Ric Flair vs. Carlito (WWE Intercontinental Title Match)
-The Nature Boy Ric Flair is introduced first and he comes decked out in a black and blue robe to a decent ovation. Soon after, the reigning Intercontinental champion Carlito makes his way down. The two lock up and break up quickly a couple of times before Carlito resorts to mocking Flair but Flair returns the favor with a genuine "woo" of his own. They lock up again and Flair backs Carlito into the corner but is greeted by an elbow and a right hand which knock the Nature Boy down. Flair chops Carlito and the champ doesn't like it and bails to the outside. Back in, they lock up yet again except this time it's Carlito who gains the upper hand but Flair responds with a poke to the eye. More chops from Flair but Carlito fights back with a clothesline and starts punching Flair while perched up on the second rope in the corner but a reverse atomic drop sends him sprawling.

On the outside, Carlito takes it to Flair ramming him into the steel steps and throwing him back inside for a two count. Kicks to the head by Carlito and he puts Flair into an armbar which isolates the weakened left arm/shoulder area. Flair tries to chop his way out of the move but Carlito gets a handful of hair and throws him down. Aggresive fists to the head by Carlito followed by an armbar takedown as the champ continues to target Flair's shoulder. Moments later, Flair fights back and heads to the top where he hits Carlito with a clothesline before deciding to try it again. As he's jumping from the top, Carlito counters with a dropkick to the gut which gets a two-count. Carlito heads to the outside and grabs an apple but before he can use it, Flair punches him in the throat and causes Carlito to start choking. Flair snaps on the Figure Four leglock as Carlito writhes in pain right in the middle of the ring and just seconds later taps out as the crowd goes crazy! Winner: Ric Flair.

- After the match, Ric Flair gets on the mic and says that this win and title is just as sweet as all his other 16 championships. Flair then acknowledges that his good friend Triple H couldn't be here but says he'll still celebrate in Oklahoma City. He proceeds to pick a few women from the audience to party with.

- Backstage, Carlito doesn't want to have anything to do with an interview.

- Backstage, Edge and Lita are seen together and Lita asks him if he remembers when Matt would call her to ask how she was and then moments later he'd call Edge to ask how his match was. Edge says yeah and I'd just roll over and answer and Lita says that right after that she'd show Edge exactly the attention Matt was missing. Edge then says that he'll beat Matt tonight and Lita likes it so much that she proceeds to kiss Edge.

Torrie & Victoria (w/ Candice) vs. Trish & Ashley
-Trish wants to get it on but Torrie bails and tags to Victoria who takes Trish down and puts her in a facelock. Trish fights back with a head scissors takedown and the Lou Thesz Press before backing her in a corner and tagging out to Ashley. Ashley continues the assault on Victoria but her pin attempt is broken up by Torrie who violently throws her to the outside where Candice beats her up. Back in, Victoria slams down on her Ashley's face and puts her into a chinlock before Torrie comes in for like two seconds. Ashley tries to tag out to Trish, but Victoria and Torrie work together to prevent it from happening including a blind tag which the ref called back. Snap suplex by Victoria and she heads to the top where she's crotched allowing Ashley to tag out to Trish who cleans house. But with Trish turned around, Victoria picks her up but Trish counters and goes nuts on both her opponents. With Trish having Victoria pinned, Candice distracts the ref so Trish lets go and throws her outside where Ashley beats her up. Moments later, Trish tries for the Stratusfaction but Torrie jumps into the ring. Trish turns her away and hits the Chick Kick for the victory. Winners: Trish & Ashley.

Big Show vs. Snitzky
-Show dominates Snitzky at the beginning but he misses a charge on the outside and instead runs into the ringpost. Back in the ring, Snitzky puts Show into an arm-bar and the action is so slow that we see a replay from three weeks ago on RAW instead. Show gets out of the move by throwing Snitzky across the ring but Snitzky jumps back and tries to brawl with Show. Show tries two chokeslams but both are countered and Snitzky back suplexes Show almost right onto his head for a two count. Snitzky knocks Show back down with a kick to the head and back to the arm bar we go. Show slaps Snitzky's stomach to get out and they're both out now...don't know what happened there. Show tries to flick himself up but needed help from the ropes...and then he runs around and squishes Snitzky a couple times before a big chokeslam leads to a pinfall victory. Winner: The Big Show.

