- As things stand right now, the top two matches for Wrestlemania 21 are supposed to be Randy Orton vs. Triple H and Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle. There are currently no deals in place for any "big names" to return but realistically, those probably won't be thought about until the end of the year.
- As of yet, Bob Orton has not been asked by WWE to participate in any angle involving his son Randy or the Evolution, primarily due to the reason that he has a bad disc in his neck and wouldn't be in position to effectively take any bumps.
- Another idea being tossed around for Smackdown! is for Booker T to turn face and join Eddie Guerrero and Big Show so that they can feud with Kurt Angle's group. Also on RAW, the writers are considering turning Willial Regal heel by having him turn on Eugene.
