* I attended this event live. It was my first WWE show that made it to TV and I must say that it was pretty amazing.

* Smackdown begins with a recap of Kurt Angle winning the Championship at Armageddon with the help of Brock Lesnar.

* Kurt Angle comes out first and gets on the mic. He talks about being all sorts of different champions, he says he is not out to celebrate, he is needs to get some thing off his chest. He says its not easy for him to do. He says that he has won every title by himself that he has set out to win. But he needed help this last time and he would like to personally thanks him now. Brocks Lesnar's music hits and he comes out to the ring. Angle says that he would set otu to beat anyone but probably wouldn't have beaten the Big Show with out him. Angle says that he knows Lesnar isn't looking for a pat on the back, he knows he wants what ever one wants, Kurt Angle vs. Brock Lesnar, 1 on 1 for the Championship. Angle says he is a man of his word, so Lesnar will get the first title shot. Angle says anytime, any where, any place.. Lesnar says, tonight, right now. Angle says that it sounds incredible however it cant happen. Angle tells us he has a match with Chris Benoit tonight, but Lesnar can have his shot next week on Smackdown. Brock paces around then shakes Angle's hand in agreement.

* Backstage Big Show is beating up the locker room. He yells and screams at Paul Heyman about Brock getting the first title shot. Show is infuriated that Angle said the he couldn't beat him without Lesnar's help. Show says he doesn't want to face Brock, he wants Kurt Angle. Heyman says that he has a way that guarantees he will be the first challenger. Show says broken promises. Heyman says that Show knows him, that's why he hired him, because he always has a contingency plan. Show says it better guarantee that he gets the first shot, fast.

* Eddie Guerrero w/ Chavo vs. Billy Kidman
In an earlier interview with Chavo, Chavo calls Billy Kidman a cheater. The match starts off quickly with Eddie going after Kidman. Kidman soon takes over until Eddie nails a suplex. Eddie punches Kidman in the face a few times until he falls to the mat. Eddie bounces around and taunts the crowd. Kidman gets up but Eddie hits a back breaker on him/ Eddie gets on the top rope and attempts a frog slash but Kidman rolls out of the way. Kidman whips Eddie into the ropes and hits a back body drop. Kidman covers but Eddie kicks out. Chavo tries to attack Kidman from behind. Kidman takes him out and Eddie falls face first on the mat. Kidman gets on the top rope and hits the shooting star press. he covers but Chavo breaks it up. Eddie nails a power bomb and covers for the win. Chavo gets in the ring after the match and attacks Kidman while he is down.

* Matt barges into Stephanie's office. She asks about his black eye. Matt says that he was leaving the hotel and a group of MF-ers mobbed him and he was lucky he escaped. Stephanie asks what an MF-er is. Matt tells her it is a matt-itude follower. She asks if he can compete tonight with Brock Lesnar. Matt says that Matt Hardy minus one good eye is still greater than Brock Lesnar.

* Chuck Palumbo vs. John Cena w/ B2
Cena and B2 comes out rapping about how the Buccaneers suck and how Tampa sucks and Boston is better. The two locks up in the center of the ring. Chuck takes Cena down with a hip throw and then a suplex. Chuck covers for 2. Chuck is distracted and Cena knocks him over the top rope. B2 gets a cheap shot in before he rolls Chuck back in the ring. Chuck is whipped into the corner by Cena. Cena covers for 2. Chuck battles out of the submission and nails a side suplex on Cena. Chuck hits a back body drop. Chuck follows up with a belly to belly suplex. B2 gets on the apron but is knocked off by Chuck. Chuck gets on the top rope and hits a cross body. Cena rolls Chuck up grabbing Chucks trunks and gets the win. Rikishi comes out and attacks B2 and Cena. Rikishi gets a chair and swings at Cena, but Cena ducks out of the way. They gets in the ring and Rikishi backs it up into Cena. B2 pulls Cena out of the ring.

* Last Sunday Al Wilson refuses to let Dawn Marie show the tape. Tonight, parts of the tape will be shown.

* Torrie is in her house waiting to do an interview with Smackdown about the happenings in room 357. They replay how the whole event got started, then Al's reaction to hearing the news, then Dawn Marie ranting about how Torrie enjoyed it and how Torrie is a sexual predator, then a short clips of the scene at Armageddon. Torrie via satellite says that she wasn't humiliated by the tape, she is proud that she loves her father so much that she is willing to do anything for him. She says that dawn is a manipulative wench and that she is ashamed of her father because he broke her heart, and no one has any idea how much that hurts. Torrie says as far as being a sexual predator, she will admit she is a very sexual person, and as far as being a predator, Dawn Marie will find out exactly what kind of predator she is. Torrie is ready to go when Dawn's music hits in the arena and she comes out with Al. Dawn Marie says that Torrie is a sexual predator and a jealous nymphomaniac. She says that everyone should know that her relationship with Al Wilson, is a truly sacred. She says that she and Al would never lie to each other and the respect each other. Torrie listens as Dawn talks about how she and Al love each other. Dawn says she is inviting everyone to her wedding on Smackdown. Torrie says she has come to the conclusion that they deserve each other.

* Backstage Matt and Brock are preparing for their match against each other.

* Brock Lesnar vs. Matt Hardy w/ Shannon Moore
Matt Hardy pulls a mic out of his pants and says that tonight Brock is lucky because something happened to his other eye and now he can't wrestle tonight. But in a fortunate twist of fate, he found a replacement, Shannon Moore. Shannon is afraid but is thrown in the ring. Brock garbs him and tosses him across the ring. Moore tries to fight Lesnar but is suplexes over the top rope. Matt rolls Moore in the ring. Lesnar hits the F-5 and covers for the win. Lesnar begins to walk up the ramp and sees Matt in the ring. Lesnar grabs Matt and nails an F-5 on him as well.

