* A replay of Vince’s announcement of a triple threat match featuring Undertaker, Kurt Angle, and The Rock will take place at Vengeance is shown.

* Hogan and Edge vs. Billy and Chuck for theWWE Tag Team Titles
The show starts out with a Tag Team Championship match up featuring our current Champions Edge and Hogan defending against Billy and Chuck. They replay the ending of last weeks tag team championship match. Edge and Chuck start us off. Chuck flings Edge into the ropes and Edge takes Chuck down. Billy gets in the ring but Edge sends Billy over the top rope. Billy gets back in and slams down Edge. Chuck Shoulders Edges and kicks him into the corner. Edge fights back. Chuck suplexes Edge and coves Edge for a 2 count. Billy gets tagged in and begins to stomp Edge. Chuck hits Edge from the outside. Chuck gets tagged in and begins to beat on Edge. Chuck elbow drops on Edge and then throws him out of the ring. Billy and Rico beat Edge up outside the ring then they roll him back in. Chuck covers for another 2 count. Edge gets back but Chuck knocks him down again. Chuck puts Edge in a submission hold but Edge is able to get out of it. Chuck knocks down Edge using his elbow. Edge counters Chuck’s move and slams him face first into the match. Edge crawls to Hogan but Chuck pulls him away. Billy gets tagged in and Edge finally tags in Hogan. Hogan takes down both Chuck and Billy. Hogan boots Chuck in the face, then Billy. Rico grabs Hogan's leg preventing him doing the leg drop. Billy uses the famous-er on Hogan and covers for a two count. Hogan gets up and points at Billy. Hogan boots Billy in the face. Chuck comes in and gets speared by Edge. Hogan hits the leg-drop on Billy and pins him for the victory.

* Backstage Taker is confronted by Cena. Cena is asked if he ever met the Rock. Taker says the Rock is a punk and he is going to take him down. Cena says he just came from thanking Vince for the match and now he wants to thank Taker for the match. Taker says he doesn't’ care about the tag match later on and says that Cena better leave before he gets his ass kicked like the Rock.

* Footage is shown of Torrie's photo shoot. Torrie poses with a beach ball when Molly comes up to her and tells Torrie to put the ball in her mouth. Molly tells Torrie she isn’t special because she won the golden thong award, if she wants a real award she should fight her on Smackdown for the WWE Women’s Championship. Torrie agrees to the match then asks Molly to stick around for her last pose of the shoot. Torrie begins to remove her bikini top and Molly storms away disgusted.

* WWE officials confront Taker about being backstage waiting for the Rock. A limo pulls up and Taker opens the door. Its Jericho and Angle. Angle says that Taker is the man who holds his championship. Angle asks when Taker tapped out last, and says oh yeah it was last week. They argue over who really one. Jericho says they should change Takers name from undertaker to Under-tapper. Taker beats up Jericho and Angle until Vince comes out and breaks it up. He tells Taker that Taker will get the Rock tonight but only in the ring.

* Backstage Taker is slamming doors and looking around. He goes into Cena’s dressing room. Hardcore Holly and Valbowski leave the room. Taker asks where Cena was for the exchange he had outside. Cena reminds Taker that if he would have stayed out there Taker would have kicked his ass. Taker says Cena better have his back tonight because he has been in the company for 12 years and Cena’s only been around for 2 weeks.

* Torrie Wilson vs. Molly for the WWE Women’s Championship
Torrie slaps molly and then slams her down. Molly leaves the ring. Torrie slams Molly’s face on the side of the ring. They get back in the ring. Torrie slams down Molly and Molly gets up. Molly attempts and elbow drop on Torrie but she moves. Torrie slingshots Molly into the top turnbuckle, then hits a neck-breaker on Molly. Torrie covers for a two count. Torrie Slams down Molly again. She kicks Torrie into the turnbuckle. Molly picks up Torrie and slams her down. Molly locks in some submission pin thing and gets the victory.

* The Rock enters the building backstage.

