Owen Hart Memorial Match
Chris Benoit vs Bret Hart
Harley Race is the ring announcer. Benoit the TV champion comes out wearing a white Owen Hart shirt while Hart comes out and hugs Race. Lots of Owen signs in the crowd and an Owen chant breaks out. Benoit begins with a side headlock, Hart maneuvers out and both exchange hammerlock reversals. Hart with a side headlock and shoulder tackle telegraphs a Benoit monkey flip, Benoit nips up and we get a staredown which the crowd applaud. Both shake hands and lock arms for a test of strength. Benoit down in a bridged position turns the tables and traps Hart in a neck tie and wedges his knee into Hart's back for extra leverage. Benoit with a hammerlock takedown then stretches Hart's arms, Hart twists into a reversal and Benoit jumps back kicking free. Benoit with a snapmare and armbar, Hart counters with a side russian legsweep then delivers a snapmare and rear naked choke. Benoit fights free but runs into a knee to the gut. Hart drops a leg then both exchange blows in the corner. Hart hits a DDT and elbow from the second rope for a nearfall. Hart goes for an attack off the ropes which Benoit counters into a rollup for a nearfall. Benoit keeps ahold of Hart and applies a modified Boston Crab but Hart gets to the ropes. Benoit gets a series of nearfalls after a backbodydrop and backbreaker. Benoit punches Hart through the ropes as the action breaks off. We rejoin to see Benoit drop an elbow then miss a second and Hart delivers a headbutt into Benoit's groin. Hart stays on the attack with a suplex, rear naked choke, backbreaker and stomps to the back and chest of Benoit and Benoit rolls under the ropes to the floor where Hart goes out and drives him into the apron. Back in and Hart softens Benoit up for the Sharpshooter but Benoit counters a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker by landing on his feet and executing a tombstone piledriver. Benoit slumps into a cover 1-2-no. Both men are down, Benoit gets up at a six count and delivers a bridged suplex for a nearfall. Benoit beats on Hart hits a knee then drives him into the corner and inflicts further punishment. Hart telegraphs a dropkick off the ropes drops two elbows and hits a back suplex for a nearfall. Hart hammers Benoit but misses a charge in the ropes and falls down and outside and Benoit nails a suicide dive through the ropes as we break off again. We're back and Hart is on top beating on Benoit on the apron. Hart goes to suplex Benoit back in, Benoit slips behind and rolls up Hart off the ropes 1-2-no, Hart reverses 1-2no. Hart headbutts Benoit down and chokes with his boot in the corner. Benoit counters a Hart forearm into a backslide for two. Hart delivers headbutts into Benoit's back, Hart readies for a suplex but Benoit rolls him up for two. Hart with a swinging neckbreaker for a nearfall. Hart with an Irish whip and inverted atomic drop goes for a superplex, Benoit hammers and butts Hart down, Hart crotches Benoit then hits the move. Both down again, Hart up at a seven count goes for the Sharpshooter but Benoit counters into the Crippler Crossface. Hart hangs on and gets to the ropes. Benoit hits three snap suplexes then a flying headbutt off the top rope 1-2-no. Benoit with a back suplex, Benoit drops an elbow. Let's go Bret is heard and Benoit pauses to listen to the chant. Hart comes back and backelbows Benoit down, Hart with a piledriver 1-2-Benoit drapes a foot on the rope. Hart Irish whips Benoit, Hart goes for a back suplex, Benoit rolls back and chops Hart. Benoit with an Irish whip charges into a boot, Benoit counters a Hart clothesline into a full nelson german suplex. Benoit keeps his hands locked and delivers a second. Hart blocks a third attempt as both battle. Benoit ducks a Hart swing and goes for a suplex but Hart pounds his back and tries to counter but Benoit is attempting to lock the crossface in again. Hart goes down, single leg takedown to Benoit who's still trying to lock in the crossface and Hart stands up maneuvers round and locks in the Sharpshooter. Benoit in the middle of the ring taps out to end this emotional back and forth bout. Here is Your Winner: BRET HART. Post match both embrace and Hart makes some gestures to Owen who no doubt was watching from above.

