Hello everyone, and welcome to what could possibly be the last edition of The Worm's RAW Report. We're only a week away from SummerSlam, and I can only expect big things to come out of it. I will be offering my SummerSlam predictions after the show. Until then, enjoy!

RAW opens with The Coach and the diva wannabes dancing in the ring. The Coach introduces everyone to the crowd and it's time for another diva to be eliminated. The diva that will be eliminated is none other than...and before he can announce it, Evolution's music hits and Randy Orton makes his way down to the ring in a suit.

Orton takes the stick and he tells the Coach that he will be announcing who will be eliminated. Coach accepts the offer and the loser is...Chandra. Orton proceeds to hurry her out of the ring and belittles her as she leaves.

Chandra left the ring as a loser, just like Chris Benoit will leave the ring a loser at SummerSlam. Benoit will hide his emotions as he walks up the ramp with his back towards Orton and it's gotta hurt inside that everything Benoit's ever worked for is lost. The crowd proceeds to boo the hell out of Orton as he announces that they're witnessing history in the making as tonight will be Orton's last time in a WWE ring without the World Heavyweight Championship. We then see a replay from last week where Orton RKOs Benoit for the pinfall victory in his match.

It is Orton's destiny to become the World Heavyweight Champion and he starts a pop quiz. What did you do when you were 24? Did you finally move out of your parents' basement? Did you pay off your student loans? Well, Orton will become the youngest World Heavyweight Champion and nothing's going to stop him from having his date with destiny.

Benoit's music hits and the Crippler is smiling as he comes down to ring with his title. Well, aren't we quite the mouthpiece, Randy Orton? Since you're out here showing footage, why not show the footage of Benoit making Orton tap out? Orton denies there ever being footage because it never happened. Benoit proceeds to put Orton in the Crossface and just like that, he taps out. Benoit leaves the ring and a replay is shown of Orton tapping out seconds ago as we go to commercial break.

Match #1 (Six Diva Tag) - Stacy Keibler, Nidia & Victoria vs. Molly Holly, Gail Kim, and Jazz:

My favorite (and the hottest) diva is in action tonight, but sadly enough, she is STILL sporting that awful wig.

Victoria and Molly start this match off with arm wrenches from Molly . Victoria does an acrobatic arm wrench, but Molly kicks her in the gut. Victoria hits a hip toss followed by a back elbow, and Molly comes back with a kick to the gut and a club to the back. Gail Kim is tagged in and Victoria takes her down with a couple of quick arm drags. Victoria tags in Stacy and they hit a double hip toss on Gail.

Stacy chokes Gail out in the corner with her long legs . Gail whips Stacy out of the ring, and Molly proceeds to get in a few cheap shots. Gail hits a leg drop on the back of Stacy and she goes for the cover, but Stacy kicks out. Gail connects with a clubbing blow and then rams her head into the turnbuckle. Jazz is tagged in and she hits a couple of elbows. Molly and Gail double team Stacy while the ref is distracted. Jazz takes Stacy down and goes for the pin, but Stacy kicks out.

Molly whips Jazz into Stacy, but Stacy kicks out of the corner. Molly clears out the face team and she proceeds to take it to Stacy. Stacy comes back with a kick to the head to counter out of an Irish whip. Stacy manages to tag in Nidia and she whips Molly to follow it up with a back elbow. Nidia hits a flap jack on Jazz, but Molly comes back with a swinging neckbreaker. Molly goes for the pin, but that dastardly Victoria breaks it up.

The end comes when Nidia pins Molly with a jackknife for the victory.

Winner: Nidia, Stacy, and Victoria

Post-match, Trish's music hits and she proceeds to come down to the ring with her problem solver. She shares some words with the heels and then she decides to talk to Stacy. Stacy smiles in approval to whatever Trish was talking about, and then she leaves the ring with Jazz, Molly, and Gail and the faces join them shortly afterwards.

A recap of the events leading up to the Eugene vs. Triple H match at SummerSlam is shown as well as parts of the William Regal vs. Triple H match from last week as we go to commercial.

Backstage Action:

We see Eugene and a battered William Regal in their hotel room. Eugene expresses his concern for William Regal. Eugene is anxious to go to the arena, but Regal won't let him go because he feels that Evolution will only ambush them. Regal leaves the room, leaving Eugene alone by himself. Eugene isn't sure what to do, but then he finally makes up his mind and sneaks out of the room.

