Dudleys Ordered by WWE Not to Use Name, Vader Update, New Talent

The Dudley Boys, now known as Team 3D, have been notified by WWE to no longer use the name “The Dudley Boyz” or “The Dudleys”. They are now legally unable to use the name outside WWE. The Dudleys say that Paul Heyman gave them the name following their long stint in ECW. As a “thank you” for sticking by his side, Heyman told the Dudleys that they can keep the name and feel free to use it when ever, where ever. Well, The Dudleys and Heyman didn’t file paper work for the name, but WWE did, and now have 100% control over it.
