- With it being Memorial Day, tonight's show is dedicated to the men and women of the United States Armed Forces, who defended our freedom to their deaths. Vince McMahon narrates a small passage talking about the people who fight for the US and then a video package also airs.

- The RAW opening hits and we're live from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

- Kane and Lita will be tonight's guests on Chris Jericho's Highlight Reel. Also tonight, Chris Benoit battles Edge in a tables match.

- In the ring, Jerry Lawler says that today marks the unofficial start to summer and what better way to kick things off than to have a swimsuit contest. With that, he announces Christy Hemme, Candice Michelle, Maria, Victoria and Lilian Garcia as the competitors. Each contestant has 15 seconds to model her swimsuit before being judged. Before the first diva can drop her towel, Viscera's music hits and out comes the 500-lb "love machine". Vis grabs the mic and says that he'd like nothing more than to judge but he was in the back watching and just the thought of Lilian in a swimsuit...what big Vis wants, big Vis gets. Vis started dancing and carries Lilian out to a chorus of boos. The remaining four contestants then model off their respective suits. King then declares Christy Hemme as the winner and Hemme, Maria and Candice start celebrate while Victoria walks away dejected. All of a sudden, Victoria re-enters the ring and beats up the other women before kicking Jerry Lawler in the balls. Victoria then picks up Hemme and nails her with the Widow's Peak.

- In case we forgot, a replay is shown of what just happened.

- Victoria is interviewed in the back. She basically says that she's fed up with Christy Hemme because of her diva search win, Playboy and getting to wrestle at Wrestlemania. It should have been me, says Victoria and she once again says that she's sick of Christy Hemme before leaving.

Hurricane & Rosey (w/ Stacy Keibler) vs. Heart Throbs - World Tag Team Title Match
-Antonio & Romeo comprise the Heart Throbs in case anyone wants to know. Rosey gets a shot at the beginning allowing both Romeo and Antonio to briefly double-team Hurricane, but Hurricane overcomes the duo and sends Romeo to the outside. More double-team ensues and leads to a two-count but Hurricane kicks out. Antonio misses a charge in the corner and Hurricane knocks Romeo down to allow himself time to scamper over to Rosey for the tag. Rosey cleans house and squishes Romeo in the corner before slamming Antonio. Tag to Hurricane, who splashes Antonio from on top of Rosey's shoulders to secure the pinfall victory. After the match, the champions and Stacy pose for the audience.

Chris Jericho's Highlight Reel
-Jericho welcomes us and says that he almost didn't make it here tonight because of an autograph signing where the line was too long. Jericho warns parents to come early to a Jericho signing because he's such a hot commodity. He then talks about the upcoming month-long draft lottery and says that he will interview next week the first wrestler who is picked to switch from Smackdown! to RAW. But this week, his guest is Kane. Jericho says he needs to ask Kane how it felt to find out that his wife was cheating on him with Edge. Jericho says he can't imagine how he feels - how did these events occur? Jericho wonders if this was a case of Kane's "equipment" malfunctioning. Has Kane been suffering from some premature pyro? Kane remains silent so Jericho suggests he go home and have a good cry. On the Titan Tron, we see Edge who has a question of his own: how did it feel to be speared by me two weeks ago but better, how did it feel to know that behind your back for months, I've been spearing your wife. Let us know how you feel. Edge says he doesn't feel bad because Lita needed a real man. But don't take his word for it, here it from Lita herself. Lita slips into the picture and says that she has officially filed for divorce and thus, no longer has to deal with his sweaty body and his stupid laugh. Lita then says that Kane is like a fourth-grader in the bedroom. And finally, she doesn't have to deal with the ring he gave her. With that, she walks to the toilet and flushes it down.

- Eric Bischoff comes out and joins Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler at the announce table. Bischoff takes a mic and says he said last week that he was on a crusade against ECW's One Night Stand PPV. Well on Sunday he will walk into that PPV with some RAW volunteers to put an end to ECW once and for all. Bischoff says that he's not alone because Kurt Angle is gathering his own group of volunteers on Smackdown! to end the trash that is ECW. Bischoff says that even though he hates ECW, the reason he has booked a tables match tonight is because he wants to prove that Bischoff and WWE can "out-ECW" ECW any day of the week. With that, Bischoff introduces one of his "volunteers" - Edge, who comes out with Lita.