The Smackdown Rebound recaps John Cena defeating RVD to become the #1 contender to the US Championship. Teddy Long announces a Best of 5 Series match for the US title at SummerSlam between Booker T and John Cena. Later on, we see Kurt Angle win his match, Spike turning heel on Rey Mysterio, and JBL calling out a midget Undertaker. Just as he's about to deliver the Tombstone to the midget, the real Undertaker comes out and lays the smack down on JBL. Taker is about to tombstone JBL, but Orlando Jordan comes out to make the save.

Backstage Action:

We see Lita sitting backstage, and Matt enters the room. Matt reminds Lita of the contract signing, but she feels he shouldn't go through with it. Lita asks if he remembers when he said he would marry her no matter who the father was, and Matt isn't sure why she would be asking him that question, but she reveals that the baby is in truth, Kane's. Matt is obviously upset as he leaves the room.

Up next will be the contract signing between Kane and Matt Hardy for the Till Death Do Us Part match at SummerSlam. It's time for a commercial break.

Till Death Do Us Part Contract Signing:

JR is in the ring as he announces Kane and his pyro is set off as he makes his way down to the ring. Next out is Matt Hardy, followed shortly by Lita. Kane is laughing as Matt makes his way down to the ring. JR lays down the rules for the match and the winner of the match will marry Lita. Lita looks into Kane's and Matt's eyes and signs the contract.

Kane can't stop laughing as he signs and now it's Matt's turn. Matt hesitates for a moment, then he teases to sign, but then changes his mind. Matt is growing very angry with Kane, and he's letting it get to him. He picks up the pen again and looks into Kane's eyes and he finally signs the contract.

Kane takes the stick from JR and now Matt, everyone knows the truth. (laughs) It looks like I'm more man than you'll ever be! (laughs again) Matt takes a deep breath to collect himself and he lifts the desk and topples Kane over. Matt picks up the suitcase and hits Kane over the head with it to lay him out in the middle of the ring. Kane sits up after Matt has left and he is seething with rage as we go to commercial.

Backstage Action:

The Coach is ready for the next diva challenge. Each diva has 20 seconds to sell an ice cream cone to the crowd. First up is Joy, she's spouting out run-on sentences as she proceeds to rub the ice cream and sprinkles all over her chest. Next up is Amy, followed by Carmella (who doesn't do a very good job), the next is Tracie who offers a free football to those who call within 10 minutes. After her is Maria, who seductively licks her ice cream.

The ever bubbly Christy proceeds to trash the table and lick her fingers. She acts more like a little kid than anything else. Michelle proceeds to walk the crowd through how she makes her ice cream cone and that's it for tonight. Personally, Joy has me sold. ;-)

Up next will be Chris Jericho vs. Edge as we go to commercial.

Match #2 (Singles, Non-Title) - Edge vs. Chris Jericho:

They stare each other down and share a few words before locking up. Jericho backs Edge into a corner and then they continue to rumble around the ring. There is a clean break and they go to lock up again. Edge goes behind Jericho and Jericho changes it into a hammerlock. Edge elbows Jericho, and then hits a drop toe hold. Jericho latches on a front face lock into a hammerlock and then knees Edge in the back.

Edge elbows Jericho in the head and then punches him into the corner. Edge whips Jericho, Jericho reverses, and Edge hits the turnbuckle hard with his back. Jericho sends Edge sternum first into the turnbuckle and follows it up with a high knee to the back. Jericho hits a delayed vertical suplex and follows it up with a couple of elbow drops to the back.

Jericho hits a back suplex and goes for a pin, but Edge kicks out. Jericho cinches in a surfboard stretch, but Edge refuses to give up. Edge works his way up, but Jericho chops away at him. Edge comes back with chops of his own and goes up to hit the 10 punches. Jericho knocks him off at 6 and delivers a hard scoop slam. Jericho tries for a big splash, but Edge gets his knees up.

Edge rams his shoulders into Jericho's gut in the corner and then clubs on his back, followed by a kick to the gut. We finally hear some boos from the crowd as Edge picks Jericho up and works on his back. Edge drives his shoulders into the lower back of Jericho and he begins to fight back. Jericho chops Edge and whips him into the corner, but Edge kicks out. Edge hits the snake eyes on Jericho and then tries to roll him up, but Jericho kicks out.

