Commentators Todd Grisham & Marc Loyd

Welcome back everybody. Todd informs us that Coach is away doing the Diva Search this week so we get Marc Loyd for our sins but our Guest Ring Announcer for the show is the lovely Maria. We're ready for our first contest and out of the chute first is................................................

Maven vs Viscera
Maven is sporting his Maven belt on his shoulder but there's no Coach to give props to this week. Viscera gets a big pop from the crowd. Looks like Viscera the Love Machine is getting over. Bell rings and Maven laughs at Viscera and shrugs him off. Maven urges Vis to come on, Maven ducks Vis and flexes. Vis looks pissed off and the crowd boo Maven. Both lockup and Viscera shoves Maven away. Viscera with some gyration of the hips paying homeage to Val Venis who's absent for the second straight week now on Heat. Maven gets in Viscera's face and talks smack but Vis pie faces him down and Maven then walks into a Viscera slam. Viscera with an Irish whip and Maven rebounds into another Irish whip. Viscera charges, Maven dodges and lands forearms to the head of Vis. Maven tries a whip but Viscera won't budge. Maven ducks a Viscera swing attempt comes off the ropes and Viscera catches him in a swinging side slam/Blackhole slam/Bossman slam you choose. Viscera struts to a pop from the crowd then assrapes Maven (thank god the camera didn't show this but due to the crowd response and the look on Maven's face you know it did happen). Maven is on the apron, Viscera advances, Maven hangs him up on the top rope, rolls back in but a chopblock doesn't drop Viscera. Maven kicks at the leg, and follows up with a standing dropkick to the chest which drops Viscera to one knee. Maven with punches on Viscera's head/neck area. Maven talks trash, Viscera chops him, Maven punches back, Viscera chops again. Maven rakes the face and climbs to the second rope. Maven with a dropkick finally knocks Viscera down, two count as Viscera throws Maven off. Maven with punches, off the ropes, Viscera delivers a spinning heel kick. Maven walks into the Embalmer (Derailer/Brain Damage) and that's that. 1-2-3. Here is Your Winner: VISCERA. Post match Viscera gyrates some more and struts.

Still to come the latest version of La Resistance explodes in our Heat Main Event. It's Sylvain Grenier vs Robert Conway.

Up next Raw's first Draft pick is revealed on The Highlight Reel last Monday on Raw.

Chris Jericho Y2J promo airs.

Raw's first draft pick is John Cena. Cena addresses Jericho and challenges anyone who wants some to come get some. Cue Christian and Tyson Tomko. Cena and Christian talk smack on the mic before Cena throws Captain Charisma out and delivers an FU to Tomko. On Raw tomorrow night it's John Cena & Chris Jericho vs Christian & Tyson Tomko. I predict a Jericho heel turn and Cena will draft back to SmackDown! along with Christian by month's end and the feud will blowup bigtime then.

The Draft Lottery continues on Raw tomorrow night.

Simon Dean vs Alex Shelley
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaahhhhh. Simon comes out with his Simon System belt, gymbag, butt flex and starts off as always with some mic work. Simon says the people just saw God given talent and diet and dedication (making reference to himself) two things that they don't know anything about. They can buy all the Simon System they want, God knows as he'll take Cash, Credit or even COD, but if the only extra size they plan on getting is picking up a 3lb box of donuts then they will never look as good as him. Simon says if the people want to be lazy and out of shape then the best they can hope for is to almost look like an average Joe or Pete or whatever the heck this loser's name is (pointing at Shelley) Hey it's Alex Shelley from TNA, ROH fame. Simon reverses a go-behind by Shelley into a wristlock. Shelley into a hammerlock, wristlock, Simon with a snapmare, Shelley turns it into a hammerlock. Simon tries to grab Shelley's hair, and press down on Shelley's shoulder. Shelley twists the arm of Simon, Simon grabs him by the hair and takes him to the corner. No clean break as Simon hits a sneaky back kick to Shelley's gut. Simon clubs down Shelley and lands another cheeky kick to the face. Simon brings Shelley's throat down across the top rope before swatting his head away with his boot. Simon with a butt shot to the face to rub it in. Shelley retaliates with punches but Simon clubs and kicks him down then picks him up attempting a suplex no Shelley slips behind and delivers a few right hands. Simon counters a whip attempt into a drop toehold and Simon applies the Curbstomp. Rough landing. Simon braeks out into a Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh before landing a splash on the back of Shelley. Simon with a nearfall, punches and knees Shelley before choking him in the ropes. Simon with a headlock and shot to the throat. Simon slaps Shelley then tries a suplex but Shelley counters into a cradle 1-2-kickout. So nearly an upset. Simon kicks Shelley's back. Simon drags Shelley by the arm wraps himself around Shelley's arm and applies a chinlock. Shelley breaks free sends Simon off the ropes, Shelley ducks Simon and delivers a dropkick and both men are down. Simon gets up first and goes to grab Shelley, Shelley fends him off with punches. Simon off the ropes, inverted atomic drop by Shelley finds the mark. Shelley motions he's reeling Simon in. Shelley drops Simon with a jawbreaker beats the turnbuckle with his hand and goes to the top rope. Shelley takes flight but Simon drives a fist into Shelley's midsection. Simon with the Simonizer (a form of a twisting legsweep) quickly wraps it up 1-2-3. Here is Your Winner: SIMON DEAN.