William Regal vs Rob Van Dam
Regal dodges RVD to begin and RVD teases a pescado. RVD ducks Regal and hammers away hitting him with a martial arts kick. RVD hits a standing backflip and mounted punches but Regal throws him off. RVD with an Irish whip charges into an elbow. Regal fishes out his knucks but RVD kicks them to the outside then kicks Regal down. Regal wants mercy, RVD dropkicks the chest and batters Regal in the corner. RVD Irish whips, Regal ducks a side kick, RVD leaps off the second rope with a kick. RVD misses a five star frog splash attempt allowing Regal to hit a knee trembler and score three consecutive nearfalls. RVD comes back with a cross body off the ropes then a backslide for nearfalls but Regal uses a drop toehold then a vertical suplex for a nearfall to regain the momentum. Regal gets RVD in the corner, RVD reverses an Irish whip and Regal walks into a backbodydrop. RVD with a high kick and forearms, Regal with a neck tie takedown for two. Regal is bleeding from the mouth as he ties RVD's arms behind his head. RVD gets up and throws Regal to the mat. RVD with a crescent kick goes for rolling thunder but Regal gets his knees up. Regal with a double underhook powerbomb for two. RVD counters the Regal stretch with an inside cradle for two. Regal knocks RVD down and waves to the fans who boo. RVD counters another double underhook move by driving Regal into the corner and ramming his head into Regal's gut. RVD punishes Regal then hits a dropkick in the corner. RVD with an Irish whip and a rolling monkey flip. Regal is taken to the corner, RVD drives his head into Regal's gut and backflips back. RVD ducks a charging Regal catches his leg and attempts a dragon whip but Regal counters with a half nelson german suplex and RVD rolls outside. Regal puts him back in and picks up his knucks before getting back in himself. The referee sees the knucks and takes them after a struggle. Regal gets another set from his trunks and RVD leaps up connecting with a spinning heel kick. RVD hits the five star frog splash and gets the 1-2-3. Here is Your Winner & New Intercontinental Champion: ROB VAN DAM.

Hulk Hogan vs The Genius
Musical handshakes is followed by Genius stretching and prancing round the ring dodging Hogan. Lockup, Hogan powers Genius through the ropes then motions he used his head. Genius reverse flips back in to which Hogan applauds. Lockup, Hogan powers Genius down who nips up with his arms raised. Lockup, Hogan with a hiptoss and slam, Genius telegraphs a big boot off the ropes and slides outside where he writes on his scroll using mathematical equations in his attempt to beat Hogan. Genius skins the cat to get back in, lockup, Genius with an armdrag. Genius dances round and mounts the corner. Lockup, both jostle in the corner and we get a clean break no Genius slaps Hogan and the referee keeps Hogan back. Hogan stands back and agrees to let Genius get all the posing out of his system. Genius does a backflip, dance and cartwheel then turns his back to Hogan who fires up and charges forwards hitting Genius with two clotheslines. Hogan then rams Genius' head into two corners. Hogan with punches and an Irish whip, charges in and hits a backelbow. Hogan mocks Genius before delivering an atomic drop cue more mocking. Hogan with a back suplex, Hogan drops two elbows swats Genius with his boot and rams him into the corner as Mr Perfect makes his way down. Hogan with mounted punches stops at five to notice Perfect on the outside. Hogan continues with the Genius as Perfect says in camera view Hogan isn't a Perfect champion and doesn't have a Perfect belt. Hogan knocks Genius down as Perfect sticks his chewing gum on the belt and continues to talk trash. Hogan comes out and backs Perfect around the ring. Genius comes from behind and dropkicks Hogan into the ringpost. Hogan meets the ringpost a second time before Genius gets in and directs stomps to the fallen Hogan who's still outside. Hogan rolls in, Genius knocks him down and hits a moonsault 1-2no Hogan hulks up then punches and boots Genius down. Hogan pulls up Genius who rakes the face then the back of Hogan. Hogan rakes back and slams Genius over the top rope. Perfect checks on Genius, Hogan goes out and shoves Perfect away. Hogan puts Genius back in as the referee is laying the count on while checking on the Genius. Seeing this Perfect clocks Hogan with the WWF title belt and grabs the Genius' ring gear as the referee counts Hogan out. Here is Your Winner via Countout: THE GENIUS. Post match a disbelieving Hogan gets back in and Perfect and Genius get out of dodge and head to the back with Hogan giving chase.
NWA-TNA 2002-Boxing Match
Dustin Diamond vs Tiny The Timekeeper
Screech had had some success in Celebrity Boxing knocking out Horseshack so TNA invited him down. After running down announcer Jeremy Borash, commentator Don West recommends Tiny The Timekeeper face Screech and he persuades Tiny to face Screech in a boxing match. Screech says he'll kill him and agrees to the bout. The plan is for three one minute rounds. Tiny gets his glasses removed. Both touch gloves and Screech shoves Tiny. Both go to their respective corners and the bell goes. Both circle one another, Screech ducks Tiny and hits a shot to the gut then to the head. Screech has Tiny's head in his mitt and toys with him then loads a right hand to the head that drops Tiny. The referee checks on him but he's out cold. Screech walks over Tiny on his way out of the ring. Here is Your Winner via KO: DUSTIN "SCREECH" DIAMOND.
