Undertaker/Heidenreich Update For SummerSlam, Vince McMahon/Teddy Long, & More

Thanks to Pwinsider for the following:

*Smackdown! had a nice draw over the weekend, bringing in a gate of over $200,000 in East Rutherford, NJ. They also had another nice show in Bridgeport, bringing in another six figure gate. All in all that is great by today's standards.

*Many backstage still feel that John Heidenreich is lost in the ring and does not belong on the roster yet. He is set to begin a program with the Undertaker for SummerSlam and in the past Undertaker has been very vocal in letting management know when someone is not a good worker. It will be interesting to see how all of this plays out and if Undertaker is able to work with him.

*Kurt Angle is working off the ring rust and starting too feel better, while he prepares for his match with Eddie Guerrero at SummerSlam. Guerrero is still be held off of House Show's until his hamstring has a chance to heal.

*It was Vince McMahon's idea to push Teddy Long to become the new GM of Smackdown! Vince feel's Long has great potential and wants him to work as a pure babyface.