Jericho hits a thumb to to the eye to regain offense and then connects with a running forearm to knock Edge out of the ring. Jericho goes for a springboard dropkick, but Edge drops down, causing Jericho to crash and burn on the outside. As Jericho gets up on the apron, Edge spears him from behind to knock him into the barrier as we go to commercial.

As we return, Edge has a rear chinlock locked onto Jericho. Jericho fights his way back up, but Edge connects with the kitchen sink to take Jericho back down. Edge goes up top and he goes for a missile dropkick, but Jericho counters with a dropkick.

The two exchange blows and Edge is in control as he whips Jericho. Jericho reverses and he connects with a leg lariat and follows it up with a dropkick to send Edge into the ropes. Jericho hits the running knee and he goes for a bulldog, but Edge counters with a boot. Edge goes for a pin, but Jericho kicks out.

Jericho almost has Edge beat as he delivers a hurricanrana, but Edge kicks out. Jericho clotheslines Edge and he signals for the kill. Jericho tries to spear Edge, but Edge kicks him. Edge tries to cinch in the Walls of Jericho, but instead launches him into the turnbuckle. Edge delivers the Edgeomatic, but Jericho kicks out once again.

Edge whips Jericho to try to dropkick him, but Jericho grabs the ropes. Jericho goes for the Lionsault, but Edge gets his knees up and he is signaling for the Spear. Edge charges, but Jericho jumps out of the ring and Edge is able to stop and hits Jericho with a baseball slide.

Edge tosses Jericho back into the ring and he goes up top. Jericho clobbers him with a forearm and the two exchange blows. Jericho tries for a superplex, but Edge sends Jericho crashing down to the mat. Edge flies off the top with a missile dropkick, and he goes for the pin, but Jericho barely manages to kick out.

Edge tries for the Edgecution, but Jericho counters it into the Walls of Jericho. Edge rolls Jericho into a small package, but Jericho kicks out. Jericho comes back with a 180 into the neckbreaker, but Edge kicks out of the pin attempt. Jericho tries for a bulldog, but Edge sends Jericho straddling the turnbuckle.

Edge signals for another Spear, but Jericho leapfrogs Edge, causing him to run into the ringpost. Jericho rolls up Edge into an illegal pin for the victory.

Winner: Chris Jericho

Post-match, Batista enters the ring and proceeds to deliver two bone-crushing spinebusters to the reigning Intercontinental Champion as Jericho watches on and walks up the ramp. Edge is unconscious in the ring as we go backstage.

Backstage Action:

Eugene has arrived at the Gund Arena with an angry expression on his face as we go to commercial.

The WWE Sting of the Night recaps Triple H using the brass knuckles to take out William Regal.

Eugene's music hits and he makes his way down to the ring. He wants Triple H to come down to the ring, and he wants him now! Triple H shows up on the TitanTron and he tells Eugene to stop and listen. Eugene, I know you're mad, but trust me, you're mad at the wrong guy. You shouldn't be mad at him, you should be mad at yourself. Triple H tried to tell him that he didn't belong, but Eugene didn't listen. So instead, he showed him. That's why he came back, that's why he cost him the title. Did you think for one second that Triple H was going to let that go? He sent Eugene a message, loud and clear through William Regal with a sledgehammer and Eugene still didn't get the message. Am I just not being clear, Eugene, or are you stupid? I'm guessing you're stupid because all of this is your fault and Regal clearly told you to stay put, but there you stand in that ring, yelling for me. Here I am, at your hotel room and just like everything else that has happened, it's your fault.

The camera pulls back to see William Regal bloodied once again. Eugene is crying, and at SummerSlam, Eugene's not going to have to listen because Triple H will put Eugene out of this business for good. Eugene runs up the ramp whimpering as we go to commercial.

Match #3 (Two Minute Challenge) - Rhyno & Tajiri vs. Rick Albright & Chris Cage:

If Rhyno & Tajiri win this match, they will get a tag title shot at SummerSlam.

La Resistance proceed to come to the ring during the match as Tajiri takes it to one of the jobbers. Tajiri goes for a pin, but Albright kicks out at one. Rhyno is tagged in and they have a minute to end the match. Rhyno hits a powerslam, but Cage comes in to break it up. Tajiri takes out Chirs Cage and 30 seconds are left. Rhyno signals for the Gore and 10 seconds are left. La Resistance is distracting the ref, but it's too late as the timer has hit zero just as the ref finally counts the pin.

