Vince McMahon apparently was upset at John Laurenaitis recently when he couldn't reach him during a weekend vacation. Laurenaitis's family is said to be a bit un-nerved by the demands of his current position with WWE. He's moving into an expensive house in Connecticut, an indication he either has a lot of money already saved up or expects to be at a high-income level for a while to cover the mortgage
One long-time veteran who has kept an eye on Batista's push is worried that there aren't enough heels lined up on either brand to feed to Batista. "They need to have three or four heels revving up and ready to face Batista," says the source. "There has to be something after a feud with Hunter or Batista will fizzle. Look at how Austin and Rock always had someone new fed to them when they were on top. Hunter had the benefit of feuding with Austin, Rock, Undertaker, and Foley as he established himself. WWE lacks the stars who can put him at that megastar level"
Molly Holly debunked rumours that she'll be appearing in Playboy in an article in the Globe Gazette. Excerpt: "According to reports on wrestling news websites, Greenwald recently turned down a photo shoot for Playboy. 'It's unfortunate that a character who is modest would be considered prudish or undesirable,' she said, 'when I think in real life that a person who has self-respect would be more desirable.' Greenwald said she will continue to do her best in any role the WWE gives her while doing the same outside the ring in her Christian walk"
