Off Air Notes from Judgment Day

Thanks to reader Chris Copeland for sending in the following :

I was at the PPV tonight, and just to let you know after the cameras went off the air, the ref was talking to Eddie who was laying down. The ref gave the X signal, calling for help because Eddie looked out of it. After a few seconds, the ref stood up again, and gave a very large X sign, and one trainer came running out. One trainer turned into 3 or 4, then the guys with the stretcher came out, with who I am pretty sure was Fit Finlay. The crowd, which stopped and stood still when they realized that something was wrong, chanted "Eddie Eddie", and the group of trainers, refs, and Fit Finlay had Eddie up, who refused the attention (he was bleeding so bad, the ring was COVERED in blood). I guess Eddie was just light headed or something after all that blood loss, but he seemed fine walking back under his own power.

On the way out of Staples Center, they had the street that the parking lot for the wrestlers was at closed, because the crowd, which had to be at least 500 to 1000 people were out there chanting EDDIE EDDIE.... They should have had cameras to tape it, because I have never seen so many people wait for them to come out like that before at either the Pond of Anaheim or Staples.