- Big Show starts to leave but changes his mind and grabs the ring bell instead, clocking Snitzky in the head. He starts to leave but again stops and comes back to pick the bell again and hit Snitzky on the back of the head, knocking him out.

- We come back to see that Flair's limo is steaming.

- Backstage, Shawn Michaels is shown getting ready for his match against Chris Masters.

Kerwin White vs. Shelton Benjamin
-Benjamin is in control of the match until White catches him in the knee and begins to work it over with several kicks and some sort of modified leg submission move. Benjamin fights back but misses a clothesline and is met by a head-scissors takedown for two. Shelton tries to reverse a monkey flip but can't because of his injured left knee. The two trade punches in the middle of the ring before Benjamin gains control with a reverse elbow and a clothesline. An inverted back breaker leads to a two count and soon thereafter, Kerwin runs into a big back bodydrop. Benjamin tries to head to the top but his knee gives way again and White hits a superplex from the top that gets a near three count. Kerwin continues the assault with a half Boston Crab but Shelton reverses it and slingshots White into the turnbuckle. Kerwin then happens to find his pitching wedge but he can't use it as Benjamin tosses him up for the T-Bone to secure the victory. Winner: Shelton Benjamin.

- Backstage Todd Grisham interviews Matt Hardy, who calls Lita a bitch. He says that he gave Lita six years of his life and what did she do in return? She betrayed him by cheating on him with his best friend.

Edge (w/ Lita) vs. Matt Hardy (Steel Cage Match)
-The two immediately begin pummelling each other but each of their attempts to slam the other into the steel cage is blocked. Edge is swung into the corner but he pops straight into the air and tries to escape over the top of the cage but he's caught and pushes off. He then tries to get out via the door but is stopped again as Hardy puts him into a headlock. Hardy dominates the next few minutes and goes for the Twist of the Fate but Edge pushes him into the cage and makes a break for the top. Hardy catches him and from the top tries for a side effect but Edge blocks it and slams him into the cage, dropping Hardy onto the mat. As Matt stands up, Edge hits a missile dropkick and this turns the tide as Edge begins to dominate. Edge then hits a modified version of a powerbomb on Matt but instead of driving him into the mat, he drives him into the cage and then into the turnbuckle. Edge then kicks Matt in the head and Matt appears to be falling into unconsciousness. Edge then gets Matt on the second rope and powerbombs him from there.

Edge tries to walk out the door but Matt stops him by grabbing his leg. Matt then bites Edge's hand as Edge continues to pummel him. Matt then moves out of the way as Edge crotches himself on the ropes but Matt has trouble getting up and getting any offense in. After Edge misses a charge into the corner, Matt hits the side effect and gets a two count. Edge heads for the door as Lita begs him to come out and in all the chaos, Lita hands Edge the money-filled steel briefcase. Edge misses with the briefcase and Matt gets him tied up in the ropes and snaps. Slingshot in the cage and a bulldog into the money-in-the-bank briefcase. Matt then starts throwing Edge into all the sides of the steel cage. Lita attempts to climb into the cage but Matt just hits her off as we see that Edge is busted open. Just moments later, the blood begins to pour out as Matt shows no mercy with more kicks to the head. Hardy takes the briefcase and goes to the top but Edge pushes the ref into the ropes, which causes Matt to slip off. Edge then follows it up with a Spear into the cage.

They fight on the other side of the cage where Matt hits another side effect but Lita goes and grabs a chair and tries to get it in. When that fails, she enters herself to break up a count but with Matt concentrating on Edge, Lita picks up the briefcase. Matt turns around and blocks the shot and hits Lita with the Twist of Fate but when he turns around, Edge clocks him with another Spear. Edge covers Hardy and gets a two count so he decides to try to escape over the top instead. Matt catches him and drops him from the top and heads to the very top of the cage but rather than climbing out, he hits a leg drop and covers Edge for the pin. Winner: Matt Hardy.

- Back in the arena, we see Edge getting helped to the back by Lita and three officials but he doesn't appear to want any help.

Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch vs. Rosey & Hurricane (WWE Tag Team Title Match)
-Typical see-saw match for the first several minutes. Rosey and Cade are locked up in the ring while on the outside Murdoch hits a vicious looking DDT on Hurricane, who appears to have been knocked out as a result. As officials help Hurricane to the back, Rosey does his best to put up a valiant fight but it appears the numbers are too much for him. A drowsy Hurricane sees Rosey on the Titan Tron and heads back. He's tagged in but runs into a combination chop block clothesline (High-Low) for the pin. Winners: Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch.

