap. Orton comes in and says RVD needs something a little more. They spin it and it lands on Singapore Cane match. That makes it a Singapore Cane Handicap Match up next!

Match #6: Singapore Cane Handicap Match
Rob Van Dam vs. Scott Steiner & Test
Big Poppa Pump is the first to try and get at RVD, but he is knocked off of the apron quickly. Van Dam takes the Singapore Cane away from Steiner and gets in the ring to face Test. RVD connects a couple of shots with the cane on Test only to get assaulted by Steiner. The fight goes to the outside. Test uses Stacy as a shield, Steiner comes to the outside to help out. The fight goes back to the inside to get beat down. They connect a double clothesline with their Singapore Canes. RVD shows life and causes Test to hit Steiner with the cane. RVD hits the Five Star Frog Splash on Steiner, but Test returns to the ring to make the save and seal the victory.
Winners: Test & Scott Steiner

After the match they hit Stacy on the wrist with a Singapore Cane and make her raise their hands.

We are backstage again with Bischoff talking to Jericho and the ladies. Jericho is trying to talk Bischoff out of Trish’s bra and panties match. Bischoff says he wants to know that him and Jericho are on the same page. Bra and panties match up next!

Match #7: Bra & Panties Match
Trish Stratus vs. Miss Jackie
The bell rings and all know how this works. The first down to their underwear loses. Trish strikes first by removing Jackie’s top. She is down to her bra. Jackie counters and gets Trish’s top. We have two hot blondes in their bras going at it in the ring. Rico gets on the apron and then in the ring to distract Trish. Trish removes his pants and he is wearing a thong. He starts to dance and appears amused. Trish dodges a kick from Jackie and she connects on Rico. Trish pulls Jackie’s pants off and is declared the winner!
Winner: Trish Stratus

After the match Miss Jackie gets mad at Lillian Garcia and removes her top. We are backstage with Jericho talking to Trish and asks about tonight. She tells him that it all depends on him. As we cut to commercial the camera zone in on HBK!

We’re back and Lillian is in the ring wearing a WWE t-shirt since hers was just ripped off of her. We hope to get the pictures from this match on the site soon. Please continue to stay tuned for WNW after RAW tonight, as we should be able to obtain them!

Match #8: Main Event Tag Team Match
Evolution’s Batista & Ric Flair vs. Chris Jericho & Shawn Michaels
We start with Shawn Michaels and Ric Flair. Flair tries to intimate Michaels but it doesn’t work. Flair counters with hard back-hand chops. Michaels counters with chops and a back body drop. Michaels tags Jericho (normally, no conflict slight hesitation). Jericho comes in and dominates Flair. A dropkick is connected as well as several back-hand chops by Jericho on Flair. Y2J connects a bulldog on flair and some right hands. Jericho goes for a moonsault but can’t connect and is met by back-hand chops from Flair. Flair tags Batista in. He appears to be doing all of his work in the Evolution corner. He is dominating until he is met with a kick to the face from Jericho. This doesn’t last long as Batista connects a spinebuster. Flair goes to the top to try and interfere but is slammed by Jericho. Michaels extends his hand from Jericho and he makes it! Michaels comes in and attacks Flair. Jericho regroups on the outside. Batista stays stationed in his corner. Flair goes to the outside, they are teasing a broken nose as it bleeds. HBK connects an elbow to Batista in the corner but Flair connects a poke to Michaels’ eyes. HBK accidentally takes out Jericho but regroups and hits Sweet Chin Music on Flair. Jericho comes in and hits Michaels with Sweet Chin Music. Jericho puts HBK’s arm over Flair and the referee counts to three, sealing the victory.
Winners: Chris Jericho & Shawn Michaels

After the match Batista hits Michaels with a powerbomb and continues to threaten Michaels. The bell rings but Batista proceeds by choking Shawn Michaels. Flair is still out on the apron as Batista finally breaks the choke.

Michaels lays lifeless on the inside as blood pours from his mouth. Batista picks his face up and provokes him. Batista screams, “I believe in Armageddon.”

RAW cuts out with J.R. pleading for help, Michaels is hurt!
