Former WWE and WCW World champion Bill Goldberg was interviewed by Ronald Jordan for a Media General News Service article regarding his role in "The Longest Yard" and his time working for World Wrestling Entertainment.

Goldberg is quick to shoot down any enjoyment of his WWE run. ''That was one of the most agonizing, excruciating and miserable times of my entire life...'I enjoyed the fact that that you could get 10,000 to 40,000 people screaming and chanting your name, but having to listen to these morons backstage and live with them was not good.''

Goldberg also disparaged his Wrestlemania XX farewell match against Brock Lesnar, and noted, "''Being part of that (WWE) was like being part of the Hindenburg going down. It just left a bad taste in my mouth.''

The article notes that Goldberg is in the midst of working on a 13 episode series for The History Channel, Automaniac, that traces the history of automobiles and motorcycles.