* Randy Orton and Mark Henry vs. Rev. D-Von and Bautista
D-Von and Bautista come out first. Footage is shown of Orton and Mark Henry talking. Orton says in recent weeks his tag partners have let him down but he knows that the World’s Strongest Man won’t let him down in their match tonight. Orton and D-Von start off the match. D-Von goes to work on Orton. Orton dropkicks D-Von after knocking him down several times. Bautista knocks Orton off the top rope with one hand. D-Von rolls Orton back in the ring. Bautista gets tagged in and beats on Orton. Bautista slams down Orton the attempts to jump on him. Bautista rolls around in pain. Orton boots Bautista in the face. Bautista tosses Orton to the turnbuckle then goes shoulder first into it. Bautista tags in D-Von and Orton tags in Henry. Henry slams down Bautista. Orton and Henry knock Bautista over the top rope. Orton jumps off the top rope for a cross body on D-Von. Bautista gets tagged in. Henry double clotheslines Bautista and D-Von. Bautista picks up Henry and slams him down. Bautista covers but only gets two. Bautista hits a spine buster on Henry and covers him for the three count.

* Backstage Edge and Hogan plan a gambling trip to a casino. Edge says winning the tag championship with Hogan is really cool. Hogan says what is so cool is the fans cheering for them. Hogan recalls the match at Wrestlemania with the Rock. Hogan says it was cool when the fans chanted "Hogan, Hogan" The Rock asks what Wrestlemania this was. Rock congratulates them on their win. Edge invited him gambling. Rock accepts but only after he goes out to the ring. Hogan continues to talk to Edge about the match and Rock comes back behind him and mocks him.

* After the commercial break the crowd rises to their feet because FINALLY THE ROCK HAS COME BACK TO ATLANTIC CITY! The crowd began chanting "Rocky! Rocky!" The Rock says he is finally back on his show...Smackdown! The people continue to chant as The Rock paces around the ring. The Rock says since he is so hyped tonight he wants to sing a song but there is a better singer than the Rock in the crowd, Busta Rhymes (Busta gets out of the crowd and gets in the ring). The Rock asks if Busta gets killed in his new movie. Busta says not this time, he puts the Smackdown on their ass. The Rock asks Busta to sing a song with him in Atlantic City. Busta says he’ll do a song for Atlantic City tonight, Busta starts a rap with a word that begins with t and rhymes with cities. The Rock grabs the mic and says that Busta can’t say that on Smackdown! The Rock starts singing his version of "Under the Boardwalk", Busta takes the mic and starts his own "Under the Boardwalk" rap. The Rock says its time to get down to business, 2 weeks is Vengeance and he has a chance to win the Undisputed title. Rock says that he is right here and if Taker wants to so something, The Rock only has one thing to say "Just Bring It!" Angle’s music sounds and he comes down to the ring. Angle says that being away so long must have messed up the Rock’s sense of reality, because the one Rock needs to watch out for is Angle. Angle says he’s been on a roll lately, at KoTR he made Hogan tap, and last week he made Taker tap and he says at Vengeance it will be his pleasure to make the Rock’s Candy Ass to tap too. The Rock paces around and asks who in the blue hell is he, Rock says that he kind of looks like Angle, but he looks different. Rock asks what the A that Angle wear stands for, the crowd starts chanting "Asshole." Angle says that the A stands for Angle. The Rock says he figured out what happened, Angle got a haircut. Angle says he hates to break it to the Rock but he is yesterday’s news. Angle says he is the new number one around Smackdown. Angle says that he thought that Rock would have grown up by now. Angle says he doesn’t want to wait until Vengeance, next week he wants to go one on with him. Angle says he knows the Rock can sing, but next week he will see the Rock tap. The Rock accepts and says the people didn’t pay their money to see Angle and Rock fight next week. Angle says that that’s too bad and the Rock hits Angle and puts him in the Angle lock. Angle taps. Taker comes out and slams Angle down and the choke-slams The Rock.

* Rikishi vs. Test
A replay of the Canadian trio's ruining Lillian Garcia’s singing of America the Beautiful and their little rant about how America sucks is shown. Rikishi beats on Test after Storm and Christian sit with the announcers. The match officially starts and Test beats on Rikishi in the corner. Rikishi jumps on top of Test. Rikishi slams Test down on the mat. Rikishi slams his body into Test. Storm and Christian get up on the apron. Test picks up Rikishi and slams him down. Test covers for only a two count. Test attempts the big boot but misses. Rikishi attempts the Samoan drop but Test counters by bring his knees up. Rikishi drops Test down and covers him for the pin and the victory. Christian and Storm come in and beat on Rikishi after the match. All three begin stomping Rikishi. Edge and Hogan rush to the ring. They take care of Storm, Christian, and Test.

