Chris Benoit Talks About Vengeance, Eugene, Evolution & More

Thanks to Peter Marshall for sending along the following:

Today on 106.9, the two hosts from the radio station interview Chris Benoit. I didn't catch all of it, but they were joking around about his last name and how benoit made it look like he was really upset when jericho pronounced Benoit, as it looks (ben~oit). They also talked about how him and Eugene were friends and benoit agreed which doesnt make sense due to the fact that he smacked him with a chair on raw this past week. Anyways, they talked about how they were ashaimed that Eugene had joined Evolution and then they went on to make fun of Ric Flair, by calling him..."Saggy Boobs" which i thought was pretty funny.

They advertised Vengence a lot, reviewing all the matches quite a few times. They also asked who Benoit who he would most rather put in a cross-face. I didnt get the first two but the last one was Pamela Anderson. He answered the question with "all of them," sounding pretty serious I might add. They also joked how one of the hosts would only get out of his seat if a Reeses Peices was at the other end of the table and then Rabid Wolverine stated that, he could make him move. Which to no suprise, they both agreed. Finally, they had a little trivia game between Benoit and the two hosts (which i might add knew A LOT about the WWE/WWF History.) The point was for a caller to to try to stump all of the three with a question concerning WWE/WWF with the exception of personal questions and title questions. After about 15 questions being answered right off the bat one of interviewers proceeded to "sit-out" to make it a little betterless strenuous since he was the best out of the three (yes better then Benoit). Finally someone stumped them both with inquiring the name of the lasso that - forgot his name - use to bring to the ring. The answer was Ms. Betty, if im correct. Subsequently, the guy won 4 Skybox tickets to Vengeance along with all the free food and goodies. I had the perfect question I wanted to ask but I never found out the number so I was stuck listening to some good and not so good questions. Either way it was a very entertaining interview with lots of jokes and humerous comments.
