WWE have begun a unique advertising campaign for the upcoming "ECW One Night Stand" PPV featuring classin photos of ECW action with the caption "You Wouldn't Understand" across the top of the poster, and the ECW logo and information for the event at the bottom. Five pictures are being used for the campaign:
- Spike Dudley flying into the crowd.
- Lance Storm pulling Francine off of Dawn Marie.
- A bloody Tommy Dreamer handcuffed to ring ropes.
- Terry Funk, wrapped in barbed wire, with a pile of chairs next to him (Public Enemy were underneath them), and Dory Funk Jr. in the background.
- Terry Funk driving a flaming branding iron down at Cactus Jack.
It's interesting that Funk is prominent in two of the posters given that he is apparently not participating at the PPV.