* Backstage Vince and Stacy are holding each other. Stacy says its hot. Stacy takes off Vince’s coat. Jericho bursts in. Jericho says that what just happened in the ring would be a good match. Vince say’s their is a problem because Edge is set to take on Jericho at Vengeance. Vince says Storm and Christian can take on Hogan an Edge for the Tag Titles at Vengeance and he will take care of Jericho. Vince dismisses Jericho so he can finish his thing with Stacy.

* Earlier today Nidia and Noble are eating at an all you can eat buffet with Tajiri. Nidia and Tajiri share a noodle, then Nidia and Noble kiss each other. Noble says Tajiri needs to eat a lot because they have a match against Kidman and Hurricane. Noble says he has been poor his whole life and now he has his title he can live a good life style and never be poor again. Then they do a three way noodle thing.

* A replay of the segment from Raw where Shawn Michaels invites HHH to the NWO and threaten if he doesn’t it will be the last decision of his life is shown. The announcers talk about Kevin Nash injuring himself again.

* Jamie Noble and Tajiri vs. Billy Kidman and the Hurricane
Noble and Kidman start off the match. Noble takes a cheap shot at Hurricane. Hurricane tags in during one of Kidman’s moves and takes down Noble. Hurricane covers but Tajiri breaks it up. Noble does a pump handle slam to Hurricane. Tajiri gets tagged in. Tajiri beats on Hurricane. Hurricane kicks Tajiri in the kidneys. Kidman and Noble both get tagged in. Kidman kicks Tajiri and slams Noble down. Tajiri tries the tarantula but they fall off the ropes. Noble and Tajiri go down on the outside of the ring. Hurricane jumps on them from the top rope. Kidman gets on the top rope and Nidia knocks him down. Kidman delivers a spine-buster to Noble and pins him for the victory.

* The Rock is walking around backstage when Marc Lloyd runs up to him. Rock says that "Coach" sure has changed since the last time they talked having shrank and turned white. Lloyd introduced himself and the Rock asked who in the bluest of blue hells is Marc Lloyd. Rock grabbed the mic and shoved him away. The Rock says as long as Taker and Angle are still in the building he ain’t going anywhere. The Rock says he did some gambling while in Atlantic City. Rocks says he went to the biggest slot machine called Vengeance and pulled the people’s handle and its wasn’t three devil’s that appeared and it wasn’t three gold medals, no, it was Brahma bull, Brahma bull, Brahma bull. Meaning at Vengeance he is going to win. He says that as long as Angle and Taker are still here he isn’t leaving... if you smell what the Rock is cooking!

* A Rey Mysterio Jr. commercial came on saying he would come in two weeks to Smackdown!

* Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle vs. Undertaker and John Cena
After Jericho comes out they replay last week when Cena slapped Jericho and Jericho fell to the ground. Taker and Jericho start off the match. Taker goes for Angle but Jericho attacks Taker from behind. Jericho gets whipped into the turnbuckle. Taker slams Jericho down. Taker beats on Jericho in the corner. Taker tags in Cena. Cena goes after Jericho. Jericho whips Cena into Angle. The ref is distracted and Angle and Jericho double team Cena. Cena flips Angle over his head with a back body drop. Cena hammers away at Angle in the corner. Jericho covers Cena after for two Cena gets knocked down. Angle suplexes Cena. Cena gets whipped across the ring. Angle delivers a belly to belly suplex to Cena. Jericho tags in and chops him. Cena crawls towards to Taker but is pulled away. Angle suplexes Cena. Jericho comes in and kicks Cena in the ribs. Angle locks in a front hold on Cena’s face. Cena fights back. Cena whips Angle into the ropes and the scoop power slams Angle. Cena tags in Taker and Jericho also gets tagged in. Taker slams into Angle in one corner and Jericho in another. Taker gets ready to deliver a choke slam to Angle. Jericho gets booted in the face by Taker. Taker attempts the Last Ride but Angle stops it with the Angle slam. Angle gets the ref as Jericho covers Taker for a two count. Taker double clotheslines Angle and Jericho. Jericho takes down Cena and attempts a lion-salut but Taker stops it. Cena rolls Jericho up for the pin fall and the victory. Jericho beats up Cena after the match. Jericho throws Cena out of the ring. Taker throws Jericho out of the ring. Angle comes in and hits a German suplex on Taker and puts him in the Angle lock. Taker gets out of it attempts a Last Ride but Angle counters and Taker counters that counter with a dragon sleeper. The Rock runs to the ring and Rock Bottoms Taker. Angle beats on the Rock. The Rock battles back and finally delivers a Rock Bottom to Angle.
