Greetings Velociters. Be it on the web in the USA or TV in the UK, Velocity is still a happening so let's get to the show. The special guest ring announcer for the show comes out first and it's none other than..............Stacy Keibler. Stacy asks if we want to spend a night with her (no brainer there) and promises we'll see some hot action. We then kick off with...............
Nunzio & Vito vs Paul London & Brian Kendrick
Kendrick outsprints London to the ring. London high fives Kendrick before starting with Nunzio. Lockup, side headlock by Nunzio, London sends off the ropes and Nunzio answers with a shoulder tackle. London trips Nunzio as he attempts a stepover then scores with a hiptoss. London winds up the arm and tags in Kendrick. London whips Nunzio off the ropes into an armdrag and after a slight hesitation London hiptosses Kendrick onto Nunzio and Kendrick gets a nearfall. Kendrick takes Nunzio to the corner grabs an arm, Nunzio reverses an Irish whip, Kendrick floats over and backbodydrops Nunzio. Kendrick with a series of forearms sends Nunzio off the ropes into a dropkick. Kendrick nails a cross body from the top rope for a nearfall. Kendrick gets Nunzio up, Nunzio takes Kendrick to the corner and both exchange shots, Kendrick goes to elbow Vito but Vito hooks Kendrick and pounds him into the path of Nunzio who clotheslines him down. Nunzio holds Kendrick as he tags Vito and Vito headbutts Kendrick's back before ramming his head into the corner. Vito hammers Kendrick's chest in the corner then hiptosses him to the mat. Kendrick gets up and Vito charges forwards and clotheslines him down. Vito drags Kendrick to the corner, tag to Nunzio, Kendrick off the ropes into a double hiptoss. Vito and Nunzio link together and drop elbows onto Kendrick and Nunzio covers for two. Nunzio spits at London to draw him in which allows Nunzio to drag Kendrick to his corner where he and Vito stomp on Kendrick's back. The referee turns back around and Vito has switched with Nunzio (no tag). Vito snapmares Kendrick, tags Nunzio, Vito holds Kendrick in a seated position and Nunzio delivers a dropkick to the face for a nearfall. Kendrick fights back with some shots to Nunzio and makes a crawl for a tag but Nunzio hooks the leg but Kendrick gets up and inches into a tag and flips Nunzio forward into a waiting London backelbow. London with a Mushroom stomp (complete with Josh's Super Mario noise) then two running forearms to Nunzio. London with a series of kicks whips Nunzio off the ropes into a dropsault for a nearfall. Nunzio cuts off an Irish whip with a knee to the gut, London catches a Nunzio swing lifts him up and drops him face first on the mat. London off the ropes lands a kick to Nunzio's back then executes a running Shooting Star Press. Sweet! Cover 1-2-broken up by a Vito shot to the back. Vito talks trash, Kendrick comes in and hits a flying shot to Vito's gut. Kendrick goes for Sliced Bread No 2, Vito places Kendrick on the apron, Kendrick drops Vito onto the top rope as London begins a mounted ten punch assault on Nunzio in the corner. In the opposite corner Kendrick begins to climb but Vito gets up and knocks him off to the outside. Vito advances towards London who sees him coming and hits him with a botched heel kick that sends Vito through the ropes. Nunzio charges and goes for a tilt-a-whirl headscissors on London but London counters into a faceplant then covers and hooks the leg 1-2-no London can't believe it. Nunzio gets up, London connects with a series of punches that send Nunzio to the ropes. Nunzio ducks one and takes down London and rolls him up and Vito wedges his boot into Nunzio for extra leverage which the referee doesn't see as he counts the 1-2-3. The FBI steal one in an excellent opener and Tag Team wrestling is far from dead in the WWE. Here Are Your Winners: NUNZIO & VITO. Post match Nunzio and Vito brag to the camera how they did it on their way to the back while a disappointed London consoles Kendrick. Looks like they've ditched the Whiny London which is a good sign.

SmackDown! two weeks ago Mr Ken Kennedy defeats Rey Mysterio after a JBL distraction. Fast forward to last week and Kennedy and JBL defeat Mysterio and Hardcore Holly after JBL nails Holly with a clothesline from hell. It's Rey Mysterio vs JBL at No Mercy.

