For those who were wondering as to the identities of the masked men who attacked The Undertaker on last night’s Smackdown they were Mike and Todd Shane, Val Venis, WWE developmental talent Mike Knox and one other name that hasn’t been confirmed. As soon as its revealed to us, we’ll post it here on the newsboard.
VH-1 issued a press release this evening promoting their new reality series that debut this weekend. In regard to "Hogan Knows Best" which debuts this Sunday, they wrote, "VH1's introduces America's new first family in its newest series "Hogan Knows Best." Each half-hour episode of the series opens the doors to the Hogan family home and provides a new definition of the 'traditional' family. Meet the Hogan's: First there is Linda, Hulk's adoring wife of 21 years who is the rock of the family. She is very supportive of the hopes and dreams of her family, but don't be fooled -- Linda has her opinions and is certainly not afraid to express them. Next, there is 16-year-old Brooke. While nurturing her aspirations to become America's next biggest pop star, she also is budding into womanhood -- a phenomenon that even Hulk can't crush. And finally, Nick, Hulk's 14-year-old son, has big dreams of becoming a race car driver. Following the premiere "Hogan Knows Best" will air every Sunday at 9:30 p.m."
CM Punk, who signed a developmental deal with WWE, will be defending the Ring of Honor championship at tomorrow’s ROH show in Lake Grove, Long Island. It is expected to be his final appearance for the company, although that could change.
There will be an “inter-promotional” dark tag team match on next week’s RAW at the Continental Airline Arena in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The match will feature WWE champion John Cena and WWE World champion Batista vs. John Bradshaw Layfield and Triple H.
