NWA-TNA is reportedly very close to getting a television deal with Fox Sports Net to air a weekly TV show in addition to their pay-per-views. Not sure if they will can the weekly pay-per-view concept and go monthly.
Things have been going so smoothly that TNA has already contacted Universal Studios in Orlando, FL about filming the Fox Sports broadcasts there. They will meet with Universal next week to discuss a deal.
