- The reason WWE shot the recent Paul Bearer angle without him physically being there was because he underwent emergency gall bladder surgery and they needed to come up with a storyline to explain his absence. Most members of the writing team hated the kidnapping and hostage ankle but both Vince McMahon and Undertaker liked it and so it was retained.
- As reported before, the Shawn Michaels injury angle on RAW is to explain his absence from TV as his wife is pregnant and due sometime in July. Michaels is expected back at Summerslam where he will almost surely be wrestling Kane.
- Victoria was recently told to drop the dancing routine in her entrance. The reason WWE officials gave her was that it was too time-consuming.
