The situation on the joint RAW-SmackDown! Battle Royal keeps changing, with Dave Meltzer now reporting that it will take place on Sunday Night Heat, prior to WrestleMania. With eight matches, and four hours to fit them all in, there doesn't seem to be enough room on the PPV to fit the Battle Royal in.
Batista vs. HHH as the main-event at WWE Backlash is now seemingly confirmed.
After tonight's PPV, Randy Orton is scheduled for a four month hiatus from WWE to undergo surgery on a torn rotator cuff, with six months being a more realistic estimate.
Hulk Hogan stole the show yesterday at the Hall of Fame ceremony, so he may be used at the PPV tonight.
The two title matches will be pivotal in the outcome of tonight's PPV, and it is expected that the HHH-Batista match may go around 25 minutes.