This match is declared a time limit draw

Commercial Break

The wannabes are in the ring and it's time to vote. I wanted to see Carmella DeCesare win it, but she just doesn't seem interested, and therefore, I'm jumping on the Joy Giovanni bandwagon. Amy Weber doesn't look too bad either. As long as Amy or Joy win the Diva Search, I'll be satisfied. :-)

Trish interrupts the proceedings and she isn't alone. The other RAW divas join her in the ring and she says that Bischoff has graciously accepted her idea for SummerSlam. At SummerSlam, it'll be the RAW divas vs. the diva wannabes in a game of Diva Dodgeball.

We go to the WWE studios to hear Cole and Tazz recap the Smackdown matches at SummerSlam and the RAW commentators do the same for the RAW side.

Backstage Action:

We see Evolution sans Batista getting ready for the tag match coming up next as we go to commercial.

Main Event (2v1 Handicap) - Triple H & Randy Orton (w/ Ric Flair) vs. Chris Benoit:

Chris Benoit interrupts Lilian Garcia and congratulates Triple H on what he did to Regal. Benoit says Eugene went back to the hotel, but that doesn't matter, the Wolverine will take them both on. So I guess this is a 2v1 handicap match.

Benoit cleans house as he sends Triple H to the outside and snap suplexes Orton. Triple H comes back in and is met with the rolling Germans. Benoit signals for the flying headbutt, but clobbers Orton off the apron. Flair tries to get involved, and Triple H gets up and crotches Benoit on the ropes.

Triple H tags in Orton and he aggressively hammers Benoit in the throat. Orton delivers a standing dropkick and then tags in Triple H. Triple H works Benoit over with punches and stomps in the corner and then chokes him with his forearm.

Benoit hits a chop, but Triple H hits a drop toe hold. Orton is tagged in and he jumps down onto Benoit. Orton uppercuts Benoit and then backs him into a corner. Benoit fires back with a chop and then Orton regains the offense. He whips Benoit hard into the corner and Triple H is tagged in.

Triple H hits a delayed vertical suplex on Benoit and follows it with a knee drop. Triple H goes for the pin, but Benoit kicks out. Benoit tries to fight back, but Triple H hits a knee to the gut. Orton is tagged in and he kicks away at Benoit. He pounds on the back of his neck and then delivers a snapmare to lock in an aggressive rear chinlock.

Benoit is trying to choke out Orton, but Orton fires back with a knee drop. Orton goes for the pin, but Benoit kicks out. Triple H is tagged in and the two begin to exchange blows. Triple H delivers a spinebuster to Benoit, but Benoit kicks out of the ensuing pin attempt.

Orton & Triple H distract the ref, which prompts Flair to get in some cheap shots. Triple H tosses Benoit back into the ring and he goes for a pin, but Benoit kicks out. Orton is tagged in, and Benoit fights back, but Orton kicks him in the gut. Benoit rolls Orton into a small package, but Orton kicks out. Orton signals he's going up top, but Benoit recovers and crotches him.

Triple H gets involved, but Benoit sends him into Orton's nuts. Benoit puts Triple H away with a suplex and then delivers a sky high superplex to Randy Orton. All three men are down, but Triple H is the first up. Benoit delivers a back drop to Triple H and a kitchen sink to Randy Orton. Triple H whips Benoit, and Triple H goes for a sleeper, but Benoit changes it into a back suplex.

Benoit proceeds to chop away at Orton, but Triple H comes in and tries for the Pedigree, but Benoit sends him over the ropes to the outside.

Benoit locks the Sharpshooter onto Orton. Flair tries to get involved again, and Benoit knocks him off. Orton tries to RKO Benoit, but Benoit counters it into the Crossface. Flair gets in the ring and kicks Benoit to cause a disqualification.

Winner by DQ: Chris Benoit

Post-match, Triple H Pedigrees Chris Benoit and then goes to the outside and grabs a steel chair. Eugene is seen running down the ramp and he spears Triple H. Orton and Flair decide to take on Eugene and they're met with punches. The show ends with Eugene delivering the Stunner to Orton as Triple H looks on from the top of the ramp.
