My name is Omar Miller. I went to Raw Taping in Baltimore Monday Night and Here is the Spoilers for Sunday Night Heat. Also included is the Dark Match and some notes from the show.
Hey there Rajah and Crew. This is Omar giving you and your readers the Sunday Night Heat taping results from Baltimore. Along with some notes from the show.So with the short Intro out the way Let's get this going.
Before the action began they showed the "Desire" video. The usual Suspects got Pops. The rock got a big pop when they showed him.
Dark Match
Chris "The Masterpiece" Masters vs. Julio ? (couldn't hear the Last Name)
Lacluster Match. Couple of ok spots by the Two. Masters missed cathcing Julio off the top rope. Got the usual " You f***ed up!!" Chant from the Crowd. Masters gets the win with a weak looking running Powerslam.
Sunday Night Heat
First Match - Christian & Tyson Tomko vs. Rhyno & Tajiri
An "ECW" Chant starts up during the Match for Rhyno and The Japanese Buzzsaw. Finish comes with Rhyno hitting the Gore on Tomko to knock the big man out the ring. Tajiri goes for the Kick Of Death. Christian Ducks and connects with the Un-Prettier for the win.
Second Match - Val Venis vs. Viscera
For the record Viscera is just huge in Person. You have no idea how big he is until you see him in Person. Viscera hits a huge sidewalk slam early on in the match. Finish comes with when Big Vis misses a Corner Charge and Val Gets the win with a School Boy Roll-up. Big Vis also did Val's hip taunt during the match. Not a pretty sight. But somewhat amusing to see him do that.
Third Match - Gene Snitsky vs. Jobber
Total Squash match. Gene wins with his Pumphandle Slam. He needs a new finisher.
Fourth Match - Shelton Benjamin vs. "Stevie Night Heat" Steven Richards
Before I say anything about this Match. Is it just me or does Stevie enjoy wearing those Hot Pink tights a little too much?? Just a thought. Anyway onward with the match. Stevie hits a sweet looking Hangman's Neckbreaker from the suplex position. Mr. Benjamin wins with the T-Bone Suplex.
Notes From Raw
During the Breaks the showed the Blade Trinity Trailer featuring Triple H. The T-shirt guy got booed by a few sections for not shooting any shirts in their directions. After the show ended Randy Orton RKO'd Triple H twice. Triple H played to the crowd as he got up thinking the crowd was cheering for him. Giving the Thumbs up sign. Pounding his chest. Very good stuff.
Biggest Pops in No Particular Order
Batista (When he eliminated Flair)
Stacy Keibler (One of the Biggest Pops for a Diva in a while.)
Randy Orton
Benoit
Triple H for his Intro.
Eugene & Regal
Biggest Boos
Snitsky
Batista (When he got eliminated)
Maven (Throwing Eugene into the Steps.)
The Ending of the Triple threat Match
The T-Shirt Guy
The Arena wasn't sold out. I would say the place was about 65-70% full. The upper section was blacked off. Hopefully the crowd still came off hot on TV. They didn't announce when they would be coming back. I hope it's around Memorial Day or something. Baltimore never fails to produce a big event when it comes to town for a taping. And it Happened again. The Start of Triple HHH/HBK Feud back in '02. The start of John Cena's Face turn at the No Mercy PPV last October. Before I leave out I gotta show The Worm some love. You do a great job with the Raw Report. Keep up the excellent work. You guys at Rajah are great. Keep up the work. I'm out. Hope this work for you guys.
