WWE are currently interested in adding several new tag-teams to the roster. ECW stars Axl Rotten and Balls Mahoney are scheduled for tryouts at TV tapings next month. It’s also believed that Rotten and Mahoney are booked for Raw on 7/11 in East Rutherford, New Jersey and Smackdown on 7/12 in Worcester, MA. The suggestion to bring them in came from John Laurinaitis. There's no word on whether they would retain their ECW personas if they were picked up.
It’s also believed WWE have been in talks with Danny Doring and Roadkill as well. Sabu is also set to meet with WWE officials soon too.