* Kurt watched the match backstage. Stephanie asks to talk to him. Angle says he can't wait for the match with Brock. Stephanie says he needs to go out to the ring now and clear everything up. Stephanie says she has known him for a long time and can't believe he won't say something. She says she will if he doesn't. Angle agrees and heads for the ring.

* Kurt Angle is in the ring as we return. He says he must level with everyone. He says ever since he entered the WWE he has been a man of the three I's and integrity is one of them. Angle says that if it was up to him he would face Benoit and Lesnar in the same night. He has a lot on his plate, anyone who represents himself has a fool for a client, which is why he hired a management team to look out for his best interests and be in charge on contract negotiations. He introduces the new head of his management team...Paul Heyman. They embrace in the ring. Heyman says that the people can't say they were surprised by this, would he actually lets Lesnar come close to the title again. Heyman says they were in it since a week before Armageddon. Heyman says his heart was pounding at the opportunity to screw Lesnar all over again. Heyman says that A rmageddon was all Kurt Angle setting up Brock Lesnar, playing him like a violin. Heyman says that as his first act as Angle's new agent, is to tell us that the Brock Lesnar title match is postponed indefinitely because Angle wants to peruse other challengers, anyone but Brock Lesnar. They celebrate screwing Brock. Then Show's music plays and Heyman is mortified as he runs down to the ring. Show yells at Heyman, and asks what the hell is wrong with him. Heyman tries to explain himself, he says that he dumped Brock Lesnar for him, and he isn't dumping Show for Kurt Angle. Heyman says they have amazing leverage now with a 7 foot tall giant and an Olympic gold medallist. Heyman says that as long as they are together he has enough leverage to go to Stephanie's office and demand that Big Show has a title match against Kurt Angle next week. Kurt looks worried. Heyman says that as long as Angle or Show is the champ, the Lesnar isn't the champion and they are still in power. They all embrace and agree at the end.

* Jamie Noble and Nunzio vs. Bill Demott and Crash
Demott insists he start off the match with Nunzio. Demott slaps Nunzio around then levels him to the mat with one punch. Demott lifts up Nunzio and rushes him into the corner. Noble is tagged in. Demott lifts Noble over his head and throws him into the ropes. Noble tags Nunzio. Nunzio tries to fight Demott, but Demott takes him down. Noble gets in the ring behind Demott and takes a shot at him. Demott kicks Noble in the stomach. Demott power bombs Noble then gets on the top rope. He hits a moonsault half way across the ring and covers for the win. Crash comes out and taunts Noble and Nunzio. Demott attacks Crash with a clothesline and gets on the top rope and nails yet another moonsault.

* Ernest the Cat is interviewing Edge. Edge says he is gonna kick A-Train's ass tonight after he attacked Mysterio and the attacked him. Edge says A-Train has some debts to pay, and edge is here to collect. Edge says that tonight everyone is going to find out that Edge is the little train that could.
* Edge vs. A-Train
A-Train attacks first going after Edge's injured knee. Edge drops his elbow on A-trains back. A-Train lifts Edge up over his head but Edge fights down. A-Train takes Edge down at the knees and locks in a leg submission. A-Train gets up and hops onto Edge's knee. Edge battles out with shots to the back of A-Trains head. A-Train hits a side walk slam then locks in a single leg Boston Crab. Edge reaches the ropes and A-Train breaks the hold. Edge is tossed into the corner and A-Train begins pummeling him with his fists. Edge hits a cross body knock down and then a face plant to A-Train. Edge gets to the top rope but A-Train gets up their too. Edge shoves him off and nails a missile drop kick. Edge covers but A-Train kicks out. Edge attempts a spear but meets A-Trains boot instead. A-Train covers but Edge kicks out. A-Train locks in the single leg Boston crab again. Edge again reaches the ropes. Edge fights back and hits a spear. Edge covers for the victory.

* Josh Mathews is outside of Brock's Locker room. He wants to gets some comments from Lesnar after the break.

* Josh Mathews sums up the nights events with Heyman, Show, and Angle. He says he can;t imagine Brock's state of mind. Brock comes out of the door and says, that his state of mind is a good question.

*Kurt Angle w/ Paul Heyman vs. Chris Benoit
Angle and Benoit lock up and Angle takes Benoit down but Benoit rolls it into a front face lock on Angle. Benoit knocks Angle down off being whipped in the ropes. Benoit attacks Angle in the corner. Outside the ring Benoit knocks Angle around a bit. Back in the ring Angle is knocked down again. Benoit Hits a snap suplex and covers but Angle kicks out. Angle hits an over head belly to belly suplex. Angle takes control now. He stomps on Benoit who is leaning in the corner. Angle flings Benoit outside the ring. Heyman whacks Benoit upside the head with Angle's belt. Angle rolls Benoit back in and covers for 2. Angle suplexes Benoit and covers for 2. Angle chops at Benoit then rakes his eyes. Benoit runs right into a German suplex from Angle. Angle goes for an Angle slam but Benoit counters and takes Angle down with a suplex. Benoit is in control now. He nails a back body drop followed by a German suplex, and another, on the third, Angle locks in the ankle lock. Benoit fight out and nails another German, and another, and another, and another. Benoit chases Angle around the ring and nails three more suplexes. Benoit signals for his finisher. He gets on the top rope and nails the head butt. Benoit locks in the cross face but Big Show comes out and choke slams Benoit. Brock Lesnar rushes out and suplexes Show and Angle. Lesnar lifts Heyman up for the F-5, but Heyman is saved by Angle. Angle nails the Angle slam on Lesnar, then Show comes in and choke slams Brock. Heyman taunts Lesnar while he is down.