Up next Hell in a Cell contract signing from Raw.

Batista promo airs.

Batista and Triple H sign the contract for Hell in a Cell on Raw. Batista has no fear. Triple H says their saga ends at Vengeance. I hope so. Triple H needs to stay out of the title picture for a while.

Robert Conway vs Sylvain Grenier
Todd calls this a civil war and he's right LOL. La Resistance implodes. No flags brought out by either Quebecer. Both jawjack with each member telling the other they are number one in La Resistance. Let's find out who number one really is. Lockup, Grenier with a headlock, Conway punches and sends him off the ropes. Grenier steps over Conway, Conway's hiptoss attempt is blocked and Grenier hiptosses Conway instead. Conway retreats outside. Back inside Conway locks up, hammerlock, headlock by Conway. Conway off the ropes, Grenier leapfrogs, Grenier with another hiptoss, dropkick, Grenier is ready to punch and Conway falls over and takes another break outside. Conway flexes before getting back in and I'm guessing Grenier is playing the face in this match. Conway knees Grenier then punches him down. Grenier's head meets the turnbuckle. Conway with punches, forearms and kicks in the corner. Conway with an Irish whip that drops Grenier. Conway charges in and drops an elbow. Conway boots Grenier who falls through the ropes outside. Conway poses on the apron before stepping down and booting Grenier. Back inside Conway clubs Grenier's back and covers for a nearfall. Conway tells us Grenier is only average. You decide. Conway with an Irish whip charges into a boot to the gut. Grenier with a sunset flip from the second rope gets two. Conway charges Grenier down, nearfall. Conway with mounted punches traps Grenier in a chinlock with his knee wedged into Grenier's back. Grenier's face is an amusing site when in restholds. See for yourself. I'm in stitches. Anyway Grenier refuses to quit, the fans don't care and he breaks free by elbowing Conway in the sternum. La Resistance engage in a slugfest which Conway wins as he drives boots to Grenier's gut. Conway Irish whips Grenier but he can't follow up as he is crouched down. Grenier charges forwards and clotheslines Conway down twice. Grenier with a flapjack, Conway off the ropes, Grenier puts his head down too early and Conway boots it. Conway charges, Grenier catches and delivers a TKO which looked nasty. Grenier covers 1-2-no Conway drapes a foot on the bottom rope and the referee sees it. Grenier is disappointed. Conway is up in the corner, Grenier advances, Conway elevates him over the top rope, Grenier lands on the apron, Conway turns as Grenier knocks him down with a punch. Grenier starts to climb to the top rope but Conway gets up and crotches him. Conway grips Grenier pulls him outwards, perches his feet across the top rope and executes a one man au revoir. Conway covers and Grenier gets a foot on the rope at two but Conway pulls it off and the referee counts to three. 1-2-3. Here is Your Winner: ROBERT CONWAY. The better man of La Resistance has been decided.

Grisham and Loyd quickly debate the victory before Grisham cuts it off, signs off and thanks us for watching. End of Show. I'll be back tomorrow with a recap of what went down on Extreme Heat airing later tonight so wherever you are enjoy One Night Stand. Later Shaun.