WWE Rewind: SmackDown! last week Simon Dean offers Bobby Lashley a Simon System shake and says he'll win at No Mercy. Lashley stomps on the shake and press slams Simon out of the ring and Simon lands on his hand that was already bandaged.
Simon Dean vs Robbie Dobber
Simon comes out on his Dean machine. Simon flexes his butt at Dobber who isn't impressed. Lockup, Simon into a go-behind takedown moves to a facelock and Dobber eventually makes it to the ropes and Simon breaks. Both lock hands, Simon drops Dobber down and applies a waistlock. Dobber gets to his feet and reverses, Simon counters with a fireman carry takedown and applies a wristlock. Dobber rolls forwards then back up and reverses, Simon tries to pull the hair but Dobber switches to a hammerlock. Simon backs Dobber to the corner and elbows him in the head. Simon reels Dobber in for a knee to the gut then throws him to the mat by the hair. Simon with stomps and kicks drops a knee into Dobber's head then swats him with his boot. Simon with a club and kick to the back hooks Dobber's legs turns him over and executes the curbstomp. Dobber tries to fight back, Simon kicks him pulls him up in the corner and goes for an Irish whip but turns it into a side russian legsweep. Simon locks Dobber in a bodyscissors and rolls round and applies a chinlock at the same time. Dobber fights out with knees and punches. Simon grabs Dobber, Dobber punches Simon away and rolls him up for one. Simon knees Dobber down then punches in the ropes. Simon pulls up Dobber, Dobber off the ropes goes for a sunset flip, Simon tries a fistdrop, Dobber moves then gets a messy sunset flip on Simon for a two count. Dobber gets up but gets met by a Simon tornado punch. Simon checks his pulse and watch as Dobber gets up and Simon delivers the Simonizer which Josh also acknowledges for the 1-2-3. Here is Your Winner: SIMON DEAN. Post match Simon leaves on his Dean machine after getting some feeling back in his right hand.

WWE Slam of the Week: SmackDown! two weeks ago Eddie Guerrero steals Batista's pinfall on MNM in their tag match.
SmackDown! last week Heidenreich & Animal retain their tag titles over Batista & Eddie Guerrero after MNM interfere with chairs to cause a DQ. Eddie accidentally hits Batista with a chair and hilariously asks Mercury why he moved. Mercury is tossed the smoking gun as Batista gets up and Eddie falls down. Batista is fooled by this and destroys Mercury then Eddie gets up and they both celebrate together. Match hype for No Mercy follows.

Chris Benoit vs William Regal (US Title)
Regal comes out first followed by Benoit. Stacy doesn't announce it as such but the US Title comes on screen to indicate that this will be a title match. Benoit gets a big ovation. Lockup, no, Lockup, side headlock by Regal, Benoit goes for the Crippler Crossface early but Regal blocks and scrambles back to his feet cautiously. A Benoit chant breaks out as both lock hands, Regal kicks off and throws Benoit to the mat and drapes his knee across Benoit. Regal pulls Benoit up with a wristlock and Regal tries to work on Benoit's arm. Regal takes Benoit down and presses his shoulders down for a couple of nearfalls. Benoit gets up and kick flips Regal back before both meet together with simultaneous bodyscissors and Benoit begins to pound on Regal's head/neack area on the mat and starts to deliver headbutts. Benoit gets Regal up and headbutts him into the corner. Benoit with stomps and more headbutts delivers a knee and a chop and Benoit is slightly busted open. Benoit with a punch, chop, boot and a knee, Regal tries to block and swat Benoit away with his feet but Benoit charges back in and beats on the fallen Regal's head some more in the corner. Benoit with a german suplex, Regal rolls outside and now Regal is busted open too. Benoit misses with a baseball slide and Regal delivers a one armed suplex outside as we break off for...
Eddie Guerrero vs Batista No Mercy promo followed by Commercials.
We're back and Regal has the advantage as he has Benoit folded up and is twisting Benoit's leg and pushing down on his face. Regal yanks at the leg, Benoit tries an enziguiri but Regal thwarts and drops down onto Benoit's leg as another Benoit chant has started. Regal still has Benoit's leg folded and now has his elbow wedged in Benoit's face. Benoit gets up and on one leg tries to fight back but Regal with a single leg takedown twists at Benoit's leg and traps his knee across Benoit's face and gets a nearfall. Regal now has Benoit in a single leg grapevine and is pulling back as a let's go Benoit chant starts. Regal moves round and Benoit blocks a full nelson attempt and wriggles free enough to grab the bottom rope. Regal pulls him off and from a standing position twists at the leg again but Benoit hooks the rope again this time with his other boot. Benoit gets up via the ropes limping heavily and Regal kicks the gut then grabs Benoit's leg and delivers a dragon screw and goes for the single leg grapevine again but Benoit hooks the rope. Regal helps get Benoit back up and delivers a backbreaker then drives knees into Benoit's back. Regal goes back to the leg grapevine and shields Benoit's face with his elbow. Benoit hooks the elbow though and attempts to counter with the Crossface and both men struggle in pain as each try to keep their holds applied. Benoit gets free of the grapevine and gets the Crossface fully hooked but Regal immediately manages to hook the bottom rope. Regal gets up and hits a running knee to Benoit's back. Regal pulls Benoit up and hits a kneelift. Regal with a fisherman buster suplex covers 1-2-no. Regal with two more consecutive nearfalls. Regal gets Benoit up goes for a dragon screw again but Benoit counters with an enziguiri which this time finds its mark. Regal crouches down dazed and Benoit takes advantage by hitting a full nelson german suplex. Benoit slaps on the Crippler Crossface in mid-ring and Regal taps out immediately. Good hard hitting technical contest to end this week's show. Here is Your Winner & Still US Champion: CHRIS BENOIT.