- Backstage, we see a woman step out of the limo and say that she needs to catch her breath. She then flashes Flair in the limo.

- Backstage, Chris Masters is interviewed by Mario who asks him why she's called the Masturbate. He says he's the Masterpiece and basically says he'll beat Shawn Michaels.

Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Masters
-Before Shawn can even take his jacket off, Masters attacks him and puts him into the Masterlock before letting go. The ref breaks it up but Masters still finds a way to get a couple more kicks in. Finally, the ref starts the match and Masters again tries for the Masterlock but Shawn counters and slips out. On the outside, Michaels manhandles Masters, throwing him into the steel steps before breaking the count and heading back out to level Chris with some knife-edge chops. Michaels grabs a chair but the ref grabs it and as this is happening, Masters uses the opportunity to hit him in the stomach. The two battle away on the outside but Masters gains a big upperhand when he slams Shawn into the ringpost twice.

Back in the ring, Masters works away on the back area of Michaels including nailing him with a backbreaker and back bodydrop. Masters punches away on a limp Michaels before setting him up for yet more back breakers. Shawn ends up breaking the hold with several punches and some shots to the gut. Michaels follows it up with some chops but Masters overpowers him and puts him into a torture rack as HBK begins to fade. As expected, Shawn breaks the hold with some shots but runs into a violent clothesline. Masters then hits a modified military press slam on HBK and sets up for the Masterlock. As Masters attempts to get it on, Shawn grabs the ref and they stumble around until HBK nuts Masters. Michaels then hits an inverted atomic drop followed by some clotheslines before deciding to head to the very top where he hits a flying elbow.

Michaels then stomps his feet in preparation for the Sweet Chin Music but Masters ducks and puts the Masterlock on. Shawn tries everything to get out but he starts to fade and slowly drops onto one knee but somehow finds some energy to run up the turnbuckle and to the other side of the ropes, forcing Masters to release the hold. Masters attempts his finisher again but Shawn slips out and hits him with the Sweet Chin Music. Michaels covers Masters and gets the pin. Winner: Shawn Michaels.

- Backstage, we see all the women get out of the limo and then Ric Flair get out with his tights half-pulled down. As he steps out, he falls over exhausted.

John Cena vs. Kurt Angle (WWE Title Match)
-Cena gains the initial advantage sending Angle to the outside but Angle regrouped and came back angry. They exchange headlocks on the mat and Cena sends Angle scrambling to the outside again after a shoulder block. Back in the ring, Cena continues to assault Angle and runs the four corners slamming Angle's head into each of the turnbuckles. Angle responds by countering Cena and hitting a German suplex before locking in a modified Camel Clutch. Angle then puts Cena into a body scissors and they roll around with Angle getting a couple near falls. Cena then pulls a DDT out of nowhere and they both take several seconds to recover.

When both men get up, they exchange right hands but Cena eventually gets the upper hand and drops Angle with a big right hand. Cena follows it up with shoulder blocks and gets a close two-call and he then signals for the F-U. Angle counters though and locks in the Ankle-lock and Cena returns the favor by getting out of it. Spinebuster by Cena and moments later he goes for the F-U again but Angle once again counters it into an Angle-slam for a near fall. The match progresses until a ref bump ensues moments before Cena hits the F-U. Cena attempts to revive the ref but there's no getting up so Cena looks to the audience and then grabs Angle but Kurt just boots him in the nuts. Angle then grabs his medal, wraps it around his knuckles and clocks Cena with it in the head. Angle then hits a knee drop on Cena's ankle before putting on the Ankle-lock just as Eric Bischoff happily trots down the ring.

Bischoff grabs the title belt and taunts Cena with it as Angle continues to power on the Ankle-lock. Inch by inch, Cena makes his way towards the rope until he finally reaches it but Bischoff simply kicks his hand off it. As Bischoff is about to order the bell rung, Cena flings Angle into Eric, sending them both flying. Cena then gets up and hits Angle with the belt just as the referee regains consciousness. The ref sees this and calls for the bell to be rung but Bischoff grabs the mic and says he doesn't care what the ref does; he orders the ref not to give Cena because tonight, the rules...Cena interrupts Bischoff's speech and gives him the F-U. Winner: John Cena.

- After the match, Angle attacks Cena from behind and assaults him. Angle sets Cena up for an Angleslam through the Spanish announce table, but Cena counters and F-U's him through it instead.
