Brian Gerwirtz has postponed his vacation for at least a few weeks. He is still expected to take a hiatus, but not for another few weeks.
Both Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero missed SmackDown this week. Mysterio has been sidelined by an ankle injury, while Guerrero had transportation problems and couldn’t make it in time to the SmackDown tapings. Nonetheless, tonight’s SmackDown broadcast will feature a taped recap of the angle to keep it in the public eye.
As a reminder to those of you in the Philadelphia area, SmackDown will not air tonight due to Phillies baseball. The show will air in the market on Saturday afternoon.
Booker T will be appearing at an upcoming Kansas City Royals baseball game this weekend.
