A report today from fightfulselect.com indicated that former 24/7 Champion Angel Garza's deal with the promotion is coming up due on August 1. The two sides are said to be negotiating and WWE has reportedly extended an offer which we presume hasn't yet been accepted.
-- The 31-year old Garza has been with WWE for five years while previously spending time with TNA, AAA and other promotions. He is currently on WWE's Smackdown brand and were he to leave the company and go work elsewhere, would be able to use the Garza name but not Angel.
