RAW opens with Eric Bischoff’s music and he stands at
the top of the ramp getting booed. He shows a clip of
Cena FU’ing him. He’s obviously not impressed. He
threatens to suspend Cena, or fire him. He instead
decides to put Cena against Snitsky - It’s a
lumberjack match. Bisch’s prediction is that Cena
won’t make it to the next PPV to defend his title.
JR, King and (yet again) Coach announce the matches
of the evening, including a cage match between Edge
and Kane.
Lillian announces an IC Championship match, Carlito
is the first to enter the ring. Shelton Benjamin
enters next to get quickly attacked by Carlito.
Shelton quickly turns it around. Benjamin goes to fly
off the top of the corner out of the ring. He slipped
and almost fell, but pulled it out in the end. After
picking himself off the floor Carlito grabbed his belt
and acted like he was leaving as he did last week, but
knew he if he was counted out he would loose his
title, so he came back. From there the match goes
back and forth with a number of hard shots and clean
moves. That is until Carlito starts to play dirty
again. At that point Carlito takes control and almost
gets a three count. It again went back and forth
until Carlito in a fit of desperation gave Benjamin a
low blow and was DQ’d. He wasn’t counted out so he
managed to retain his title.
- Winner: Carlito
They then showed a flashback to last week’s Piper’s
Pit and HBK’s challenging Hogan. They also showed
Piper’s subsequent chin kick by HBK.

Recap of last week’s Angle Invitational. Then
Angle’s music hits and he enters the ring. Angle
talked about how he fooled us last week by letting
last week’s challenger go down to one second. He said
he could have ended the match at any time, but tonight
he’s not in the mood to go to long. He calls out the
home town hero and Striker comes out again. Striker
says he’s Matt Martel from Philly. He said he took
Angle to his limit and wants another shot at the metal
again. Angle told Striker he was lying about who he
was like he lies about everything else. Angle told
him to leave, then attacked him from behind. Angle
took control of the match immediately. Then Striker
got Angle in a rear naked choke hold and kept Angle
there for quite a while. Angle keeps trying to fight
out, but is held in the choke for over a minute until
he threw Striker into the ropes. Angle slam, followed
up by the ankle lock makes Strike tap out. The match
lasted over 2.30.
- Winner: Angle

As the show returned the Diva hopefuls are walking
down the ramp to the ring to face Coach and Christy
for the elimination. First they show earlier bits
showing who each would eliminate. Ashley would
eliminate Cameron. Leyla would eliminate Simona.
Summer would eliminate Simona. Kristal would
eliminate Elisabeth. (The fans started chanting boring
at this point). Elisabeth would eliminate Kristal.
Simona would eliminate Summer. Cameron would
eliminate Ashley. But the fans eliminated (the fans
were chanting boring quite loudly then) Simona.

The show returns to the back in Bisch’s office and
Kerwin White putting into a cup. The spoke about golf
for a moment until Y2J came in. Kerwin high fived Y2J
and left. Jericho talked about how he hand picked all
of the lumberjacks for the later match. Jericho is
helping Bischoff get back at Cena. Jericho suggested
a battle of the bands, if Cena makes it out of the
building tonight.
In another spot out back we see Grisham interviewing
HBK about Hogan. HBK talks about Hogan doing one more
match and we should get our answer tonight.

Chris Master’s music is playing when the show
returns. After his typical egotistical entrance he
climbs in the ring for another Masterlock Challenge.
He opens his mouth and starts ranting about how no one
can break out of his Masterlock. He decides he isn’t
offering enough money, so he raises it to $20,000.
Hurricane’s music hits and Rosey comes down the ramp.
Masters acts a little nervous but covers it talking
about how he finally has some competition. Rosey sits
down, Masters locks in and Rosey stands. Rosey keeps
bending over and picking Masters up off his feet, but
is unable to break the hold. After the bell rings
Masters kicks Rosey out of the ring. He takes a Mic.
and talks about the bigger they are the harder they
fall. The The Big Show’s music hits. Masters is
shocked, freaks out and climbs from the ring. Big
Show takes the Mic., sits down and says he’s as big as
they come and the only thing big on Chris is his
mouth. Masters asks the crowd if they want to see
this. The crowd says yes, but Masters says no. Show
says Masters is like a squirrel in the winter time,
“He’s got no nuts.”
Winner: Masters
Grisham is interviewing Edge outback about his cage
match with Kane. Edge introduces Lita, then talks
about how the cage will keep all the pathetic losers
out. He speaks about what an immature jerk Matt Hardy
has been for the past six months. He thinks the whole
thing is BS how everyone is talking about their
relationships on the internet when they’ve never had a
relationship in their lives. Edge was q