Edge (w/ Lita) vs. Chris Benoit - Tables Match
-Benoit gains the upper hand as the fans chant "we want tables" but Edge backs him into the corner where the two trade right hands. Benoit then pushes Edge into the corner where he nails him with a couple chops before kicking him to the outside. Edge (w/ Lita) vs. Chris Benoit - Tables Match [Continued]
- Back from commercial, Benoit attempts a sharpshooter but Edge counters it and sends Benoit flying. Moments later, Edge tries to bring a table into the ring, but Benoit hits a baseball slide which floors Edge. Benoit then crotches Edge along the bottom ropes and pulls as both men stand on the apron with the table situated just below them. Benoit tries a suplex but Edge counters. Then Edge tries a bodyslam but Benoit counters and the two wrestle around a little before Benoit brings Edge inside with a suplex. They both end up outside again where Benoit pulls out a second table and sets it up inside. Benoit then heads to the top and drags Edge there too for a superplex attempt but Lita runs in and moves the table away just in the nick of time. Edge signals for Lita to in his briefcase but before he can use it, Benoit hits his patented three German suplexes in a row. Benoit follows it up with another suplex before laying Edge on the table and launching a series of headbutts. Benoit then heads to the top but Lita climbs up and pushes him off. This prompts Bischoff to get up and call for some backup - Maven and Tyson Tomko run in and attack Benoit. Benoit fights them off so Bischoff calls for more men - Gene Snitski who lays Benoit out flat with a kick to the head. Edge then picks up Benoit and powerbombs him through the table for the win.

- After the match, Eric Bischoff takes the mic and says that he hopes Paul Heyman is watching because this is just a sampling of what will happen on June 12th.

- Backstage, at WWE TV Studios in Stamford, CT, Triple H is getting ready to give an interview.

- Later tonight: Batista vs. Mohammed Hassan.

- We see highlights from last week where Batista was blindsided by Ric Flair and attacked by Triple H.

- Triple H says he's here to talk to Batista. He asks Batista if he thought he was just going to go away never to bother him again. Triple H tells Batista that his role has become that of the victim. Triple H says he beat him last week, he made him taste his own blood. They say that when you beat an animal, they either become more violent or submissive and when he looked into Batista's eye, he noticed that he was scared. That was the first step; the final step is Hell in a Cell. Triple H then shills the Hell in a Cell match...saying that people will tell him to fear the Cell, but he shouldn't fear the cell, he should fear him. Triple H says he's been to Hell and back and he liked it but Batista is going to go face-to-face with the devil himself and he'll take a piece of his career and soul. They are both going to hell, but only one will come back. And Triple H says it will be him - as the world heavyweight champion.

- Chris "The Masterpiece" Masters comes out for his weekly Masterlock Challenge. This week, he will offer $10,000 US because Canadian money isn't worth anything nowadays. Masters complains that every person he's picked hasn't even put up a fight so tonight he will open the competition to anyone in the WWE lockerroom. Not surprisingly, Val Venis answers the challenge. Masters commends Venis and says that he's a big fan and that's why it will be an honor to make him pass out. Venis says the ladies know that the Big Valboski always makes for very stiff competition. Venis sits on the chair and Masters kicks him in the back and then puts the Masterlock on. Val fights back furiously and even kicks himself off of the corner and lands on Masters but can't break the hold. After a few seconds, he passes out.

-The fans cheerly loudly for Christian, who tells American to take note because this is how you should greet a superstar like him. Christian says the draft is next week and he's been looking at the Smackdown! roster and they're missing something. They've got Americans, Mexicans, Japanese, Frenchmen, a Giant, a stutterer, a Deadman, a rapping hip-hop poser champion...but what they're missing is a Canadian. Christian concludes by relating the three C's: Canadian, Charisma and Christian.

Muhammad Hassan (w/ Daivari) vs. Batista - World Title Match
-Batista immediately begins to take his frustrations out on Hassan, sending him scurrying to the outside. Batista stalks him and nails Daivari but Hassan capitalizes and DDT's him back into the ring as JR tells us that Batista may have suffered a concussion last week. Hassan kicks away at Batista's head before working away on the back of the neck. Batista soon recovers and brings Daivari in and kicks him in the head before knocking Hassan down. Spinebuster on Daivari who is cut open on the forehead. Batista then turns his attention to Hassan and knees him against the corner. The ref counts to five and Batista refuses to let go so the ref disqualifies him. A frustrated Batista then goes back to beat up both Daivari and Hassan some more. Finally, Batista levels Hassan over the head with a chairshot. As the show ends, Batista stands over a bloodied Hassan and Daivari.
